On New Years day at 6pm I ordered a sliced BBQ sandwich thru the drive thru window. The clerk said they were out of sliced. I asked if they had chopped. They did so I ordered that. The reason I wanted to taste it was because my family was having a reunion in two weeks for 40 people. If I like the taste, I was planning on ordering several pounds of BBQ and sausage. I asked what came on the sandwich and he said pickles and onion. I asked him to put those in a separate container. When I drove up to the window I noticed a sign that said spicey or regular. After I drove off, I drove off and noticed no small container of BBQ sauce. I went back around to drive thru. I told the clerk no sauce was in the sack. He got me one and I asked him which one it was. He replied spicy. I told him I have a eating disorder and can not eat anything spicey. I drove home and was eating the sandwich and lo and behold was about four inches of paper under the BBQ. I told my girlfriend that is getting back to me for all the confusion. I called the store mgr. The day after New Years. After I told him everything he said he could not believe one of his clerks would do that. There forth he did bot believe me. They offered me two sandwiches. My purpose was ro not let it happen again. I will remain a customer bur will never order BBQ again. Thank you. Don Skaggs
