Air ticket refund

I booked this ticket for my daughter Denise Collett in October2021, For a flight to commence on the 10 th January from Harare to London. Due to COVID Restrictions, I cancelled the ticket with you in December, long before t6he flight was due. I have still not had my refund, 7 months later. The flight cancellation to the airline by yourselves was only forwarded after the flight had departed. WHY WAS THIS?. Unless this matter is not resolved at the earliest, I have no option but to take legal action. Frequent and numerous telephone calls and emails, a lot not answered, have not been helpful or positive.

No confirmation email received
I made a booking through edreams' Dutch website https://nl.edreams.com and paid for it with iDeal (bank transfer). The transaction went through successfully (and was confirmed by my bank), but I never received a confirmation email from edreams. I've tried to contact the customer service, but they require a booking reveration number in order to be connected, which I don't have because I never received the email.
Please assist.

Booking reference [protected] with eDreams
Good Morning.
On the 15/7/2022 I purchased a flight through the eDreams app for my sister to fly from Perth to Johannesburg leaving the 06/08/2022 via Singapore Airlines SQ8493 at 18:00 hours, this cost $1228.62.
On Monday 18/07/2022, my sister's partner in South Africa passed away and I needed to change the flight date for her to return ASAP. As I am a Prime Member with eDreams I should be able to change the date without incurring a fee. I was unable to speak to a customer representative, despite trying to get through and went through the app. On my first attempt I selected the date 20/07/2022 (this had a similar fare amount to which I originally paid), I selected this date as I did not want to incur further fees. During which time, no where on the app did it mention that this was an additional cost nor did it require my credit card information to proceed. I later received an email stating my request was unsuccessful.
I then went onto the app and purchased an additional flight for 20/07/2022 for my sister via Singapore Airlines SQ8493 at 18:00 hours, this cost $1241.43. Again, no where on the app did it say this was an additional fee to change the date, I was under the impression I was purchasing a completely separate flight. After this was completed, the App still showed the flight for 06/08/2022 in "My trips" section. After my sister got onto her flight and it left, the 06/08/2022 flight disappeared from the app and I was unable to cancel this and obtain a refund.
I contacted the Customer Service line and informed the operator of this fact and he first stated the fee of $1241.43 was an additional fee as my sister was put into a higher class on the plane. As I had the ticket in front of me, I informed the operator that this was not the case as she was in economy. He then told me the fee was because she was put in the Y section as before she was in the W section and sometimes the word "premium economy" is not on the ticket. Again I disputed this.
I then informed the Operator that on 19/07/2022 I received a promo email stating I could fly to Johannesburg that day for $1281.61. If I was aware that I would be charged the cost of two fares and not be in a position to cancel the first flight then I would have cancelled everything and taken the fare on 19th.
The Operator then informed me that because the flight on 20/07/2022 had already departed there was nothing they could do and I should just be happy that she is on a plane and accept the decision I have made, which I believe is completely unacceptable.
The eDreams app did not at any point in time inform me I was paying the additional fee to change the date, noting I am a Prime Member and date changes are available at no extra cost and the fact that the August flight remained on the app until the flight departed on 20/07/2022 and then disappearing creates the elusion that I purchased two flights instead of one.

Prime Fee and Prices
I have been charged the eDreams Prime fee on July 19th, a service which I do not want to have, nor have I any possibility to cancel.
Out of curiosity, since I am planning to travel, I have checked the discounted prices for which I am entitled. In reality, there is no discount, on the contrary, I can find better rates by checking the airlines myself. I have been charged for a service which does not exist.

I am waiting on a refund for a canceled trip. (Ref # [protected]) The trip was canceled more than a week before departure but eDeams has been jerking me around for over 5 months with no resolution in sight. I have tried calling but their phone numbers for the US are disconnected. I have used their app to request a refund and updates several times and all they do is blame the airline and ask for patience.

Airline booking and blocking of my money - no customer service
I booked online an airline ticket on July 19, 2022. The flight was available on their website, so they took my credit card details and the amount of money for the ticket was committed/blocked by them. After one day, the company email me that there is no availability of this flight and my booking will be cancelled. I need to get a refund. Where is my money?
I tried but it was impossible to find a telephone or an agent to complain. They only have a chatbot on messenger (robot application). Their online form for complain does not work properly. I could not complete it.
They cheated me, because they blocked my money, and now the flight is not available. Until I get my money back, the flight price will be double or there will be no availability. I need a full refund and a compensation for extra hotel nights and more expensive ticket.
Plane ticket
On 16 July 2022, I bought a ticket from Geneva to Bangkok ([protected], operated by Etihad and IndiGo). The website offered the possibility to buy a flexible ticket (as opposed to basic one), as well as dozens of other insurances. I also bought an insurance titled "Flight Cancellation Insurance" so I get get my money back if I decided to cancel it. Twenty minutes after the purchase I cancelled my flight and received an email from eDreams saying they are processing my request. I then went on the Internet and realized that eDreams has scammed THOUSANDS of people about different aspects of their ticket including the cancellation insurance. The website did not inform me that the Etihad ticket was non refundable (otherwise why would I pay extra for flexible option and flight cancellation insurance?). The website also did not disclose that the insurance policy belongs to a third company called Europ Assistance. I lost 1500 Swiss Francs (with eDreams taking 250 Swiss Francs for "mediation fee"). I realized that hundreds of people bought the 'flight cancellation insurance' because of the deceptive website. This is a criminal company that should be shut down under Spanish law or European consumer protection regulations. Thousands of people have lost huge amounts of money to eDreams. In my case, I will not stop reporting them to every Swiss and EU authority out there, until i get my money back.

Flight ticket booking
I am a eDream Prime member and I tried to book a return flight from Warsaw to Melbourne for myself, the cost of the tickets was about 1400 GBP.
There was an error while payment, amount of 349.04 GBP got deducted from my credit card account and due to that ticket is not issued. I don't have any reference number as booking is not completed.
Please refund the 349.04GBP.

Refunded automatically after 7 days, may be because the purchase was incomplete so the money was on hold between my bank account and eDreams, and send back to my account after 7 days.

The problem of transaction I am facing right now with eDreams. Please find below the detailed explanations :
On 17th June I made a reservation for Mru to Dxb, Dxb to Mru via edreams for amount of Rs 40,778.48 + a charge of Rs 807.31. The problem was that when I converted the price before booking it seemed okay, when I checked the deducted amount on juice it was more than I expected so I cancelled immediately. On 22 June, my cousin invited me to Frankfurt so I booked another ticket via edreams for the cheapest price and again I was shocked to see the amount deducted, it was too expensive and I cancelled immediately. Charge by edreams : Rs 59,717.83 + 1,182.43 by AC - USD. I have the proof of payment. I received mail of confirmation for refund under 10working days. So I waited. I was able to chat via their app on eDreams and now I'm not able to get an agent. I get only robotic answers and they direct me via a complaint form. I called them 3 days ago and was told that they will refund me after 72hrs, still nothing. Everyday I email [protected]@case.edreams.com, I'm told that they never took the payment and to check with my bank. The transaction was done via my old debit card 5368******4824. MCB recently changed my card so that they don't take more payment.
Today we are 18th july, I want to understand where is my money and why I got a mail of confirmation for refund under 10working days as from 22 June and never got it. What is happening and who took my money?
Beware of them,they are scammers. Even you send them proof of payment by email, they don't accept stealing your money.

Unauthorized credit card charge
On 9 June I booked flight (booking reference [protected]) and was charged by € 1311.42 as total cost of my reservation, for which I received confirmation mail (available on request).
On 9 July eDreams charged another € 54.99 from my credit card.
After I complained through Chat help center, on 18 July I got invoice for my flight increased by €54.99, without any explanation for it. This extra charge is not transparent and it is not justified.
Desired outcome: I would like €54.99 back to my bank account.
It was clarified that credit charge occurred automatically after 1 month of trial prime membership. This membership was promoted as 0 EUR charge without transparently explained that it will be automatically charged after 1 month. Support agent resolved the issue quickly by offering cancellation of the membership and returning the money back to the account.

There were three suspicious transactions 61.29 euros each (total 183.87 euros) from my debit card on 13th july 2022 by e-dreams. I didn't make these transactions. Neither I did any subscription. I blocked my debit card immediately. I want a refund.

Booking flight Firenze London and return, 14/7/2022
I thought I booked a pair of flights through Vueling between Florence Italy and London, for the 14th July, and then return, booked and paid for on the 7th. The money, approximately 442 euro, was debited from my account 7th July, but no confirmation details came from either EDreams or Vueling. I have proof of payment. EDreams did not reply to my enquiries and I obviously missed the flight on the 14th. I would expect a full refund.

Issuing tickets
I had a modification in my flight from dublin to khartoum from July 12th to July 13th and had to pay an extra 500 euro for the change. However, when i arrived at the airport the staff told me that the ticket had not been changed in their system and i was unable to board. After, i spoke to an agent through their chat system regarding this issue and they said they would change the flight to the 15th and guaranteed that the same issue would not arise again. However, yet again I arrived at the airport and was told that my ticket had not been properly issued. As a result, I have now missed 4 days of work in dublin and counting.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund to cover the cost of my abscence at work and for the inconvenience.
