Booking with travel credits
My flight to Chicago was cancelled in 2020 due to Covid. I was given a travel credit to be used by Dec 2021. In 2021, covid was still raging and the use before date was extended to March 31/2022. I put in a request to use this credit in Feb 2022 for a date at the begin of March. The booking was never confirmed. I canceled and booked my flight myself. I chose another date in late March following all the rules and 72 hours before the flight still no confirmation. Every effort to contact someone or get more information led to the same dead end. I have since canceled that request and started a third which should leave in 72 hours and is double the cost to me. I still have not received any information beyond “quoting a change of flight”. What am I supposed to do? I am trying to use this credit and it’s not right that I should lose the money I paid in 2020 due to your poor system management.
Desired outcome: I want the credit returned to me in cash.
Cancelation flight
On March 22, 2022, I call for cancel my booking 34OGOY, Flight Hub [protected].
First I call Air Canada, they are explain me how to cancel on line, I did, and they say that I will receive voucher in amount of $486.41. When I didn't receive confirmation email, I call again and they explain me that I should call Flight hub, as Air Canada don't have email on file.
I check status of my flight on My Booking on flighthub.com, My Booking say:"You don't have any booking"
I called Flighthub during 3 hour 25 min - no body answer!
This is completely scoffed from flighthub.

Any time I call and select cancellation department, nobody pick up phone.
Then I call and ask name, then ask to talk to Supervisor of Flighthub, they just transfer my call again to Cancellation department and nobody pick up phone, it is scoff from company.
I talk with Jay, Atno, Chris, just few name, but same result.
If you want order ticked - they pick up phone right the way, if you want cancel flight - no body answer phone.
Web site doesn't have contact information, no email for feedback, or contact.
My previous experience with Flighthub was good, I call for change flight, and answered exactly, and faster help me, thank you.
But now it's completely scoff!
I would like to hear from management of company with explanation of this situation.

Connecting flights

I had a flight from Calgary to Islamabad. It's was Air Canada from Calgary to London then Qatar Air from London to Doha then after 13 hours stop over in Doha Qatar .
For my stop over Qatar Air did NOT provide me hotel stay (even it was mention on ticket) NO food (purchased even coffee and water) . Qatar Air said as my parent Airline is Air Canada so we will provide you nothing. I purchased ticket from flighthub.ca...

Changes to flights unacceptable
Back in Dec 21, 2021 we rebooked our flight that was previously cancelled due to covid.
Needless to say, we came away from that whole deal very disappointed to say the least. It took us hours upon hours on the phone. With us booking a flight, then being told that the price increased from the time we thought it was all settled with our credit card, to it going to the back office. This happened twice.
NOW, we get an email saying our itinerary is changed again!
We now have a layover of 2 hrs 50 minutes one way, and 1 hour 35 minutes the other way
Arriving at Ottawa at 11:15 PM is not acceptable. We CANNOT ask people to drive an hour and half to pick us up at that time of day!
For Flighthub and Westjet to do the right thing, they should refund us money ..
I do not want to start that process online and be told I can't get a refund but have to have a credit.
If we can get a refund for sure.. please do contact me.

Cancelled flight reimbursement
I booked through your company to fly from Penticton to Vancouver, the first leg was successful but the trip back home was cancelled due to Covid. The airline Pacific Coastal said they refunded the return trip monies back to your company since I booked through you. I have been trying to reach someone, anyone, to speak about this issue. It has been three months and I have called your 1 800 number on 6 occasions and been put on hold for over an hour each time. I then contacted "Get Human" twice and they did not respond.
All I want is to try to get my hard earned money back before I lodge a complaint.

Refund for two tickets booked in 2020
I booked two tickets through flight hub departing for march 25 2020 from Toronto airport and reaching delhi through air India. I have requested a refund for the last two years but I have not received any. They did not adjust the money for purchasing the tickets now departing from the same place. I have called so many times and sent emails too.

Roundteip booked from Thunder Bay to Kelowna May 12th returning in May 15th. About a week after booking this trip I received an email that my flight information had changed and a number left to call. I called Flighthub. I was told Westjet canceled the flight. I called Westjet with my concerns and options of other flights. I am very upset with the dishonestly by your company. Another friend of mine who was on the same flight who booked through CIBC points called them and it was changed back to the original booking. Overcharges
I made two bookings. the chargers exceed the amounts of the receipts. I have been traying to get a hold of somebody and all treats lead to a dead end. I could ask the credit card back to dispute the chargers but I would like to avoid having to go that route and impacting the booking. I would like to have the chance to discuss and resolve the matter with a human being on the phone. I am also worry that we will need a special request as one of the passengers uses a wheelchair and again I have not been able to get anybody to talk about that.
So far the experience with Flighthub is being a very upsetting. I think my concerns and expectation are very basic and I hope they turn around this impression and provide the customer service clients deserve.

flight credit- change destination city
Have a flight credit from April 2020 from a flight that didnt fly due to the start of the covid pandemic. We are also Canadians that couldnt get over the border. our united portion of the flight they wouldnt let me book online- had to call and wait on hold for almost 2 hours for them to tell me I couldn't change the destination city even though United says you can. To fly out of Buffalo will be an additional $250 over our credit instead of just changing the origin city.

Businesses commitment provided to me is approved involuntary refund for the medical reason.
I tried to use the credit/refund to buy tickets for the same travelers from the same departure to the same destination however it is not possible to do it online, there is no email address to reach out and customer service/support contact number waiting time is more than two hours (I already tried to call a few times last week and this week in the different hours). I was not able to speak with anyone but they answer your call if you want to book a new flight in a minute!

I booked in October to go to the Philippines and they cancelled my flight, rebooked it and I went to the airport with my updated itinerary and there’s no reservation. I was required to submit a pcr test that was $261.45 and they could not contact the airlines to confirm the booking.
At this point they said they could issue a refund and I will have to rebook and pay all over again.
It’s very disappointing and I would never use FlightHub again.

FLIGHTHUB has stolen my money. I purchased an airline ticket and needed to cancel about two minutes after purchase. I paid the 75$ cancellation fee, they agreed to cancel. When I called the next day they said they never received the money and hung up on me. I would like to file criminal charges and get this company shut down. Not only did they not return my ticket money but they took an extra 75$! What the hell?!?!

Had booked a flight to brussels 9 months in advance reason being was a short flight a great price. Well that didn't last long it was changed to a slightly longer flight. That first time I couldn't reach flight hub had to call the airline.
Then without notice no email no call nothing, my flight was changed again, this time with a 35hrs flight leaving on the 17... Which I would have never booked... Ever!
Tried again to reach flight hub no response what so ever. Again had to call the airline to try to solve the issue... Not leaving with the preferred airline that I had chosen to begin with
But had no choice to go with air canada which I would never choose. Had logage allowance and meal now i'm losing everything I had booked to begin with. Second time i've had issues like this with flight hub... I'm a frequent fighter and this makes me not want to ever do business with flighthub again.Costumer service is the worst i've seen in a long time.
If you have a solution or positive outcome of my situation it would be greatly appreciated.

January 15,2021 Juji Airways cancel the ticket.

June 24,2021 I have got e-mail from FlightHub saying:
"Your reservation with Fiji Airways for you 18 March ,2021 trip to Kingsford Smith has been canceled as of 2021-06-24. Charges against your credit card have been reversed. Depending on your bank,please allow up to two billing circle (12 to 18 weeks ) before seeing a credit on your statement."
Is already 8 months (30 weeks !) and many conversation with agents from FlightHub. Nobody there is responsible to take any action.

Avianca/FlightHub canceled our flights
FlightHub/Avianca canceled our flights in November 2021. Although they canceled our flight we only get 50% as a refund! Since then we tried to rebook our flights. It is not possible over the website from FlightHub to use our 50% refund, because it always said, there is no flight on our chosen dates. But on the FlightHub booking sites, the flight is there. We tried also to call the helpline several times now. We are waiting for hours on the line with no connection to an agent. Now we have the message the line is down. (22.02.2022) 11:30 am. There is no way to rebook our flights with our 50% refund. Besides this, we find if the airline canceled your flight you should get your money back fully.
We only want to use our refund and then NEVER again book with FlightHub! We are thinking to report this because this would help other people to avoid booking with FlightHub and lose their money.

I have shown immense faith on your website which you can very well check from my booking details and today I am feeling very much depressed and under mental stress as there is lot of money has been involved for booking for a middle class earning member of the family. I have booked from your site just have faith that I got the best deals in price and also got good experience in my earlier trips. I have to cancell my trip Ottawa-Medellin-Ottawa on Mar 18/20 and now even I got a confirmation ifmorm FlighHub that my reservation [protected] is elegible to exchange my origianal ticket and have a balance of $631, they said that my new trip must be booked before 02/24/2022, which I am trying to do for the last 10 days with 7 calls failed and 3 that said will call me back to confirm.
