Clicks Retailers no insect repellent and bad service

Clicks Cobblewalk, Western Cape does nog sell any insect repellant, but they sell insect poison? Why? What type of pharmacy is this..You can go to any pharmacy and buy insect repellant.Not only is the OTC staff not well trained in their products, you have to wait endless in a line because they first have to ask a pharmacist advise before issuing a product. You need professional staff at all times behind an OTC counter and more than one pharmacist on a shift. ANOTHER REASON FOR NOT SHOPPING AT CLICKS COBBLEWALK.

Clicks Retailers inefficient staff

Clicks vangate mall has to be the worst branch in the history of mankind. The pharmacist do not load scripts properly. If you do not make a copy of the script you are screwed. I have experienced more than once. Whenever you need to call upon the previous consultant that assisted you. That person is suddenly on leave. They don't advise you when the meds you order is in so you may call the clinic. It's been 2 months since I have been trying to book the clinic. No one can tell me the correct procedure. Soon they will tell me to get a new script. Something is always missing. Such incompetent staff. Damn frustrating.

Clicks Retailers poor service and negligence

Good day.

I went to buy medication (YAZ) and they billed me and the medical aid paid but it was out of stock. Azaria from sancardia branch billed me without giving me a product and when I go to claim my product, he told me that I have no right to claim for something I didn't pay for even after I provided him with a proof of payment from my medical aid. Now my wife is out of schedule because she can't buy yaz at other pharmacy hence she already purchased. That will mess up her entire ovulation circle. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed for the poor service of Azaria and I will publicly do my best to make sure that clicks loose a faithful client or two. It will be my mission. Ask FNB.

Clicks Retailers lack of stock

I am fed up of asking for a certain item as it to no avail. Been requesting 3 or 4 different staff members, including managers and the department lady at the Mokopane branch to order the kids Silicon Serum as I often buy this particular item. Never more than 2 of this item on the shelve. Bought both but wanted more. Told them that I buy this item often (at least 4 or 5/week)but they fail to keep up with my request. Violet (one of the managers) has been giving me feedback on the product but I have been asking Solomon (the other manager) for weeks but all I get is empty promises. Why is it that customers have to beg for products?

Clicks Retailers bad attitude

Clicks columbine useless, I needed to collect a pre-packed script. Only to find the line extremely long and a waiting period of 40 minutes with just 2 people assisting. Why on earth at the end of the month is there not enough staff? Trying to find a manager who cared was also useless I was told to go away she is busy and it is not her problem as there is a different manager for the dispensary and he is not there! Surely if you are just collecting a prescription that is prepacked you should be able to walk in and out.

Clicks Retailers security and management conduct

Re: security and management conduct

The above matter refers,

Kindly note as follows:

1. I visited the store on many occasion as a customer and numerous times I am being followed into each aisle by security guards;

2. On the 23/01/2019 I went to buy a packet of chips as it was my lunch and then again I was followed I then had it as I was furious, I informed the manager namely sihle shebekculu he says they are doing their job;

3. Furthermore, I then observed that I am the only person that is being followed I am a muslim fully covered I have law degree working at a law firm right next to clicks, I go to many clicks stores or other stores but never am I followed into each aisle.

4. I did call the store shortly after I have reached my office and shetwa assured me that same will be discussed and that I shouldn't lay this complaint after giving him my details he assured me he will call;

5. I waited but I had to call him this morning if I had not called him then he would not have called me back, I also asked for the manager name he said he can't give me same as I was unsure of the spelling;

6. I then went back to the store this morning and bought chips for my surprise I was not followed, but the security visited the aisle immediately after I
Left.

I am deeply hurt as my right has been infringed upon as a south africa and I want a response as this behaviour towards a customer from any race, religion is unacceptable and I will not stand for it.

Should I not receive any responses will I exercise my right.

I trust you find the above in order and await you prompt responses herein urgently.

Clicks Retailers gift set

I bought a gift set (adiddas set- which it has to have shampoo and after shave ) at clicks Springs Avenue, when i opened it i found out that there were two products (shampoos) which are the same...i was out of town so i could not return it back to the shop when i tried to explain to the lady i got two same products, she was so rude and laughed at my face around other customers. Managerment please tired to address this ASAP.

Clicks Retailers no large packets

Hi
My family and I purchased many item's at the Phoenix Plaza branch this afternoon. The cashier did not inform us that the store only had small packets available.
He packed everything into small packets. The managers excuse was that large packets was ordered and had not yet been received.
Does anyone know how irritating it is to carry around small packets whilst shopping? Especially with hand bags and other items, also whilst having to make other stops?
Also large trolleys are not allowed to leave the store.Rather use the Shoprite Checkers trolley I was told. How unfair is this? I did not shop at Shoprite Checkers.

Clicks Retailers horrible cashier service and overall experience from the entire staff!

About two days ago I made a purchased at clicks longbeach mall by an immature cashier named Jason Solomon and two co workers, one named Lauren. During the entire transaction Jason decided to have a stare down at me. He made me feel completely uncomfortable, bullied and harassed. It was to the point where it felt like if I was a man, he would not of done that. I could not even type in my pin while this boy continued to stare making it very obvious of what he was trying to achieve, while his co workers joined in and laughed. What is interesting to note is that a customer cannot actually complain at this store as everyone of these employees covers up for another. It was said in a meeting at the back that I was the one staring at him and I was being rude to almost everyone there. They shifted the entire story and placed the blame on me as they said, " its there word against mine". Don't expect help from the assisting manager or super visor either at this store because they will not take your side! I now fetch my medication at another pharmacy 45mins further. I would rather do that then be harassed by this group! No clicks customer can ever get their share of comfort in these situations because no one is actually listening. Am I right?

Clicks Retailers clicks pharmacy department

Hi my name is Precious today I went to clicks in Pinetown to the pharmacy to collect medication and there's an African elderly man that assisted me and when I was talking to him he was very loud about what I'm doing in such an extent I asked him to keep it down because I didn't want the people behind to hear what medication I'm buying but still in such an extent that I was very upset and uncomfortable and left without getting what I came for because now my privacy of my medication is being compromised and other customers can now know what I'm buying.Im very upset about this please train your stuff.

Clicks Retailers poor service

On the 06/01/19 I went to your store in west street durban (westgard) I requested to see a product that was advertised ie an insect killer valued at r139.00 the salesperson brought one to me and I requested for another he told me that they were sold out. I asked if that product was r139, 00 he replied yes. I took this and went to the lower level and went to look at the antistax that was also on special. I found the advertised price to be confusing and my spouse went to look for a sales consultant. He returned with a female and she explained that if I purchased 2 of the 30 day pack antistax I could get the cheapest product free. The cheapest product was the antistax gel. I asked her again are u sure about that and she replied yes. I went and cashed for my stuff and left. I found the total high but due to lack of parking facilities out of the shop I had to rush out. When I got home I noticed that I was charged for the so - called free product and was charged r229 for an insect killer that was supposed to be r139. I had to drive back to durban from chatsworth to do a query. I was told that the lady that assisted me was a trainee. Is this the kind of training given to your employees. Everyones human to err but unfortunately it was to my expense. I had to bear the cost of filling petrol and driving all the way back to rectify r200 some odd rands. As for the insect killer the manager called the sales person to query and he replied my apologies if only his apology could fill my tank. I find this service for a reputable store to be pathetic. My husband had to do a return today the 08/01 but due to work commitments was unable to do this. He will have to make another trip to have this sorted. I suggest clicks always sends a qualified person to assist the trainee in assisting a customer so another customer doesnt experience unnecesary cost like me. I requested my husband do a full return of all items.

Clicks Retailers pharmacist refused to help me with medication

I went to Clicks Pharmacy Olivedale yesterday and asked the Pharmacist, Trevor, to help me with 5 tablets for water retention and the Pharmacist refused. I showed him proof (an old expired from my doctor) that I have been taking the medication and also indicated that my doctor is still away and will only be back next week. This proof was also denied by Pharmacist.

I subsequently contacted another doctor and asked him for help. This doctor explained to Pharmacist on the phone that he can him a telephonic script and will fax the script after a few hours as he was driving from Eastern Cape to Johannesburg. This was also denied.

I am disgusted that the Pharmacist was unhelpful, arrogant, lacked empathy and denied me medication that is important to my health. It is still holiday time and during such periods Pharmacist such be mindful that some doctors are still on leave and holiday makers need assistance until such time when they return from holidays or when their treating doctors return.
His behaviour clearly indicates that his prime concern in the performance of his professional duties is not for the wellbeing of the patient and members of the public.

I look forward to hearing from Clicks regarding the unprofessional conduct of the Pharmacist at Clicks Olivedale

Clicks Retailers pharmacy

Protea Glen Clicks Pharmacy has the worst service. They have waiting chairs for Prescriptions and Self medication which according to them becomes one queue.This information was brought forward to me after i have been on a queue for more than 45 min.

I did not get my medication as i now had to start being on the prescriptions queue for my self medication tablets. However, other clicks have two queue system in place. Should the Soweto Protea Glen Mall Clicks have different services whereas there are tags for Prescriptions and Self Medication ?

Clicks Retailers popcorn

I bought a popcorn displays as amount of R7.99.when I got to the till the price shown as R14.99.I asked the lady on the till that why on display shows R7.99 and on till R14.99.she asked some staff to confirm the price for her.I even went with staff member to show him the price.He took a while looking the price as if he is not sure whether the price is for the spicific item or not.He then said the price of R7.99 was for clicks product which was finished.I asked where is the price for the item I took.He said is no placed.
I went to the lady on the till and asked what now because the item I took was placed on wrong price and the is no price placed for the item I had.she did not replied.
What make uncertained and makes me feel humiliated is that.when I went back to collect money from the car to pay because I was have ten rand in my position to settle the remaining amount I over heared the the lady and a guy on the till making a joke about me and (laag my lekker).He said how can that item cost R7 where did he saw that He said.
I m disapointed about tht attitute and behavious.I m a redule customer of click and taking my prescription medicine always at clicks even today I took medicine there.u can check my ID [protected] .
I am asked to look on this may Im not first customer to be treated like this.

Clicks Retailers black pearl hair products

The Clicks at Maponya mall, Soweto, is selling expired Black Pearl products. I went to go buy them a week or 2 ago and they had scratched out the expiry date, when I asked why they are selling expired products and why they removed the expiry date, they said it wasn't them. What an ignorant response and how fraudulent of them to do something like that. The products had also separated and were very cloudy in appearance. I have recommended Clicks and these products to a number of people, after such an incident it would be embarrassing if someone else encountered the same.

Clicks Retailers customer service

I placed an online order while I was in Stellenbosch on the 22 of November of 2018.

I recieved an email regarding proof of online order on that same day with an order number and information saying that I should expect the order within 1-3 business days.

5 business days went by and the order was still not received I then decided to call customer service to ask what was going on they put me on hold for the longest time only to tell me that the order was coming in the next day. This happened for 3 days straight, me calling and being put on hold only to be told the same thing.

After a week I called again on the 30th of November and the lady I spoke to told me that the order had not been delivered yet and that it would be delivered the next Monday. Also that The reason behind the delay was apparently black Friday I don't understand how cause I ordered my goods before black friday.

I was unfortunately leaving Stellenbosch that weekend, I asked her if I could change the address of where the goods could be delivered to, Johannesburg in this case, and she said yes I could I changed it and she even gave me a reference number.

Days later on the 4th of December a get an SMS that my goods had been delivered to Stellenbosch. I don't understand why or how after the lady I spoke to told me she had changed the address. Now I am in Johannesburg with no goods I called them again and they put me on hold again for the longest time, only to tell me that there is nothing they can do I must just file for a refund which I'll get within 14 days.

I am very disappointed it's the 13th of December and I still hadn't received my goods given they had said delivery is 1-3 days. I wasted so much airtime being put on hold too.

Clicks has very poor customer service, and have put me through a nightmare. Something needs to change.

Clicks Retailers online order and incorrect delivery

Nov 2018
Bought a airfryer 4l online on the Black Friday special, as a birthday present for my mum. Got delivered a Kambrook microwave with her details. Call the call centre and received a reference number from Nicole [protected] will take 48 hrs to uplift and deliver the correct item I was told. A week later NO upliftment nor deliver of the correct item.
3 hrs on the telephone and still no one can help. No one senior is prepard to assist.
1st and last time to buy anything from Clicks - may it be on or off line!

Clicks Retailers oh so heavenly lotion 3 for 2 promotion

Yesterday I went to Clicks Rail Park Mall in Gaborone, Botswana, I saw the 1 litre Oh So Heavenly lotions with nozzles lesser price promotion when u buy 2 of them, they had one type.They were going for abt p76 or so for 2 of them when one is normally around p52.

Today around lunch time, I went to Clicks Game City, Gaborone, there were 3 different types, I got 6 into my basket, at the till they said they arent on promotion.

My argument was yesterday at Railpark I saw them on promotion and why not with you when there is starndadisation in Clicks.The guy called Ronald insisted that there was no such thing, the argument took about 20 minutes.I asked him to call rail park mall, he came back saying they dont even have such a promotion at Rail Park Mall.He said he spoke to Simakaleng.

I am not ignorant, am brilliant, sorry for bragging.This Ronald guy wasted my resources and took me as if I dont know what I am doing.

Please confirm about the existence of such a promotion.

I need a written apology from Ronald over the way he treated me.

Clicks Retailers promotion advertised in store but when at paypoint no promotion.

On the 18 November 2018 I was at Clicks Mountain Mill in Worcester. I bought Tresemme Sjampoo's and Conditioners. On the shelf it shows a promotion:
- Buy any 3 products from the same offer, cheapest 1 Free. (I took a photo for proof)

When I got at the paypoint the cashier told me there is no such promotion. When I requestes the manager she also said there were nou such promotion. When she turned away I saw her told one of the ladies to take off the promotion.

It is unacceptable. The promotion was put up in the store, you must give it to the client.

Absolutely true. This happened to me a few times but was fortunate to discover the mistake and had it rectified. They call it a system problem... a problem that just continues. Also watch out their products cost more than the supermarkets!

I am absolutely disgusted with the service at CLICKS. You need to watch your slip closely. The prices they advertise and what you pay at the till always differs. What peeves me off most is their attitude. Clicks...YOU SUCK!
