They charged my $60 when is was suppose to cost $5. I am rasing 2 kids on my own and can't spend that kind of money without problems by bills afterwards

They charged me and customer service apparently never works . This is is ridiculous.

This is disgusting what this company is doing.. they make it seem so simple $5 for advice. Lol🤣

I was charged $85 for a 10 minute phone call. She basically told me to go see my local vet. These people should be ashamed of themselves

I was not told that I'd be charged to join a monthly membership. Never given a notice to agree or disagree. Was told there would be a $5 fee to which I agreed to and paid with PayPal.

This is a complete fraud. I’ve been charged 35$ a month for 7 months. I haven’t used this service, and there is no way to cancel. I have contacted a lawyer and will pursue this until I’m refunded. Just a heads up for anyone trying this vet expert fraud, do not do it.

I asked a question for $5.00 on July 4th and came back today (7/27) to make sure I canceled my membership and found out that they charged me another $35.00. Later I cancelled membership, but it always charge my money from bank card.

I don’t know what to do. If it won’t stop, I must go to police, cause I don’t know what else to do.

I was told it cost $2 and was fully refundable then they took &41 as well without my constant

They were no help at all and Was a waste of time and money which I want back

They wrote i would only be charged if i was satisfied with my answer: i never got an answer:

8/18 around 11 am i did not choose a monthly memebership i chose to pay 5 dollars for one question only and the next day they charged me 35 dollars for a memebership i did not agree to scam and fraud...

I've been charged $48 for no reason. I have no idea why this showed up on my card on 8/28. I did not agree to a membership or sign up for this.

Keep getting a charge for Just answer on my Fifth Third Bank account.

Asked one question, was not helped. Was basically sent to Facebook Help. And then wanted to be charged extra to call me. This is beyond a scam, it’s fraud, and the some. Instead of helping, I was told they couldn’t do anything, and I’m still supposed to pay a monthly charge for nothing being done, I would never recommend anyone use them.

I appear to be paying a monthly fee to Justanswer * Appliance. since 14th May 2023. I have no recollection of setting up a membership and do not wish to continue. I cannot 'log in' to my account as I did not set one up

In May 2023 I signed up for Just Answer and asked a technical question. Although the answer was unsatisfactory, I'll write that off and say that it was a lesson learned. I did not realize that in agreeing to their T&Cs, I had committed to a $40 charge against my credit card every month. Shame on me for not checking my credit card for 5 months.

I used this for some legal advice regarding a vehicle and a Trust. The expert was very clear, provided great information. All replies to my questions were answered very quickly.

It clearly states on the website that if you are a member you receive 2 free phone calls per month. If you search the website and the app there are no instructions on how to use this feature.

I have called customer service 4 times trying to obtain the free phone calls.

Each time they state someone will call me and no one ever does.

I signed up by accident on 31 Oct 23. I'd like to delete my membership and not have my credit card charged for this mistake. I have not used the service. Please respond to revbarbwheeler@gmail.com. Thanks very much!

I used "justanswer" as a one off on 09th nov''23,

I paid a £1 deposit which was to be refunded, which I have not received yet, then a few days later, £35 was taken from my account, to cancel the so called "membership" was not shown fully/properly.

I did not authorise this.

I would like a refund.

I'd like to know why I have repeated charges to my Mastercard since June or July 2023. I'd like to find out what I'm paying $53.00/month for.

I wanted to talk to someone from Telstra and this just answer came up and then charged me 66 dollars'. I want my money back plus to cancel my card, this is so devious that these come up and you think you are talking to the company you wanted to speak too.

Looking for an answer about my fridge. Paid through PayPal what I thought was a $5 refundable charge. PayPal then sends me a notification that I have been billed $45! Nowhere did I read that I would be billed monthly for this service. Never even talked to a tech about my fridge. Scammers - shame on you!

Just like many of the other complaints about this website I have the same problem. They advertised $1 for an answered question, then without openly disclosing to the customer the pull a bait and switch and I was charged $46. I went to their customer service portal to request a refund and they refused.

I’ve got the same beef as everyone else on here. They ask for a $2 refundable payment then deduct the $2 plus another $92. More fool me. I know better. The amount of talk online about these people I’m surprised the authorities haven’t stopped them.

The same as others on here. I was directed to this scam via Vax when needing answers about brijen carpet cleaner. I was required to pay a pound and the next day found that 35 quid had been swiped from my account. And a month later another 35 quid.

However, I rand them last night and the 2 payments have been refunded. Even so a total scam company.

On Feb. 5 I engaged with just answer online tech help. I was prompted to pay $2 for an online chat or $66 for a direct person session. I chose the online chat. However I have being billed for both.
