We arrived at your restaurant and was told a 15-minute wait, this was fine. When seated we were deep in dirty tables. They attempted to bus the one right next to us, our server snapped at the busser not to clean it until she talked to management as she had been working for 22 hours straight. She took our order, took 15 minutes to get drinks (should have left at that point). The server never refilled our drinks, really never saw her. The just when we were going to complaint that the table next to us, seated 15 minutes after us had their food, the food arrive via a manager. Had to go ask for silverware and butter for biscuits, Food was not the hottest and chicken was tuff, I think is may have been in the window while our server was missing in action. She did resurface only to give us our bill, an tell us to have a blessed day. Very disappointed as I am a regular customer to Cracker Barrell, this was not a good experience. The other issue was one of the older servers must have gotten discipled, as she halfway thru our visit she was crying while waiting on table?
Claimed loss: I have no claim. This is our second bad experience at this location in a month. Last time they gave us the wrong side, told them when they served it. Left the item got us the correct item, but charged us extra for it?
