Freezer FFFU20F2VW
I purchased this freezer in March of 2021. It has not worked properly since delivery. The unit makes a loud noise like the fan is hitting on something. The unit then heats up to above 50 degrees. This has gone on every month since the freezer has been unusable. I have called in service request with no resolution. The tech comes out and fidgets with it and calls it fixed leaves and about hour later it starts up again. I have been told by the techs it is not going to be fixed and Frigidaire will not replace it. this last time I called asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied, I asked for a copy of the history report of my calls and was denied.

Unethical Behavior and Unbelievably poor customer Service
Purchased AC unit for my son who is of special needs in April 2021. In August I filed a claim and after rude people on the phones and ridiculous wait times of up to 1+ hour on hold, I received notice dated September 30th, that a replacement unit would be sent via UPS. Two weeks later, I call and was told I was being mailed a Visa credit card instead.
Today November 3, I still have no AC replacement for my son NOR have I received a Visa card. Retailer service department has help me calling over 5 times and I call from home as well. They have emailed various times on my behalf as well asking to help me.
I just spent 56minutes on hold and representative took the call and hung up within a minute her name was "Ally"
This is VERY VERY VERY unacceptable from an employee and even more so from a big manufacturer such as FRIGIDAIRE.
Desired outcome: I NEED MY SON'S AC UNIT .. SEND STORE CREDIT TODAY. Store has a unit reserved for me.
Frigidaire refrigerator model FFHT2045VW
I recently bought a Frigidaire refrigerator model FFHT2045VW. The shelves of this model are difficult to replace. No one seems to know how to replace the deli drawer shelf. Additionally, the plastic ends of the shelves easily break. I suspect they will be broken on any of these refrigerators with every attempt to wash the shelves and replace them. No doubt this is a known problem that is ignored by all except unwitting consumers. I hope I am able to return it.
Desired outcome: Return of appliance for something better.

I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator form Home Depot. It was delivered Aug 2021. It worked for a few weeks then it would not cool properly even at the coolest setting. Consistently over 40 degrees. Repairman replaced thermostat. It worked for a few weeks now back to the same thing. Temp as high as 50 to 55 degrees. After a week of that it cooled properly. Now back to over 50. It won't keep a cool temp. 2nd repair co supposed to come out. But I have to take the entire day off from work to wait for them to come as they can't give a specific time they can be here. I want them to take this piece of junk and give me my money back. Or pay me for my time off of work.

4 Door Refrigerator
Purchased this refrigerator from Lowes in July 2020. It was delivered and the bottom drawers would not open. Contacted Lowes who ordered replacement parts, however they were the wrong drawers. It was determined that they could not replace the sliding drawer glass as the bottom was molded poorly and it couldn't be fixed. On September 18 a replacement frig was delivered. Then in July of 2021, ice maker stopped working. Contacted Frigidaire who sent A Plus appliances to fix as product was still under warranty. In August, both ice maker and water dispenser stopped working. Again A Plus repair was sent on 8/20 and determined parts needed to be ordered, 5 parts in total. Waited and waited and was told parts on back order. It is now Oct 27 and today A Plus again came to repair with said parts (4) of the five. The tech replaced each part and then determined they sent the wrong switch as nothing worked. To say I'm upset is an understatement. I've been waiting since August, having to buy bottled water and without an ice maker. I've called but nothing gets resolved and there seems to be no one who even cares. If this product is defective, then I deserve to be compensated for all this delay and incompetence. Why would you ship the wrong part? I now am again going to wait for a replacement switch hoping its not once again on back order and hope that this fixes the problem. Of course not guarantee and my confidence is very low at this point. This was handled inadequately and not a customer friendly process and will deter me from ever buying another Frigidaire product. I paid $2000 and am still without use of the ice maker and water option the reason I purchased this appliance in the first place. Please I begging you to follow up to see if there can be some type of resolution sooner rather than later. I do understand backorders, but then sending or ordering the wrong part is human error. Appreciate any help you can provide.

Frigidaire Gallery Gas Stove
I bought a Frigidaire Model FGGH3047VFA stove for my kitchen remodel on 6/25/2020. It wasn't put in until August of 2020 due to a backup of the installers due to Covid. The serial number is VF01795781. Last week, the panel that controls the oven stopped working. I called Home Appliance in Massillon, Ohio (where I had bought it) and they fixed it for $250+ dollars. I gave up a perfectly good, working 38 year old stove for this! I know that the warranty is only for 1 year, but this is unacceptable.

from day one every time we open or close the door, the door shelf rails fall off and everything hits the floor. I called home depot and they ordered new rails and they worked for a day, then i called the frigidaire parts number over and over and left dozens of messages, 5 months later still no response or message, i paid good money for a faulty product... we cant put anything on the door when that was the selling point being able to put gallons of milk and soda on the door, i want it resolved...

I purchased the unit in August 2020. I immediately had a problem with a loose handle. The installer came back to fix it but it loosened again. I was told this was a know issue. A tech came out twice and it is still loose. He ordered the part in late October. When I checked, he told me the part would take a long time to come in and people were still waiting from March and to expect something around February. He said if I was really bothered, I could superglue the handle but couldn't answer when I asked if that would void the warranty so I chose to wait.
I checked Frigidaire in February and was told everything was taking longer so I waited with varying degrees of patience. Today was the last straw and called, only to be told by a "supervisor" the tech I'd been working with canceled in November saying I never responded. Since my phone has the original texts from and to the tech I was working with and his contact info, I can see the last communication was in October. Both he and Frigidaire had more than once contact for me. They did have the wrong mailing address although they had been to the house twice, plus the delivery and first repair so that is not true to start but they have my correct name so the mail would have gotten to me anyway in this condo community.
This "supervisor" kept repeating the same word that she could give me a one time curtesy order but I'd have to pay for the installation since the fridge is out of warranty. Since none of this was my fault, why am I paying more after putting up with the situation for this long? I said I could prove I hadn't been contacted and asked to file a complaint on Dan, the service tech (although he just told me it wasn't him). I asked to elevate it and she said she was the elevation and repeated the same words from some handbook. She refused to discuss it further or let me talk to anyone else, just repeating the same words. I asked if she thought this was good customer service and she just repeated the same words starting with "since it is out of warranty" and stating she could only go by the words of the unknown tech I have asked to have an official complaint against!
I don't remember ever having this issue with Frigidaire in the past or I wouldn't have continued to buy that brand.
Desired outcome: I want the warranty honored and the part installed. If, as the tech indicated, the fault is in the door, not the handle, that should be replaced as it would have been if this had been handled correctly on Frigidaire's part.

Faulty product - no communication
A new fridge was delivered to my home Friday, 01 Oct 2021. We noticed it was not cooling and reached out to Frigidaire Canada (Electrolux Canada)on Monday, 04 Oct 2021. They sent out a contracted technician on Thurs., 07 Oct 2021 and he determined that there was an unrepairable internal leak that was likely due to a faulty weld. Since the technician's visit, I have not heard from Frigidaire. I finally got through to their Customer Care line on Thurs., 14 Oct 2021. The representative stated that they had not received the report from the contracted technician but she would follow up. It is now Tues., 19 Oct 2021, and I still have not heard from Frigidaire. I have been without functioning fridge for 19 days, and I have no idea what to do about it. I paid for this fridge in full and it is a faulty product, but Frigidaire has not contacted me once despite multiple efforts. I have attached the email I sent on Thurs. 14 Oct 2021. I received an automated response stating they had received my email and would respond (they haven't). I sent another email today (19 Oct 2021) and received yet another automated response. I also tried to call Customer Service today (19 Oct 2021) but have been unable to reach anyone - not even to leave my number for a call back.
Desired outcome: I need Frigidaire Canada to actually communicate with me about their faulty product. I want either an immedite full refund or an immediate replacement.
Frigidaire Gallery Wall 30" wall oven
We purchased this appliance in Feb. 2020. It was delivered in the same month. Immediately we had an error F045. The function would turn on and then turn off after a few seconds. It wouild work after repeated attempts. We requested repair and set up an appointment. The appointment was cancelled 4 times by the company. Finally I received a call from a repair tech on 7/14. The oven was "not broken" at the moment so the tech refused to come out. The problem recurred after the call. I live in a rural area so when I called again for service I was promised a call within 2 days with a resolution. I never received a call and called the company repeatedly. The automated system was set to call me back. The call was in fact returned but dropped as soon as we were connected. When I called them back, I was cut off many, many times. The company has no contract with any company near where where I live and it is unacceptable that I have to wait till the error clears itself before I can use my appliance. I find this appliance unreliable and would like to purchase a product from a company that will provide support for the appliance they sell. I want a refund from Electrolux. I am done.

Frigidaire freezer
I purchased my Frigidaire freezer (Model FFFU20F2VW) from Home Depot and had it delivered to my home on 4/28/2021. When I opened the door a few days later I realized that most of the food in the freezer had thawed out and had to be discarded. I contacted Frigidaire and they sent out a technician who told me that the design had been changed, and that as delivered the freezers would not work properly. He drilled some holes on the inside of the freezer which he assured me would fix the problem.
I filled the freezer with new food and realized a couple months later it had stopped working again. Again I had to throw away my food. The next tech who arrived informed me that to fix the freezer would require a different repair which he did. That worked for 2 weeks (as far as I know since I traveled some during the period and it is possible my food thawed and refroze by the time I had come home).
I have gone through these back and forth with new techs coming out. It is now 10/15/2021 and my freezer hardly ever works (occasionally I have a couple days where I can tell that my freezer does work). I have now had 5 technician visits...the last one told me I needed a new door. When the door arrived after a month wait it was damaged, so he ordered another door...I am still waiting for that.
In the interim I have now had a freezer purchased in April which still doesn't work. I obviously cannot place food in it. I cannot seem to get it repaired. I cannot get ahold of anyone to discuss having it replaced entirely.

Electric range
I have a Frigidaire electric range model FPEF3081MFC, serial #VF31570383. On September 15th the range top left rear burner turned on by itself and would not shut off. I had to trip the breaker to turn the range off. This happened in the middle of the night and scorched a tea pot on the range top.
I saw that there have been numerous similar problems with other Frigidaire models but my range was not on the recall list, it should be. My house and family could have been in a serious situation if I had not been awaked by our smoke alarm. I feel this incident warrants a recall to make other customers aware of a real possible problem with this model. Additionally I feel a no-cost repair on my range to replace the master control board would be the proper thing to do as a sign of good faith regarding your product.

Chatted with Frigidaire customer service on 10/7/21 about my frig and freezer not getting cold. They sent a tech out on 10/12/21. Tech could not fix compressor that locked up because he does not have the tools for it. He called Tech Line and gave me a file # [protected]. Repair guy said call them if you don't here anything by 10/13/21 in the afternoon. I called the 800 number listed on site, waited 28 minutes to speak to someone who said she couldn't help. I got on site chat. Chat hist told me they where looking for another repair company and to give them 48 hours. She said there is no one I can speak to. I just have to wait for them to call me. It has been a week and still no repair or replacement if an 8 month old refrigerator.

After having a few conversations with Frigidaire the problem was never resolved. From the beginning the microwave which is attached to my house over my stove was of bad quality. The first time they fixed it, it was due to electrical problems...then about a year after having the microwave it started peeling. Frigidaire said the product was stainless steal. But I have never seen a stainless steal appliance peel. I have attached pictures. According to Frigidaire the problem was fixed after replacing the peeling part. But a few months later problem again happens. So I called the company and they said that there was nothing they could do even though I said to them I was not asking for them to give me anything. But they disrespected me by insulting my intelligence talking about a discount on parts. Which again a peeling microwave is a safety issue...peeling particles have fallen into my food, and it can potentially cause a fire. They neglected to fix the problem and refused to give me cooperate number. I need someone to give me a better result. If my family gets sick they will ve held responsible.

I purchased this refrigerator in March of 2021, I have been having an issue with the door on the freezer. It does not seal and as a result the ice melts and freezes, it causes ice to build up and the door to stick. A repairman has been here 4 times and recommended a replacement as they can not get a door. I finally got thru and the woman said she would transfer me. I held the line for one (1) hour and 45 minutes, then it hung up. I continually call back and hold the line for hours. They say leave a number and you will get a call back, NOT TRUE. They can not be on the line with a customer at 8:30 a.m. and no one is free. Until I said replacement, I could get thru, maybe it took awhile. This is not good customer service. Electrolux Warranty Corporation obviously doesn't care about their customers and nor does Home Depot.
Large upright freezer purchased at home depot
I purchase an upright freezer 7/1/2020 and it started going bad in April of 2021 and all my frozen food worth around 1k went bad. It was temporarily fixed and again it started going out again a few weeks later and another $800 worth of meats went bad again. It's now October and again, same issue. I recently restocked my freezer thinking it had been fixed for good, but no. I called Frigidaire last week and apparently I spoke to a ghost as no record of me speaking to someone live. She said she did see the numerous calls I made and that even a 200 dollar debit card would be issued for all my food that has gone bad for this same issue. She stated that an email would be send with instructions for a replacement of the unit, however, she lied as no record of this conversation.
This last person stated that all he could do is sent another tech, and see if it would be fixed, I will update on this. Justy FYI, its been a hassle with this unit! It's going to be serviced again, and back to square zero like to 2 previous times. I can't be buying food and sending it to waste, what is the point of having a restocked freezer, right?
Frigidaire professional 19 cubic ft single door refrigerator
It has been ONE YEAR that I ordered a Frigidaire Professional Single door refrigerator (Model FPRU19F8WF) AND matching Freezer. After ONE YEAR Frigidaire refuses to explain why NO ONE in the country can get their hands on these units. At first our local dealer, Coast Design Kitchen and Bath in Mobile Al, told us it was due to COVID 19 and a lack of computer chips. Reasonable, however, we have just passed the ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY of this order and these local folks can't get a word from the company on why there is no product to be had. It wouldn't be a problem, but, we had cabinets custom made to accommodate these appliances and furthermore, I have already paid for them in FULL!
Calling around the country is an exercise in frustration - No One knows anything! I guess the only option left is to file a class action lawsuit against Electrolux and the other companies who own the Frigidaire brand.

I am in the same predicament. Only, I place my order from AJ Madison for an Electrolux column fridge and freezer in August 2020! Despite repeated calls, no one at the store can reliably tell me when I can expect these units.

Ice maker in bottom replaced, then freezer door on the left side was cold on the outside, the seal is bad, repair man came replaced a part and now ordering a new seal, after he left noticed the light in the freezer was not working. This fridge is a piece of junk. I want a new one or a refund. Paid over 3, 500.00 for this and we are totally disgusted. Also, the plastic does not come out of the seals on all of the doors, we were told to take a razor to get it out. No I am not going to do that! So I have a new fridge with plastic coming out of all of the seals! So stupid. HELP
