automated refill system
I would like to get off the automated refill phone and text. I have asked for this and they take me off. Within a month or so I am on the automated system again. I do not like it because they want to fill my perscriptions way to soon.

7/15/2021 CVS Pharmacy 307 E. Main St. Gas City, In 46933 time 5:30-7:30 I would like to say that my family has been with this CVS for as long as it has been in its location. We always seem to have trouble getting scrips filled in a timely fashion. I work with the public so I understand every now then it may not be ready. I am 66 my mother is 85. We have...

I have been waiting for my prescription from tuesday. I was notified that it was out of stock. The order for unknown reason was submitted on wednesday after I called to follow up my prescription. I called today and was notified by steven that it still out of stock and didn't know anything because he was a pharmacist. I asked for a manager. No manager. The issue is the medication is needed when you are sick not in a week after

The CVS pharmacies in the Annapolis, MD area have been terrible in filling prescriptions on time for auto refills and in a timely fashion for new ones. I have been waiting a month for one prescription on auto-refill. Today I went in to check on one that was called in from a physician's office two days ago - not ready or even in queue to be filled. The staff keep saying they are short staffed and are not allowed to hire any more people.
Desired outcome: Hire more staff and let the pharmacy staff be able to fill prescriptions on time.
Customer Service
CVS on 5055 Stage Rd in Memphis Tn, Store number 4928. I needed some medicine and the pharmacy told me that they could not fill the prescription until tomorrow. I feel that they need more employees working in the pharmacy department. I live in Raleigh amd I was told that I needed to go to Bartlett to get my prescription fill. Raleigh need a CVS that can service the area. July 13, 2021 I visit the dentist and need a prescription fill and was i pain and have to drive 15 miles to get it fill. If the store in Bartlett was not open I would have to suffer all night and the customer service at that Stage Rd store is terrible. Thank you

I was at the CVS at 4627 N. Main in Columbia SC as I'm stuck with it due to my insurance. The pharmacist ORDERED me to "sit down and stay" as if I was a dog! I was trying to get a prescription refilled and told him The head pharmacist insisted that Amlodipine was a water pill and I didn't need it! It's a calcium channel blocker I've been on for months and...

CVS application shows medication as refilled when in fact it wasn't. Doctor calls in prescription, refill due in two weeks, application shows filled ( picked up) on date Doctor called in and was not filled.
Cardinal Health stopped supplying Dilantin to east coast CVS pharmacies. CVS didn't inform me until I needed a refill. Mail order takes two weeks.
Not local CVS issue.
Desired outcome: Change app, use additional suppliers, think more about customer at corporate level.
PS
My CVS is passing off Amlodipine (calcium channel blocker) off as a water pill to people, especially women who take them! This is going to kill people!
Cardinal Health refuses to supply CVS because they pass Dilantin off as something else! Cardinal Health doesn't want any more people getting sick and dying because CVS deliberately gave people the wrong pills!

On the phone for one hour, then I was disconnected. Contacted the dept directly put on hold again. I need an injection for my wife who has severe osteoporosis and parkinson's. The proleva shot is already due. I dont know why they cant send it direct to my doctor. If she breaks anymore bones who does my lawyer contact?
Desired outcome: I need the injection sent to my doctor immediately.
Trying to refill my medicine
I use the cvs store at CVS Pharmacy at 565 West 235th Street, Bronx, NY 10463. I'm calling to refill an important medication. Furthermore, I've been waiting, so far, 40 minutes. No one answers my call. It's disgusting, I have to wait and wait for someone to answer my call and fill my prescription. [protected]@gmail.com

CVS as a pharmacy is a joke.
They put you on hold for up to an hour - I think to run you off as a customer.
They must have way to much business,
When you go down to the pharmacy, they won't answer the phone, you have to go there, they lie about when they will have it ready.
Renewed the script on Friday July 2 with a live person and was told that it would be ready Monday July 5th. Since it was a holiday weekend waited until Wednesday the 7th to go pick it up. Not ready in the AM but told it would be ready that afternoon. Went back to pick it up on Friday, the 9th, a full week after the refill was requested, still not ready and now they claim they can't get the med. The pharmasist says they transferred it to another cCVS about 4 miles down the road - they have it and will fill it. When we get there to pick it up it's not the store they transferred it to. We finally find the CVS where the scrip is, about 15 miles away, and go to pick it up. When we get there they don't have the full amount, 180 tabs, only 150 even though the original store called them while we wrer there and said they had the whole fill, 180 tablets. So, over an hour later three trips to the original CVS, one trip to the wrong one an then over to the one tht actually partially filled it. Been on hold for CVS customer service now for over 25 min. and still no answer. It would apper that CVS isn't a real company just a bunch of scam artists who hire cpmplete incompetents.

I had been filling and refilling Rx at CVS at 596 Long Beach Blvd. Long Beach, CA for the past three years. Now all my Rx are filled by Express Scripts who are the pharmacy manager under my medical benefits plan with my employer.
I have spoken with CVS about this on multiple occasions. I even spoke with the manager at the pharmacy. I asked to be removed from the completer.
I keep getting text messages indicating Rx has been filed and come pick them up. I am also getting text messages asking if I want to fill an Rx.
Please take my name off the list for refills. Your prices are too expensive and I no longer wish to fill Rx at CVS unless there would be an urgent need to do so.
Please STOP sending me messages.

Read full review of CVSMy prescription was not filled properly and the pharmacist on duty is not act as a healthcare provider
continue from the CVS pharmacy review that my prescription was not ready. I was very angry and I was very frustrated and this caused my left side shackling wildly from my Parkinson disease. I was demanded that my prescription to filled immediately and the pharmacist said to that she can refused to fill my prescript because she can refuse to fill a prescription and that is her rights and no one can force her to fill a prescription in Massachusetts and that because she had the responsibility to her license to refuse to fill a prescription if she wanted to. This maded me absurdly disbelieve what I heard. I am a pharmacist too and have worked in retail, in the US Air Force and deployed in the first Gulf War.to United Kingdom for 7 weeks, After I came back from oversea, then I choose to work in the Federal Bureau of Persons for 6 years in a Federal Correctional Institute in Pennsylvania in the area was depressed economically due to the coal mining is no longer provide jobs like it use to. Then I was medically retired from the government and worked as a civilian pharmacist in the local area which I am now lived in Massachusetts. I was working for CVS as a flower for 3 years and worked around the Boston area and was one of the best flower that my regional supervisor is call me the 911 pharmacists for his area. After that I found a job as a pharmacist in a long term care pharmacy in Marlborough. I was the first staff pharmacist hired for a company called Partners' Healthcare and one time we were providing medication for about 60 nursing home and for about 6000 nursing home residents for 10 years. I was the only pharmacist had the security code and was the Person in Charge for 8 years. I was the only person that registered with DEA to ordering narcotics for the pharmacy. And during I work in the Narcotic Room, me and my staff caught 2 pharmacists and a technician were stealing narcotics from the company and have the reputation for catching the pharmacy staff who are dare to stealing narcotics. One time we did not have the pharmacy manager for 3 months, our pharmacy did not shut down and no residents in the nursing home have any medications issues. Because I am the POC ( person in charge) I had to responsible for the Massachusetts's Pharmacy State Board inspections and I have to make sure our pharmacy were preforming all the business according the Mass Pharmacy's State Regulations. So to conclude my writings about pharmacy practices as a pharmacist in the state of Massachusetts, is a registered pharmacist's, his or sher must fill a prescription if it is properly prescribed for a patient with legitimate medicals condition. If the pharmacist fail to do so, the Massachusetts' State Board should educated the pharmacist's about his or der's duty and irresponsibly to provided pharmaceuticals to the public and if he or she fail to do so, the Massachusetts State Board can suspect the pharmacist's license or revolt his or hers pharmacy license to protected the publics to be harmed by such pharmacist.
Desired outcome: To educate the pharmacist about his or her responsibility to service the public.
Prescription delay
My wife had surgery and we chose CVS as the pharmacy. Her prescriptions were called in yesterday (I heard the lady on the phone calling it in at the hospital) and we arrived this morning after being discharged and they started filling the prescription when I arrived and asked about it. Now my wife is sitting in the car waiting because CVS can't get there crap together!
Desired outcome: Don’t wait until the customer arrives to fill a prescription.
Employee
My Doctor sent a refill perceptions with AUTHENTICATION to fill 07-06-21 that is one day early because of the storm ELSA that was going to hit Lake City, Florida. Your employee REFUSED to, now I am FLOODED in with NO way to get out for at least 4 days. I don't know HIS name but, The employee is married to another employee named Laura. Please HELP TY
Desired outcome: Discipline write up
