Page restricted without cause
May 6, 2021
Earlier this week, our Facebook Community Page with 314K+ followers was notified that it is "at risk of being unpublished and has reduced distribution and other restrictions due to continued Community Standard violations".
We are a service-oriented international group of administrators and moderators / hosts that maintains the utmost respect for people of all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and any conceivable man-made divisions for mankind. We have diligently and thoughtfully provided services to this like-minded community since the page was founded nearly seven years ago on June 26, 2014.
Our page, INFJ Refuge, only has one violation dated Jan 29, 2021, which we have been unable to verify or appeal. We do not understand how this constitutes "continued violations", nor do we agree that the penalties are commensurate with the supposed infraction. This is a viable threat to unpublish INFJ Refuge for no credible reason, and we strongly and collectively feel that this is an unfounded and unfair business practice.
In order to resolve this issue, on behalf of our community we respectfully request that the Page Restrictions be removed and the threat to Unpublish the Page be revoked.
Furthermore, on behalf of the 2.7 billion users worldwide, we request that a more accessible, user-friendly, and responsive Appeals Board be established by Facebook, Inc. With revenues exceeding $85 billion US dollars last year, we feel this is a reasonable request that should cause no undue hardship to the largest, longest-running, and arguably most successful social media platform known to humanity.
We are genuinely concerned that the continued success of Facebook, Inc. and its stakeholders could be jeopardized if these unfair business practices are allowed to continue unchecked.
Please help us continue providing our services to this global community!
Sincerely,
The Administration and Moderating Team

Desired outcome: Remove Page Restrictions
Review
Why am I getting a review of my account — I have done nothing wrong and don't know whats going on — please fix this problem — I don't curse or cause any problems — I have family on facebook and I sell in the market place-the only thing I can think is someone is jealous of what I sell and or competition from other sellers - I need my facebook back as soon as possible
Thank you
Desired outcome: getting my facebook back please
Account suspended.
On 05/02/21 my account got suspended for what I'm not sure. I put up a article from Yahoo about a GOP Rep that was arrested for abusing children. Soon after a get a message about violating Facebook terms. I put in a review but all I get is this message. Review Requested
If we find that your posts or comments didn't follow our Community Standards, your account will remain disabled.
We're always looking out for the security of people on Facebook, so while your posts and comments are reviewed you can't use Facebook. I've heard nothing and Facebook prevents me from contacting them. I have no clue on what the actual offending article that caused this. I would like my account reactivated.
Desired outcome: account reactivated.
Marketplace
Been blocked from marketplace now for almost 2 weeks, have three open cases.
Support inbox is supposed to reply within 24 hours. No answer to anything.
I contact them daily, I review them on trustpilot daily, I have emailed them as well and phoned usa all nothing.
I am unable to sell or buy anything on marketplace, where I have a number of adverts, or on any facebook page or group which is very limiting
Desired outcome: do their job do the appeal and reinstate my account
Personal account
Woke up this morning to my account being disabled for no presented reason.
"Your Account Has Been Disabled
You can't use Facebook because your account, or activity on it, didn't follow our Community Standards.
We have already reviewed this decision and it can't be reversed."
Only posts I make are family, home improvements and about my job. Facebook does not say what post is against standards much less an option to dispute.
Desired outcome: Reinstate Account
Why was my account disabled?
My facebook account was disabled . I am Not posting death threats, sexual nudity, or bullying or harassing anyone. I post Bible Scriptures on a daily basis, I have been for the past 3 years yet Facebook disabled my account last week . Why? The only thing that I can come up with as to why my account was disabled is this...someone could of possibly cloned my name and my picture, hacked my account and made there own account using my name and put on that wall what they pleased, that went against facebook standards. It is NOT FAIR that my account was disabled. I did nothing wrong.
Desired outcome: Take the block off of my account so I can resume my bible studies.
Continue ban for freedom of speech
I've been banned for the last 30 days for first defending my 2nd amendment rights and just now another 30 days for saying slow joe and hoe! Now how by anyone's standards with half a braincell is that offensive or against standards. Seen individuals holding the head of a sitting President and that individual lost nothing! Let's be fair with your censorship ya snicks!
Desired outcome: For Facebook to pu their head out of their [censored]
scrabble go.
For some reason Facebook will not allow me access to Scrabble Go keeps saying you will not connect, Why ? I have been playing this game since it started and other than having to keep refreshing the game have had no problems .
Desired outcome: Being able to again get access.
Review board won't answer about a review
I was shut down and I don't know why I have asked for a review but every time I hit the continue button it goes no where to review I was hacked about a week ago. I have no idea why I was shut down. Lat time I was shut down I miss type a work I typed hoe instead of how just a miss type of bad spelling please I don't do harm to no one just a bad typed
Desired outcome: let me back on it is covid out there have no one to talk too
Defamation of character
Facebook equates to a harsh negative environment where people take out their anger and frustrations at the expenses of others. The bullying and defamation of character should not be allowed, especially, when assumptions are made that profoundly impact a persons emotional well being. This is a classic case of emotional abuse set by false statements. I have tried to contact Facebook regarding these accusations made against my son and, each and every time, they respond by saying that the posts are within their parameters. Ironically when reading their guidelines they state it is against their policy for people to shame or make false statements.
There is no one particular remark/assumption/accusation but very many that have been posted. A group called Below Deck Sailing Yacht Chit Chat by far as been the worse. Rumors were spread indicating my son got a cast member pregnant and is avoiding taking responsibility. Countless messages depicted him to be a dead beat dad, a loser, a lazy [censored] etc.. I don't understand how Facebook allows people to create and fortify such rumors instead of banning them.
I have taken the initiative to respond to some of the people by telling them to stop making assumptions and to stop spreading false rumors only to be called a [censored] and other insulting words that were, absolutely, unnecessary.
Desired outcome: Hold Facebook accountable and have Below Deck Sailing Yacht Chit Chat shut down
Facebook locked me out of my account. Can't get back on
Hi, I have been locked out of Facebook since April 12th and I don't know why. I have tried to follow their instruction to get a code sent to my email, no code has ever been sent. I have tried other things they suggest, no response or it doesn't go through. FB is my life line to family and friends. With the Covid Virus going around, you need to keep in touch. All of my genealogy records are there. Please help me
Desired outcome: Get me back on my FB account.
ad on FB by Emotion Go Shop
On February 10th, 2021 I ordered an electronic pole with brush attachments via an ad on Facebook. The ORDER [protected] was assigned to this purchase totalling $31.73 USD. I did not receive the electronic pole, but only the brushes. I complained to Emotion Go Shop several times with no acceptable replies. I offered to return the brushes if they could not supply me with the Electronic Pole/Rod to which they are to be attached. They said not to return it to the address listed on package. When I complained to the Better Business Bureau I found out that the address came from an Amazon location and BBB closed my case stating I should complain to Amazon. I suspect the ad you have on FB is fraudulent and needs to be deleted. I have lost $31.73 which I cannot afford to lose since I am on limited income having been retired since 2003. It appears this company shows you a video of a pole with brushes attached cleaning the inside of a shower stall as the items they are selling. When you order from them, it appears they order from Amazon just part of the order to be sent to you - that's why they don't want you to return it the address which is the Amazon Sortation Center 38811 Cherry St Newark, CA. Emotion Go Shop I believe may be a company located in China. Their customer service contact is an email to to whom I've complained several times to no avail. I was offered a 40% refund which is of no service to me since the brushes received cannot be used without the electronic pole/rod to which they need to be connected.
Attached is a picture of what they advertised on your FB site. I received only the brushes (pictures of packaging and brushes also attached)
Desired outcome: Total refund of $31.73USD and I'll return the brushes. They have to pay return shipment .
Complaint False Identity
Dear Sir/Madame,
Someone tried to frame me with this fraudulent person and contacted me under false pretences and asked me for a friend request and I suspected wrongdoing which has been confirmed today. This person wants to cause major issues between my fiancé and myself.
I realised this person (Simone Stormpie) created under false pretences, by a very mean and knifing person, was a false person, as she had no info regarding Work /Education/Places /No contact details /no family members/ no detail whatsoever . I played along and all my suspicions were confirmed today. I have deleted the conversations and blocked the "so-called" Simone Stormpie whom was a set-up by another mean person.
I am sure you will be able to establish whom created this profile (IP address) with no back-up info. See attached info with ref number and photo.
What can be done to stop someone creating these false profiles.
Please kindly advise and revert soonest.
Kindest regards,
Sebastiaan.
Desired outcome: Action against quilty party (IP address)
Appears someone is using a fake account in my name to solicit funds for various illegal activities.
I have received messages from several people recently that someone using my account has been soliciting my contacts for funds such as a police benevolent funds and or various financial contacts. I am in law enforcements and have not solicited anyone to act in my behalf.
I have not and never would use Facebook for any illegal purpose and have never authorized anyone else to use my name or account
My email address is [protected]@msn.com
Desired outcome: Find out who is using my account and have the user sanctioned and removed from being able to hack my account
Disabled account
My fb account was immediately disabled for posting a pic that others did but they got a false fact check sticker. They told me to request a review and provide ID which I did. They said they were understaffed due to covid so they wouldn't get to my request. I emailed several times but no reply. After 30 days, got an email: Hello, Any violation of our terms of service could have broader implications for your use of Facebook and Services, including but not limited to your user, admin, developer, and business-related activities. The Facebook Team Then on the site, I see this: Your Account Has Been Disabled. You can't use Facebook because your account, or activity on it, didn't follow our Community Standards. We can't review this decision because too much time has passed since your account was disabled. I know others get warnings or are blocked two weeks at a time but I have never encountered that and permanently disabling me is unfair.
Desired outcome: Reinstate access to my account
Being blocked by facebook
I continue being blocked for the same things I was already blocked for in the past. It is ridiculous that the democrats bully republicans and yet they get off scott free and a republican says the same thing back to those that bullied them and the person who comments the same thing the democrats said and the republican gets blocked. It is ridiculous that you think it is ok to censor republicans and not the democrats that started the bullying and were reported first.
Desired outcome: Unblock all people out of facebook jail, unless you put democrats in facebook jail when they break the rules.
Getting blocked from facebook
As of yesterday, informed that I would be blocked from face book for 30 days, just came off from being blocked about 2 weeks ago for 30 days. Supposedly I violated their community standards. However that is all they state when they block, not the reason for blocking or which comment I made. Too me since this is a entity and for the public, not individual or person, this would violate my 1st amendment rights, of free speech. This is about the 5th time of being blocked by face book, for one day, a week, twice, and 30 days twice, with no explanation on why or what I send that violated their standards.
Desired outcome: One, why no explanation on why blocked and two, does this violate my 1st amendment of the constitution.
Still awaiting my reply concerning my complain above time now 7:15 p.m., Friday 16th of April. Thanks in advance.
Ron
Just tried to seek help with this Chris guy. Several times I tried to explain that I was banned from facebook on Sept 26 because my post did not meet community standards. I asked who the people on community standards were and if I could view the post that turned out to be the culprit. Every time I explained he would refer me to a page where I have to pay money in order to get help. I asked him if he sleeps well at night seeing he is screwing with the exact same people that helped make his company rich.
I'm the same way. I made a comment yesterday stating that muslems are parisites and I am in fakebook jail for 30 days. The time before this I was banned for 30 days for my opinion that men make ugly women. It was a trangender post. All that I was sent by fake book that it violated there community standard. They don't say what part of my comment they thought was hateful.
I got blocked from Nazibook for 7 days because I called US Women's Soccer player Megan Rapihoe an ugly b word because she disrespected our nation, flag, and armed forces by kneeling during the national anthem at the Tokyo Summer Olympics. Mark Zuckerberg hates America!
This same thing has been happening over comments that I was already blocked for. I commented back to the person that was bullying someone else and I get blocked because a democrat said I was bullying them. I did not bully anyone. The democrats comment all the time about killing republicans but because I said the democrats that are destroying our country should be put in front of a firing squad for Treason, which the constitution itself says should happen, I get blocked again for another 30 days.
I was locked out of my account on march 26.
They have not given me any instruction on how to unlock it. And can't find anywhere for help. Every e-mail I try is not valid. They say they think someone was trying to hack me. I don't know why they would lock it and then not instruct me on how to unlock it. If they don't want me to have my account any more than just delete. So I can start all over. It is only a face book account.
Desired outcome: to get my account unlocked
Disabled account
4/13/21 - Last night, I completed a scholarship application via a link from a FB group and as soon as I hit "send", my FB account was disabled. It said that I had violated community standards - but didn't tell me what standard I violated or how I had violated it. In the application, I DID mention "the virus" by name so I can only assume that is the problem, despite the fact that what I said isn't spreading false information, inciting fear, etc. I have a copy of the completed application and can show you exactly what I said, and can refer you to multiple resources that can confirm that what I said is in fact true. I started to go through the steps to recover the account. I requested an SMS message be sent to my phone, but a code was never received. I requested another SMS code several times. In the meantime, I discover emails (to this email address) stating my phone has texting disabled from FB? (I don't believe that to be true, as I've had to recover and/or reset my password in the past and have never had an issue - same phone, same number, same carrier for many years). I have attached copies of the emails received last night in the order in which they were received. (FYI - I did change my password last night, so that is legit.) When I click on the "Request Review" button in the one email, it takes me right back to the "Security Check" option to have an SMS sent. Wound up exceeding the number of times I can request an SMS code (despite never receiving even ONE) and it says I have to wait 24 hours to request another (that I probably won't receive either). The Help Center has been of no help whatsoever. I found a thread "I didn't receive the code from Facebook to confirm my mobile" and it lists the option to get a phone call or an email instead. When I either of those options, it takes me right back to the "Security Check" option to have an SMS sent. I am in the process of "downloading your information" so I hopefully have some sort of copy of my account. I'm afraid to sign in with another older account that I rarely use because when I click on "Logout" for Angie Telfer, I get a message saying "THIS ACCOUNT WILL BE DISABLED IN 30 DAYS. Are you sure you want to logout? You only have 30 days left to request a review. After that your account will be permanently disabled."
Desired outcome: I just want my account reactivated!
Item was not received / cyberbullying claiming that the bank transaction receipts are fake
I made a downpayment last january for a watch that I ordered from her. Come march, she asked to be paid the whole amount of the watch. After two days, she claimed that the money was not yet in her account. I immediately called my bank and complained but was told that the transaction was successful. I told her to coordinate with her bank but she refused. And eventually she said that all my bank transactions were fake. And even posted me as scammer.
Desired outcome: Disable her page so there won't be anymore victims
