appalling treatment from clicks store jabulani mall
Good day
yesterday in the afternoon around 16h00 - 17h00 I was in Jabulani Mall to do some shopping with my 12 years old daughter, then we went to Clicks store we obviously were driving a trolley, when we were about to go inside the security Guard stopped us & told us that we need to leave our trolley with the groceries outside the store as they are not allowed inside the store.
In honest fact Clicks Jabulani takes very little or no Regard of the safety of clients & their parcels, the Manager in the Branch tried to assist but her assistance but was still not happy with the solution, hence the complaint today, I am appalled by the treatment I received at Clicks Jabulani as I am a client that bought in the store, as I was walking out I saw other ladies leaving their 3years old, 7 years old kids in the trolleys outside the store unsupervised as their parents stepped in to buy something in the store. if something could happen to the kids or the client loses their groceries I am definitely sure that the Clicks will not be held liable for the lose or negligence of a lost child.
Therefore I would like to Clicks to consider my complaint & come up with a better solution to this problem & not treat their clients in this manner.
disgusting treatment from salome and mr makhubela the manager
Good day
On the 16th of July 2019 just before Clicks closed I visited the store in Lephalale under the Management of Mr Makhubela. I purchased a few things and left the store. Whilst outside walking around coz I had forgotten where I parked the car Mr Makhubela and two guys approached me rudely summoning me in their office. I was dragged, seared at, manhandled. When I got to their office one of the ladies Salome, working there at Clicks Lephalale started shouting cursing me, saying I stole her stock. I asked Mr Makhubela to handle the matter professionally which he didn't. During the squabble Salome clapped me across my face saying those lip liners were hers. I try to explain to them that I had bought them at Edgar's, Foschini and some Chinese shop. Mr Makhulu denied bluntly that Salome had slapped me and that they were were all rude, instead of verifying where I purchased the items. Salome is the fay pig in the store who thinks she knows it all, excuse my rudeness for I am very hurt and angry by the way they treated me. The Police Mathebula and Moloto were called in even there I was manhandled cursed in ways that no human can allow. They became worse especially after I told them I was recording them and would make the video viral. I am deeply disspointed by the way the Manager Mr Makhubela handled and pretending not to have seen Salome slap me. I therefore ask you to intervene in this matter, I will make the Video of Miss Salome piggy viral. This is not a way to handle people. I was handled like an animal and my makeup was taken by the same fart Salome. If this is the way Clicks treats its customers then they deserve a boycot from the EFF until Justice is served. I want Salome out of that shop and this issue to be handled legally. Also, you need to look into the staff you employ because clearly even your Manager is not competent!
Please respond as in yesterday or EFF will come to the store and drag pig face Salome and Mr incompetent Manager Mr Makhubele
Yours in disgust of Clicks employees

Read full review of Clicks Retailerscollection option at pharmacy - ticket system.
Good day.
Yesterday (2019-07-08), was the 3rd time that I complained about the Ticket system at the pharmacy, specifically the collection option.
I cannot see why one have to wait for 30min to 45min to collect prescription medication which CLICKS have send a "ready to collect" sms. If one have to wait in line for so long, why is there a "ready for collection" sms option/service?
Either bring the collection counter back and take the collection ticket option away or stop the sms system for chronic medication parcels.
Please assist in this, since this is a waste of time and totally senseless.
Regards.
clicks home pregnancy test
Good day.
I bought 2 Clicks branded Home Pregnancy test yesterday. Like always - took one test yesterday and then one this morning. Yesterday's test work perfectly (positive); this morning's test was a dud. It did not even show not pregnant. This is not the first time that this has happened. At a stage I started buying 3 tests to make sure and 80% of the time 1 of them were a dud.
What will be done about this?
product
Went to click Fourways on the 29th April 2019 to get tablets and I was given tablets that had expired on the 3rd month 2019, I called clicks and the person who answered had no answers so I decided to drive there and when I got there the lady I spoke to said she'd call me back regarding this matter, till today I'm still waiting for the call which I don't believe will ever come through. So my question is how are we given expired products and when we complain about this nothing is being done about it and why isn't Ola expired stock removed from the shelves? Clearly our health isn't important
old products received
Ordered two boxes of Schwarzkopf dye online (recent sale). I collected at Tygervalley store on 26/06/2019. Upon opening the package later at home i checked the expiration date and found it to be May 2018. Fortunately I checked the date. I shudder to think what would have happen if I had used this product. Not only is it dangerous but also so unacceptable for last years product to still be available. This is not the first time I have received old products from Clicks when ordering online. It is a huge disappointment! Fortunately i returned today to get other products but its such an inconvenience. I will never again order online but rather buy my products in store.
Different prices between branches
Good Day Clicks,
I bought Tramahexal at Clicks N1 City on the 31 May 2019 and paid R105.41 with about R20 Clicks club card discount. I bought the same pills(and amount of pills) at Clicks Edgemead and paid R172.00 (on the 17 June 2019). Why are there such a big difference in price. I used my wife's (A.Fourie) clicks clubcard at Edgemead and my daugters clubcard at N1 city Clicks.
Regards
Louis Fourie

I did not use my Discovery benefit as the pills are not part of Discovery's list of pills.

staff
Never have I ever encountered such terrible service and unwillingness to assist customers as I have at Franschhoek Clicks. Whenever I go there, which is on a regular basis because of the pharmacy, I find staff members chit chatting on the floor. No one notice you as you enter, they are unwilling to go the extra mile and have excuses whenever you ask for assistance. Today I've had it when all the staff members working the morning shift was in one aisle chatting about their hair, literally blocking the aisle and continuing with their conversations tying and loosening eachothers hair, eventhough customers passed and want assistance. They blatantly ignore customers, well not all customers... on one occasion I had to step aside for the staff member at the teller to assist a white customer first. Made me feel as if I am not a valuable customer.
The damage that staff at Franschhoek Clicks does to the Clicks brand is disgusting! Someone should intervene immediately. I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with the staff employed here. On several occasions I travelled to Clicks Stellenbosch / Paarl because of the service which is way above the standards received at my hometown Clicks. I am ashamed to say the least.
I do not have names because it is just about everyone, no exceptions! I have several incidents on different dates that motivated me to lay a formal complaint.
Regards,
Dissapointed Customer!
kiddies sunglasses
Hi there
I had the most heartbreaking experience in one of your Worcester branches today. As I was picking up a few items in the shop my 3 year old son accompanying me spotted very cute sunglasses priced R19, with so much pride carried them by himself, and when reaching the teller only to find out its priced R190 not R19 even though the self price said so confirmed by cashier. We managed to get management attention, very unprofessionally approaching us to confirm the products original price and ignoring my presence told the cashier I could take another pair of glasses priced R19 which was for girls only. I totally denied taking glasses for my boy, which was feminine like, didn't make sense to me. I tried very hard to hold back my tears as my son was painfully crying for the glasses he couldn't have.
At the end of the day I asked the cashier to stop misleading customers with advertising/producing products on wrong selves. If I knew in advance that was what its priced I would have bought him something else( toy ) in the shop.
Overall bad experience.
clicks hillcrest
Never ever have I had such terrible service at a pharmacy! Not once but ever single time I go back there. I think each time it may just get better but never does! Wrong prescription medicine given once by a pharmacist that clearly should never be a pharmacist! So frustrating because I moved from Kloof where the clicks in that area is so efficient! Hillcrest Lillie's quarter is disgusting
apparent pharmacy item not able to refund
Received very poor service received at the Clicks in Reservoir Hills with regard to a refund of an incorrect item.
This was brought to the attention of the Store Manager, the Pharmacy Manager and the Customer Service Manager who all refuse to exercise common sense in dealing with this query. In fact, they were rude and argumentative. Clicks definitely need to work on their Customer Service Training as they did not even request pictures or other proof to even look into this matter more carefully.
My husband went into the Clicks in Reservoir Hills and purchased a Selsun Anti-dandruff shampoo on the 16 April 19. when he got home, we discovered it was the wrong variant. So we didnt open the packet that is sealed and has the item intact along with the Clicks Pharmacy label. We went back a few days later to get a refund as this was the wrong item. However, the pharmacist and the Store manager stated that they cannot help as this is a dispensary item. Even though, it was sealed and we have the receipt.
And this is not either a scheduled item or medication. However, my main argument is that this item is available off the shelf at other stores, such as Dischem where I was able to buy the correct item.
This was escalated to the Customer Service manager, Janine Bauwers who also cannot intervene to assist. They maintain that this is a Pharmacy item and they cannot have this returned.
And I hope for a better resolution to my request for a refund as I still have the receipt and this is within the 60 day notice period.
Hi,
This complaint has been resolved. The store Manager has contacted me and arranged for a refund accordingly.
***Please can this complaint be marked as resolved by the Complaints Board team.***
Hi, The Store manager contacted me 4 days after this mail and requested that I come in to the store for a full refund of the product. And this was thus concluded successfully.
product packaging
Hi my name is Delarece I'm very unhappy this is the 3rd month I've purchased the clicks brand lavander baby powder and the lid of the powder is not the best quality you end up wasting much of the powder because the lid can't even close and the sides lift. I packed the powder for my kids when we were traveling but when I opened my bag most of the powder was out because of the lid you can turn n turn but when you turn it upside down it pours out. I'm really not happy as we also try to cost save with clicks branded products but now this is the 3rd month and I'm having the same problem.
Thank Delarece [protected]

Good day
Today i went to the Clicks Franschhoek branch, The cashier Jade Boonzaaier, Greeted
me while i was busy looking for my clicks card and before i could greet her she greeted me again, this time with an attitude so i said i did hear you and she responded so why dont you greet me back (with an attitude again). i just looked at her and paid for my stuff and went. This is not the first time the staff of clicks are so rude and unfriendly. You really need to do something about Clicks Franschhoek. Goodluck with that attitude Jade Boonzaaier.

pharmacy - allowing fraudulent use of my medical aid
I recently noticed 4 transactions on my medical aid occurring on 2 days in March 2019 at Clicks Silverwater and Clicks Northvaal in Pretoria.
I alerted Discovery who started investigating. It was found that someone pretending to be me had been making fraudulent purchases on my medical aid. Discovery called the 2 Clicks and 1 other pharmacy in this regard. On the same day, someone from Clicks Silverwater called me letting me know that Discovery alerted them of the fraudster and that the person was actually inside the store a few minutes prior and tried to use my medical aid again. She described the person as a man dressed in women's clothes wearing a wig came in, presented my medical aid card and his/her Clicks club card. When she said that the member lives in Cape Town now and not Pretoria any longer, the person ran out of the store.
Discovery tried to get Clicks to reverse the transactions but Clicks refused. The question that I have is: how can Clicks admit to giving medicine on a woman's medical aid card (without ID) to a man who dresses up as a woman and not question that the medical aid is in a woman's name (complete with ID number of which the 4 digits reveal the sex of the ID holder) and refuse to reverse the claim if they themselves were negligent in not checking the ID number, name and all details?
online purchasing - bad bad bad service
I bought a r3 100 worth of goods for a express delivery, no one came back to me the reason why I bought it on express was because my child diapers was finished. I phoned to follow up on my package. 5 oclock the next day no one called me back to give me feedback. I phoned in again at 17:30, just to hear oh sorry something somewhere went wrong, unfortunately they can only deliver the package the following day. When I phoned in earlier I did explain to the that I purchased my goods the previous day 10:00. It is 24 hour express delivery. I dont have a vehicle with me that is why I bought with the idea to receive the goods the next day.
Everyone just pulled up their shoulders and said my apologies there is nothing we can do we will investigate.
Worst service ever... Incompetent staff... No customer care...
I am a huge customer of clicks always have been. You will never ever see me again.
If the order was not urgent and for my child I wouldve understand but no one gave a [censored]...!
bad service from pharmacist
On Sunday 3 March 2019 at about 1pm I visited a clicks store in Mthatha where I needed to get medication for my 3 month old baby as I had received a prescription from the doctor when the pharmasist by the name of Kwezilomso Mrwebo served the client infront of my mom and I and finish when that customer left the counter we went to the counter and he then walked away thinking that he would be coming back we waited after a wait of close to 5 minutes we then asked the pharmasist who was helping a client who arrived after us where had Kwezi gone, he then responded by saying they have switched counters and Kwezilomso was no longer there so in all this movement we were not informed that they were switching counters. When Kwezilomso returned he ask what the problem was so we addressed him and his response to us was "I was busy and I did not see you" so my mom Barbara Van Rooyen then wants to know how could he not have seen two adults standing infront of him and his response was he did not see us, very unapologetic and argumentative tells us we must give him the prescription so I then took my prescription and went to the manager on duty and reported my case who then told me he would report the matter to the pharmacy manager and helped me getting my prescription since then I have not received any response back.
default on clicks panty liners scented
I bought your panty liners that is supposed to be Scented according to packaging but there is no scent at all and the adhesive backing does not secure ant fit as they continuously move and fold itself on underwear which makes it uncomfortable. I would like to return this product. I have used a few as I wanted to be sure about my complaint. I bought a pack of 100 at your branch in Govan Mbeki Avenue in Port Elizabeth.
