Hello, I have been a tutor on course hero and recently I received an email claiming that I have violated you policies.i was never informed nor warned of the policy that I violated.
I have been providing student with great answers which are upto your standard.
I feel as if I was treated unfairly and would kindly like to regain my account back.If not, please pay me the hard earned money that I had worked for in the past few weeks.
Your assistance would be of great value to me.

March 3, 2021, I try to add a payment method to my account but error occured. I tried it more than 3 times and "payment method request exceed limit" after that my account has automatically log out. when I tried to reopen it "An error has occured, please contact customer service. I tried in to open to both my laptop and phone but same result has show. I already answers many questions and I'm expecting my pay out. Please kindly do something about it.

I was asked by my professor to delete all the documents I uploaded which has my name, year, and school because those are the quizzes, assignments and projects that the school gave us and Intented only for us.

Today I received an email from my tutor asking me to remove some of my notes from the site or I'll face legal action.

I panicked and deactivated my account, not knowing that this doesn't actually delete the files which remain on the page.

Please help me reactivate account so I can handle it appropriately.

I paid for a year of membership and it says 30 unlocks per month. So I had been using it since January and then it asked me to pay for unlocks so, I contacted them they told me to either upload my papers for them to use to get unlocks or pay 25.00 for 10 unlocks. I told them that I had not used 30 unlocks in January nor 30 unlocks for February. They upgrade to be able to use now which meant paying more. I said why they said I used 30 unlocks from January to February so I would have to wait for February 28 to get more unlocks. Now it said that you get 30 unlocks per month. not from the time you pay till the same day next month. They refuse to honor their subscription as they have printed nowhere does it say from day of start to next month same day to get more unlocks. They yell and refuse to let you speak to upper management, take no number no call back, email support say they will get back to you within 24 hours nothing every time you call they make you listen to them and try to make you pay more. I paid $119.00 for the year it has not even been a month and they are saying if I cancel they will take 39.95 and it is not even a month.

My account was bisabled for "violating the company's terms of service". Everything I have ever uploaded to the site is my own work, and I JUST paid them a full year subscription. I have used the site for 4 years with no issues prior to this. Gerome at the customer service number refused to answer my questions or transfer me to a supervisor to clarify and rectify the issue. I simply want my money back so I can create a enw account and continue to use the service without issue. I and my wife (an attorney) have both reviewed the terms of service and concluded I have violated NONE of the policies.

I have uploaded copyrighted materials by mistake. I need to take them down. I have contacted support team without any reply. It is important because those materials are not to be accessed by anyone other than university students.

Please check out my id I was automatically logged out from my account I am unable to log in its redirecting me again and again also i was asked absolutely many times ReCaptcha code to check whether I am a robot or not please help me out some time it's showing wrong password or email I did type right email and password they told me to wait for 1 hr I waited now again login page show wait again for 1 hr. Course hero actually disabled my account because of a copyright issue I didn't upload that material intentionally I did upload my own materials that were mixed with my original materials in my PC so by mistake I upload them and DMCA disabled. For your information, I have uploaded lots of my own documents your team can check them in my account i often mistakenly upload wrong documents which gets denied so it's not an intentional act kindly review your decisions and activate my account again or just specify the timeframe after which my account will reactivate. On December 23, 2020 I received my credit card bill which contained a charge from Course Hero dated November 25, 2020 in the amount of $119.40. I never signed up for Course Hero and did not authorize the transaction. Upon receipt of my bill I immediately contacted Course Hero customer service and they have refused to investigate the transaction and their response was simply telling me to contact my credit card company. My credit card company has also refused to investigate the matter because it is a recurring charge. The "customer service" I have received from Course Hero so far has been totally unacceptable. I should not be expected to pay any amount of money for a service that was charged to my credit card fraudulently.

I had the service for 2 years, paying upfront for the yearly. Recently noticed 3 $15 charges. They said I ran out of unlocks and was prompted to pay $15 for 5 additional unlocks. I told them that is not true, and even had proof that I had run out of unlocks recently and was told I was out. Emailed them to see when they renew since I no longer had unlocks. Spoke with someone who said they would get back with me and never did. Disputed with my credit card company, and they deactivated my account out of revenge. BUT they will not refund me for the half year of service that I no longer had. This is a fraudulent company who is fine as long as you don't question them. They will tell you to contact them, but they do not resolve. randomly add $15 charges hoping you will not notice... my credit card went back and found $15 charge in April, which is when they also charged me to renew for the year. Scary company and now I can't get into my account at all and see the things I have already unlocked.

I am a student and I came across this app, I was so curious at first that's why I gave all the requirements needed to suffice my curiosity.and I finally access and I've found many documents and books, but I was so worried that this website was being access by my educators, that's why I deactivated my account ASAP, but then deactivating it doesn't delete my uploaded documents and it worries me.. I've been emailing this site non stop but no action was taken. I hated it because I didn't even learn anything in this damn website yet I was being accused for being a cheater, , this is so bothersome. i thought no one's gonna see my notes, now my answer are all over the internet, ughhhhhhhh, , , damn! . it was all my ideas I ve work hard for it but now it's being accessed by just anyone..delte it at once

I accidentally deactivated my account and I want to remove those uploaded resources. I just wanted to remove them because I put the wrong course name on each course that I uploaded and it'll be bad for the crash hero community. I want to reupload them and put them in their respective courses, hope that this complaint can be resolved in no time. thank you!
