The machine with register No P32B7187 in moraghebat branch, took my money and machiem shutdown automatically after that restart

Increase in rate of interest on loan without information
I have availed loan from FAB and the rate of interest has shot up from 5.49 to 9.99 in steps. I have written several mails and requested that they should call me in the evening OR communicate through mail since I am working offshore in an Oil and Gas plant and do not carry mobile to office.
They simply give a missed call and close the requests. It is the worst bank in UAE.
International transfer
On February 12th sent SWIFT international transfer from FAB to bank account in another country. After 2 weeks it wasn't not any debit on International account. I called to customer service - they advised to visit branch personally and raise up transaction recalling. Ok, met with manager, under his dictation wrote application, he said to wait 3 working days. After 2 weeks - no any debit on my account for recalling operation. OK, I called again to customer service - waiting 20 minutes while lady call to branch who managed this recalling proccess - and she said that responsible manager is on VACATION (!) and nobody doesn't have access to this application! OK, I wait 2 more week while manager back from vacation and visited branch again - and he said - it was mistake in application I wrote under his dictation! OK, wrote now adjusted application for recalling, he said wait 2-3 days, and promised to me send update in WA. One more week gone - no feedback from manager and he didn't response on my requests and calls.
Just after I raised compliant to UAE central bank they created internal compliant with resolution date April 11th. At Aprill 1th they sent me message that resolution is delaying due to internal processes. Already 2 month they can t recall mh transaction.
Worst bank service I ever faced. Zero client support. Worst competench levels of managers.
Just advise to all - if they don't response and delay complaint creation - escalate your issue to UAE central bank.
Credit card
I obtained a credit card from a salesperson at Fab who claimed that the card would be free for life. However, one week later, I received an annual fee and upon contacting Fab, I was informed that there were no benefits associated with the card. I feel that I have been deceived and I am not prepared to pay the annual charges. Could you please revert this transaction?"

Unsolved Problem for Unecessary Deductions
Dear FAB,
I called the customer service so many times and all of them cannot give solution to my problem. Unecessary deductions is happening to my account. They are telling me not to close my account, however, the promised reimbursement is not being credited to my account for long time now, and worst, they again deduct uncessesary amount.
This is my hard earned money which you are simply getting from me. I have the right to complain, because the customer service is always promising to return my money back and not to close my account, yet the situation is getting worse.
525 aed is not yet credited to my account and 175 aed is again the deduction from my account yesterday. Total of 700 aed unecessary deduction.
This is Ramadan Month, please be considerate to you clients.
Do not take anything from your brothers and sisters unless it is given free. Please we are only expat working here in UAE with the lowest salary rate . Do not make our lives miserable here.

Cashback credit card annual fees
Hello,
I had opted for FAB Cashback credit card (ending with 6873) in March 2022 and I was informed that the cashback card has zero annual fees for the first year and second year onward it would be AED300+VAT. But from 1st May 2022, apparently bank decided to revise those charges and make it AED500 + VAT for non-salary transfer credit card holders. However, I was never intimated or communicated about this revision of the charges.
When I received my March 2023 statement, there was annual membership charges of AED525 to my card and when I raised the complaint about no communication on revised charges, the bank customer care kept on saying all the customers were communicated with the revision. I searched all my inboxes and notifications, I never received such communication and they're not ready to reverse applied charges. The only solution the bank has given me is, pay the charges use the card for next year or cancel it. I also requested to waive the charges, I will clear the dues and immediately cancel the credit card. but the Bank did not agree for that as well.
Desired outcome: Revision to agreed annual charges or reversal of the charges or cancellation of the card right away without payment of annual charges of next year.

Dear Sir,
I am writing to you regarding a Credit Card ending 3019 which was issued to me by when the bank name was "First Gulf Bank". I have never activated/nor used this card, but I was constantly receiving SMS to say i need to pay outstanding amount.
In 2018, I visited the FAB Bank and filed a complaint and requested to close this issue. The reference no of this complaint was CAS-11851-S2W6P1. Further to my visit to the Bank, i received SMS's to state that my complaint is CLOSED and the Credit Card was cancelled with ZERO balance. (Please see attached SMS's for your reference).
Now I have started receiving messages and statement again from FAB to say i have outstanding amount on the credit card. Also, the Etihad Credit Bureau it is showing that i have outstanding amount on this credit card.
I need your kind attention to please CLOSE this issue permanently!
It is causing me great hardships and my credit rating in the Itihad Bureau is getting affected due to this issue.

Remittances
I am Suman Roy a customer with First Abu Dhabi bank in Dubai. On 10/03/23 I transferred a mere amount of 420AED to a friend in Pakistan but till date it has not been credited to his account. After repeated follow up they asked for valid id of my friend which subsequently was provided to them.I have asked them to cancel the transaction too but in vain.
Such a in professional approach is not expected. Deeply shocked and frustrated
Infinite Elite card
Non recommended to anyone. I was cheated twice by this bank. First time I was given Etihad credit card and was told by the bank representative that there is no annual fees to be paid but I was charged 2500 AED annual fees. Then when I requested to cancel it I was convinced after many phone calls from different employees from that bank to replace Etihad card with Infinite Elite card which has no annual fees for life. I received the card and I didn't even activate it then after 3 years I was shocked when I received an email from this bank with an estatement of 840AED annual fees to pay because the bank decided to change their policy.
Wrongly charging
I have applied personal loan and recived on 11 january 2023 for AED 200000 after 18 days they have blocked my loan and my salary as well, after 3 days struggle FAB released my salary but personal loan was blocked my 1st installment was due on 25 Feb 2023, I have called helpline for past 1 month many times to record complaint every time they said legal team has blocked they cannot raise any complaint, I have requested to close my loan because every day interest was increasing branch managers said they cannot do anything just sent email helpline, has no answer refused to register my compalint I went to branch requested to close loan since it is blocked amount with them and not in my use but theysaid we cannot cancel loan and we cannot release the money. my car loan installment is due on 1st and I deposited in my fab account they deduct it as personal loan installment. I called helpline they said one department has given u loan so u must pay the installemnt I told him loan amount is blocked by your bank he said its different department you must pay this installemnt I asked why it is blocked he said he dont know and I have to wait until the team reply if they will release the loan money or not. this will effect my etihad credit score badly, why I should pay interest and loan when they money I never used its in my bank account and they blocked it.
they refuse to give any complaint number or register complaint always they said we have sent an email with no answer please help me out and get hold on bank either cancel or release the loan I should not charge this way.
I dont want my score to be effected when this is not my ault either they close.

Billing without consent
This bank has very poor customer service and their help number has automated messages and there is no way to talk to a living person!
I never had an account with them, but they sent a bill for a visa annual charge I went to a branch to find out that indeed I have a visa card from them since 2012 which I do not think was even activated. It was free at that time. Few months ago, this bank decided to charge annual fees! Fine, but did they get my approval? NO! but they went ahead and billed me accordingly.
I did not pay that because my intention was to cancel it. When I was able to talk to someone (someone gave me an unpublished secret number). She said that unfortunately we cannot cancel when there is an unpaid balance and she suggested to submit a ticket to waive the fee and another ticket to waive the overdue charges. Fine, this was around two months back and since then nothing happened, but they continued to send me reminder after reminder to pay.
All of you know what will happen to your credit report at Al Etihad Credit Bureau when there is a late or unpaid bill! Customer service advised me to pay it or pay half of it in order not to have further issues on my credit report. I will do that. But do you think it fair to have a bad credit report because of the poor customer service and performance of this bank?

Very disrespectful behaviour of fab employee
Today we visited 3 FAB branches trying to settle our car loan. 2 branches ( Deira City centre and Abu Bakr ) refused to accommodate our requests for not really understandable reason . The third branch we went to Dubai Health care city . Was waiting almost half an hour as only one bank representative was available on duty . We had an expired lability letter because of the long public holiday and Mr. Sathi Nachimuthu was not helpful at all . He refused to talk to me as I was accompanying my husband ( the owner of FAB account ) in a very disrespectful way . Thank to local gentlemen in-charge of the branch who dealt with our issue and politely gave an advice . I would expect an official apology from the mentioned bank employee before I will raise my complain to the official government authority.

ATM Machine Issue that Transaction Reflected from AC but cash doesn't come

Unauthorised credit card annual membership fee
I had a NBAD card ending with xxxx and that was free for life card and I used it once or twice and all swipe payments were paid and I never used the card in the past many years.
The card expired in 06/21 and after many years I received a payment sms last month claiming that I need to pay the annual membership fee of Dhs.315/= for a period 06/21 to 06/22 in which period I didn't have a card valid or I received any card from the bank.
I called the bank and enquired I have no card active with the bank and what is the annual fee they are charging me and the card was a free for life card. They informed me that last year they tried to deliver a card and I was not reachable and the card returned to the bank it seems which I cane to know last month only.
I have spoken to the bank many times and they are stubborn in making me pay the money which I really don't owe the bank.
I only received promotional sms and few mails from the bank.if they would have reached me to notify this change in their policy I would have definitely cancelled the card.
I was a good customer to the bank and had Fab card for many years at least 15 years and have come across many hardships but have paid all dues on time. Have explained all this to the bank but all hoes to deaf ears.

Fraud, hidden charges
Hi FAB,
I have been your client for about 6 months or more.
3 months back I was involved in a cyber fraud where I clicked on a website to purchase an Item where instead it was fraudulent apparently. They took my card details and registered the card for samsung pay later on purchases of about AED 6000 were made with my card before I could block it.
I followed up with your team within the month but your solution was that I will not be refunded this amount at all.
I was not okay with this but there's nothing I could do more.
Fast forward I have been receiving a minimum balance charge of AED 25 each month, it turns out there's more charge if my account has 0 amount. This was not informed to me when creating this account.
This is to inform you I will not be depositing any amount and I am not willing to pay for whatever negative balance that is in my account.
The only amount I will pay that I am aware of is AED 25 * 3 and a returned cheque penalty of AED 100.
Given that I redeemed my FAB points for AED 150 AND YOU GUYS DEDUCTED THE AMOUNT. This means the only amount I will pay extra is AED 175 - 150 = 25 + Any VAT charges total amounting to roughly AED 35.
Now to conclude all this, I NO LONGER WANT TO BANK WITH YOU GUYS, SO PLEASE CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT. I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO VISIT YOUR BRANCHES AS I AM BUSY LOOKING FOR MONEY TO COMPENSATE WHAT I LOST, TILL DATE I HAVE NEVER RECOVERED.
I lost AED 6000 which is not a small amount to me, I have a family to take care of back home.
I have sent you this email as proof of communication, I made countless of calls as well should you be kind enough to check your records.

I am premium customer for few years. Customers support of FAB banknis worst of the worst. Almost 4 months i am trying to get clarification and refund of stolen founds wher FAB was fully in charge of transactions. In fact, FAB is escaping, ignoring any of my claims. FAB is closing my complain cases as "Solved" without any resolving action. An absolutely frustrating behavior of bank. I do not recommend this bank for those, who counting money flow.
Desired outcome: No bank feedback. Bank customers support is absolutely useless.
Credit card refunds
I wish to raise my serious grievance over FIRST ABU DHABI BANK’s irresponsible attitude in handling my case as below:
1) My Visa infinite card was issued in September and was charged AED 420 as Annual charges. Although the agent has filled the form stating its First year Free. Hence I contacted the bank and I received a call on 16th October and agreed to reverse the charges. One of its officers called me and said AED 20 will be reversed within 5 days. Since it was not done, I called FAB call centre on 25th October and the agent Mr. JOMAR SANTOS informed me that I will get a call back within one hour but NO call received. So I complained again, they said they will listen to the call and investigate. Meanwhile I paid the due amount before the due date.
2) I called again on 10th November and spoke to one Mr. RENITH U who promised that I will get a call back next day morning but I didn’t get any call
3) So I called again on 13th November and one Mr. Ali Iqbal who promised that I will get a call back from the manager still I didn’t get any call
4) I called the Call centre again at night and insisted to talk to the manager and I could speak to one Mr. Amin, who said the complaint is under process and still 3 days 21 hours and some seconds are remaining to resolve my issue. He said they will investigate why the amount was not reversed to me.
In the meantime, FAB deducted AED 100 from my FAB salary account as payment towards my FAB infinite card on 2nd Nov. 2022 although I had paid the full due amount.
I had requested FAB to refund my AED 120 else bank is liable to pay late payment fees plus interest for any delay in reversing my charges.
Kindly note that I had incurred over AED 150 as telephone charges to call FAB call centre which needs to be reimbursed by FAB.
1) I am yet to get the refund of AED 20 on my Infinite card as promised by your supervisor hence I will be charging AED 20 per day until the day it is finally credited to my account.
hence this AED 100 should be reversed alongwith
2) My Infinite card has been charged AED100 on 27th Oct though I made the full amount hence this AED 100 should be reversed to my account alongwith AED 100 as late payment fees plus 8% interest.
3) I HAD CALLED THE CALL CENTRE several times and I was promised a call back but it is not happening.
4) ON 13th Nov. Mr. Amin said still 3 days 21 hrs and some seconds remaining to resolve my complaint. Although the complaint is too old of one month.
5) I asked him can I delay my credit card due amount for one month and tell the same thing to FAB, I am still investigating why I missed the payment?
