on july 16, 2019 in office building fedex form
On July 16, 2019 I obtained Fed Ex packaging from Fed Ex Box located at 225 Hwy 35 N, Red Bank, NJ 07701 I filled out form for delivery next day. On US Air Bill Fed Ex Tracking # [protected] I filled out all information and in #7 of form my Visa information. I received a telephone call in the afternoon from Fed Ex Eatontown, NJ stating my letter wasn't delivered. This was important to be delivered first thing on July 17, 2019 to neurosurgeon. When I asked why, someone didn't call me sooner no explanation. I was told the Fed Ex Form was outdated! How would I ever have known that.
I called a Courier service and the cost $171.93. I have called Fed Ex Customer Service 4 times. I have submitted receipts and copy of out dated Fed Ex Form 4 times with no response.
Now what?
Please respond. [protected]@yahoo.com/[protected]

My son is student in Germany, and his cell phone got stolen on 8/11. I shipped a new I Phone 10R and it was supposed to be delivered on 8/14/19. When shipping, I was not told to include the invoice in the box. Shippment got stuck in Germany since they did not know the value of the phone (which you can google). I sent them a phone invoice on 8/14/19 and continue to send it 5 more times to de-import@fedex.com and every time I send an invoice, next day I get a message from same person asking for an invoice again. This is ridicilous, my son is without way of communicating with us, school, and friends, no way for him to bank, use transportation...e.t.c. I am very dissapointed with Fed Ex.
please stop using fedex delivery service
FedEx was suppose to deliver my mattress today but instead of them making the delivery they lies and stated that I wasn't at home and that they left a door tag. When in fact I was at home and I never received the door tag showing that they attempted to make the delivery. I took off work today just so I can get my mattress and FedEx flat out lied.
Due to this HORRIBLE experience I will NEVER again purchase from Mattress Firm if they continue to use FedEx as there delivery service! I will also go out of my way to be sure everyone & anyone I come in contact with is made aware of this HORRIBLE experience AND poor customer service received from FedEx & Mattress Firm! I am a VERY Unhappy Customer!
delivery/customer service.
Package tracking number 788722618087 was due to be delivered today. I worked from
home to wait on package. Also signed up for updates via email. The driver did not ring bell, left tag on door DT105261298522 and did not update system so received no notices of changed status. Twenty minutes on phone with customer service rep and advocate yielded nothing more than a message left with dispatcher.
Waste of a day, waste of money. No package, indifferent attitude.
What could possible be the rationale for not buzzing? Additionally our building has a package room which driver didn't bother to visit and drop off envelop.
ignorant racist action by manager, sorry to say
I am a retired disabled attorney. I speak Spanish and volunteer to help Latinos. This rning around 10:30 a.m., I met with a Latino at the Work Station inside the FED EX OFFICE at 444 N. Harbor Blvd, Fullerton, Ca 92832. A Caucasian man was sitting near by when I spoke Spanish to an immigration applicant who needed to change his address and make copies. The Caucasian man was sitting at the work station filling out a puzzle and not using Fed Ex services. He got up and complained to the manager that I was "doing business" at the Work Station. The manager came over and asked me to leave. I had already made approximately 111 copies ( receipts on my credit card), so I was using their services. A witness heard her say, "pack up your things and leave". I finished what I was doing and then attempted in a calm voice in front of the security to explain to the manager that many Latinos do not have credit cards and need assistance. Every time I have sent a Latino to the counter, the fed ex staff sent them to the self-service copiers and they could not use them, so I became accustomed to helping them make copies on my credit card. I spend money in this Fed EX office 2-3 times per week helping Latinos as a volunteer. I tried to talk to the manager before leaving and in front of the security guard, she said she would call the police if I tried to help Latinos again with their immigration paperwork. Prior to this, the security guard always greeted me in a friendly manner and pointed out any Latinos who were asking for help. The manager obviously did not want Latino business even though she is Latina. My experience has been that many recent immigrants hate new arrivals. I explained that I am disabled and cannot go to coffee shops to meet people...and the purpose to meet there is to make copies. That's when she threatened to call the police if I ever returned. The manager complained that Latinos were calling to get the address and that was disruptive...I thought they wanted people to find their office so they could make copies! I am appalled by this treatment. Fed ex has set up work stations to do paperwork and make copies. They allow homeless people to charge their phones in the same area, but I was kicked out for helping Latinos because a white guy complained. I want to continue using my vast knowledge to help people. I spend 20 hours per day in bed and like to use my mind productively. I have a heart condition, drop foot that keeps me from walking fully, bleeding ulcers that could kill me from the blood thinners I take for my heart, diabetes, bulging disks in my back that are always painful and make it difficult to walk. I enjoy 3-4 hours per week helping others. This is my resume:

do not use fedex ever!
I have been in business for 22 years. Fedex ground and freight have serviced my business for 22 years and they are horrible. They are never allowed onto my property again. Their employees are rude and jerks!
They do not know anything about customer service!
They destroy or lose shipments and refuse to pay for the damage they cause!
I received a pallet, 775703084605, they crushed 2 packages, totally crushed them. It was obvious a heavier pallet had been set on top of my pallet and destroyed my order. The driver had us make notations of the damage and refused the damaged material, only to get a letter of legal notice stating we will be charged a storage fee for the damaged material they damaged? Rita kennedy, 251-443-5284 is beyond rude and needs to be written up or retrained on how to deal with customers! Theni called the complaint toll free number to file a complaint only to have that employee also be beyond rude. (did not give his name even) enough. Everyone on here complaining about how awful they are needs to start a petition boycotting fedex!
dangerous driver.
On friday july 12 approximately 8:15 pm edt I was west bound on hwy 7 between carleton place and perth ontario. I was proceeding along a section of road with a double lane for passing.
As the double lane was ending a fedex driver (trailer number p36501 license number p482524) proceeded to pass me at a point where there was less than 10 meters of road left. Instead of slowing down so I could remain on the road and get back in my lane he continued to block me in. I had no choice but try to avoid a collision by leaving the roadway at 80 kmh. It was a double trailer and an experienced and competant diver would have known there was not enough thim to pass a car without forcing it off the road.
I was forced off the road onto the shoulder by your driver and luckily was able to maintain control of my vehicle. The driver made no attempt to stop and acknowledge what he had done. What he didn't realize was that I have it all recorded on my dash cam. I am enclosing a short segment of the dash cam video.
A driver exercising such poor judgement and wrecklessly endangering people's lives, my life, should not be driving anything bigger than a tricycle. I am considering seeking legal advice on this matter so I await your response and what actions you will be taking.

current employee and unethical behaviour
One of the employees who currently works at Fedex Ground by the name of Joseph Dale Horner. Drives a 2011 Mitsubishi Gallant. License plate Kinzy 1. This kid has made accusations and statements of being fully capable of smoking weed while on the clock within the facility he works in. This kid does possess and smokes weed on a regular basis and doesn't have a green card. He is suicidal, prone to rage outbursts, suffers from severe depression, and is a menace to himself as well as others. I don't know what the policy is for smoking weed on the clock and on the premises at Fedex. However for someone to make such a claim boldly and even while sparking up a joint right in full view. Something needs to be done.
package delivery
Fed Ex consistently does not deliver my packages due to a mysterious "Recipient Location Security Delay", even though there is no construction on my street, and the weather is fine. I have caked FedEx and no explanation can be given as to why this is happening. The only thing they can tell me is that the driver has left and gone home for the day (tomorrow is a holiday, maybe they stopped delivering early and left my package for the next business day). This is unacceptable and needs to be corrected.
Correction: I have *called Fed Ex...
non delivery, drivers, raeford nc
Complaint #2 on this board.
For the past 2 years, fedex has delivered my packages to the wrong addresses. Weekly... Since the beginning of 2019 its happened 29 times. Also (in 2019) 2 "delivery exceptions" on packages that did not need signatures. The driver was too lazy to drive to the end of my road, so he just flat out lied and said "customer unavailable"
I call the driver manager 973-868-3218 nabile... He has never returned a call and conveniently keeps his voice mail box full so he can say he didn't get complaints :)
I call the terminal that loads the packages on the truck...910-683-3002. I know about every employee & supervisor (rosie/mike) there. No one does anything to remedy this and absolutely no one cares. They apologize and talk nice and do zero! I bet I am the subject of water cooler talks.
I have repeatedly filed complaints with fedex national. They just send the complaints back down to nabile, the driver manager, who does nothing. I bet he sits around laughing.
I have stopped shipping out with fedex, but I cannot control the shipper that my suppliers use to ship in to me. However, I am letting them know each time fedex delivers my orders to the wrong address.
Fedex= loser company without any remedy to fix ongoing issues and complaints.

driver didn't come
On June 27, 2019 - I called Fedex China to schedule a pick up. I was given a ticket number DGMA21 and was informed to stay home that the courier would come between 9 -12. The courier never came and I call their hotline and so far I have been unsuccessful into obtaining any information and find out what happened. I was asked if I have the driver's phone number. WOW! Am I supposed to have this information or was I supposed to ask for his phone number when I schedule a pick? I am not aware of this. I am still waiting for them to pick my document I am wondering how many days Fedex takes to pick up a document. From a Chinese's perspective, I will never get a reply. Welcome to China!
failure to receive next day documents via fedex and the driver lied
June 21, 2019
#[protected]
FEDEX failed for the 5th time to deliver priority next-day package. The driver stated that he left a door tag. and has done this on 5 other deliveries. He did not. I was at home. The delivery is re-scheduled for Monday. Carrie, the supervisor, stated there is nothing she can do.
I am out of State on Monday, and will lose a client over this negligence.
employment
Hello David,
I just wanted you to know That I left work today. I do not intend to return. I was very disappointed in the way in which I was treated by the acting Manager Janelle. I spent a week at the Clear lake location for training and learned all about the shipping side but nothing about the production side. My manager Janelle wanted me to work all day last Saturday Alone and clock out for lunch while remaining to work. This is illegal and is stated as being so in the FLSA of the Texas Labor Laws. I did not feel comfortable being alone and I explained my position to her. She took me off the schedule for that day. I was scheduled to work alone on Sunday but figuring it was only 4 hours she kept me on alone. I ended up calling her 3 times before she responded and I told her I had projects from customers I did not know how to do one of which was due that same day. She was upset with me for having to come in to do the projects so much so that she would not speak to me nor would she show me how to do the projects to learn for the next time. All she stated was "you put paper in the printer to print and print it". No way to talk to a new employee and Well not if they wasn't certain paper a certain size etc, anyway.. When I walked in today she has me on the schedule for 2 days of which I told her I couldn't work for the low hours and she told me she wouldn't not be giving me hours without having the training, which she refused to help me learn. I was told I was full time but my schedule never was over 27 hours. So without another word I told her I was going home. I turned in my key and left. This is not how I expected Fed Ex would be treating any of its new employees. I was treated fair at the clear lake location and now wish I would have been hired for that location. I will be contacting OSHA about the FLSA and how I was told to work while off the clock. Thank you for your time and patience in the hiring process. I will not be recommending Fed Ex to any potential customers or friends for work or any other business in the future.
Sincerely
Amanda Mireles
offering services that don't exist then lie about it
George
Here is the (2nd) follow up email, below from Fed Ex.
The email below shows that I paid for 2-day delivery. You will also note that this shows a Saturday delivery by 4:30 PM. You state this service is not available to this location in MT. Someone is being dishonest. Then came an issue that is was delivered to Fed Ex and the label was printed at 4:50 PM. You state this is after the pick-up time. You quoted that time was 4:30 for express.
This Redmond facility was picked as the drop off point before I paid for the label. This location shows the last pick up time as 6:00 PM on the website. The envelope was delivered before the 4:30 deadline with a label already attached ( a copy attached here) and was printed at 3:13 PM. Ultimately, this makes no difference, since, as you state, there is no Saturday delivery to this location. The email below and the label attached shows Fed-EX clearly offered this option, collected payment for this option and then responded via email stating all of the above for a service that does not exist. This is the most germane part of this conversation. In my opinion, these actions not only violate consumer protection laws but would also appear to constitute fraud. It certainly is not professional and benefits no one but your company. These actions discount your customer as if they should be serving your company. I'm sorry I still believe in customer service and your companies responsibility to provide it.
You demanded professionalism, so do I... Lying to your customer and trying to absolve you, and your company of responsibility and assurances is far from professionalism. I sorry if your company now trains their personnel to threaten to hang up the phone in an effort to exercise their superiority, that is certainly professional.
I called customer service, and it appears that department no longer exists at Federal Express. Fred Smith built a company based on customer service. It was not a tag line, it was a way of life. Take heed George, this is not just you who has failed here. No one listened to my question. All of your customer service personnel kept saying was the package would be delivered today. That was not the question or concern. A few words of advice do not try to control the conversation when a customer has a complaint. SHUT UP and listen. When the customer is right, perhaps acknowledging the mistake and finding ways to resolve the issue will serve you and your company better. You have a responsibility to your company, your customer and yourself. People make mistakes. You fix them and move one.
BTW reading from a script is incredibly rude and certainly doe not lead the customer to believe that you are listening to them.
So lets review.
1) Your company sold me and charged me for a Saturday delivery which does not exist.
2) Your company charged me extra for a 2-day delivery, which had no way of being delivered.
3) Your website advertised a 6:00 PM last pick up which is false, and you denied same with never actually looking at it.
4) Your company created another label showing a later purchase time and drop off time and created another promised delivery date.
5) YOU denied all of #4, and now you have the evidence that proves YOU lied.
6) When calling you on this and telling you "do not tell me this crap" you threaten to hang up the phone if we cannot keep this professional. I did not know I was dealing with a company that lies to their customer and then tries to take control of the conversation by doing the same thing you accuse the customer of doing. MAJOR FAIL.
7) The two emails and attachment I sent you clearly shows that your company is incredibly unprofessional and is trying to deceive me. I fail to understand the issue these emails were sent to me from your company. A responsible thing to do was research your emails. Not try to bluff the customer that you act as if he was lying. I believe your company is engaging in deceptive and dishonest business practices. The alternative is you think you are right, and the customer is just too stupid to figure it out. Original shipping Label is attached.
You tell me what should I do?
Delivery worker complaint
I am the general manager of a sushi restaurant in Tulsa, OK and we have been recieving Fed Ex's services for multiple years. Today is the first complaint I have had to file about a delivery worker. I am 7 months pregnant and asked for him to drop a heavy box off in our walkin. He set it inches away from the walkin and said it "wasn't his job to put it inside" and that "I could file a complaint if I wanted" but he was not going to do it. So I am filing a complaint because I am astounded in the service I just received.

A door tag notice was left on my door on 6/5/19. I called the same day to say I'll be home at 6:00 pm for the rest of the week. According to Antony, a message was sent to the driver. The next day, the driver showed up before in early afternoon leaving a door tag notice again; I called and spoke to Kevin. I was told another message was sent to the driver. The next day, the driver showed up before six again.
On Saturday, I was told that I had to wait until Tuesday because the agent was not able to reach anyone. On Wednesday, the driver left a door tag notice at 3:47, I was home, Noone knock on the door. I called the agent told me that the driver was told to leave merchandise at the door. Today, I called the virtual assistant had no answer as to where the package was, I went on line, there was an indication that the package would be delivered on Saturday in the afternoon. I called to confirm, an agent answered and told me that the package will not be delivered on Saturday.
I getting mixed information. Please let me know what is going on. It seems that your customer agents are not informed or there is no communication between the agent and the center.
Please let me know what is going on with DT737540581376

pick up service
I have scheduled pick up Mon-Fri at our office, we go days without anyone picking up mail, tons of packages have been delayed . I have made numerous phone calls to make sure pick up is set up and nothing . I have had to personally load up packages and drive them to the fed ex facility to be sure they are sent out to make sure our employees are receiving their computers .
date format change
I went to track and package and found it showed the shipment was delivered on 03/06/19, which really confused me see as it how just shipped. After looking at the details further I came to realized that FedEx has changed the date format from MM/DD/YY to DD/MM/YY. I feel this was an unnecessary and undesired change. When tracking shipments within the US everyone is used to the MM/DD/YY format. I hope that FedEx will change the format back immediately to avoid further confusion for their customers within the US. Thank you.

Stolen or vanished painting, original!
AWB [protected]
The second time fedex is unable to deliver a package in Switzerland. First, they should call and don't. As I call back, the person responsible is unfriendly, and uninformed.
Ia charged an additional amount of money despite the picture not available.
I only hope that you will pay for the original painting and all additional costs.
Kind regards
fedex reckless driver this morning
I was on the expressway this morning at North I-75 & I-166 connection. Heading to work, one of your truck driver almost ran me off the road with his trailer sweeping in my lane. He was speeding at the time. I viewed his tag # from my rear view mirror. (E77BH3)
He needs additional training to handle such huge truck during the morning hours. It was around 6:45am.
