Aug. 11 2019, your employee told me that my item is not in there branch but my item was in DAVAO Bajada, I ask her why my item went to bajada instead of gaisano ever since I addressed my pick up's is Gaisano branch, she insisted that the one who encode is in bajada, I ask her that if she is sure with her statement and shes definitely sure with it, since its sunday and bajada branch is closed Ive waited another day.
Aug. 12, 2019. Bajada branch told me that my item was transferred on Aug. 10, 3pm to Gaisano branch, when I pick my item I told the same women why my item is here? I admit my voice is in angry mode, and Im really pissed with the situation. Its make you even more angry with the situation when your employee contest with my voice, she wants me to talk to her in a nice way, its possible to do that the way she wanted me too, but her atritude towards my complaint makes me even more shout at her, even a single apology with the inconvenience that I experienced you cannot see at her, she even want to invite me to fight me like a boxing, shes like an amazona that breaks out in a jungle! She even pointing her finger towards me, is that the image of LBC?
Sadly I did not get her name, but there is no other women who's on duty today, age is late 30's or early 40s in Gaisano Davao branch.
