I contacted the above (info@justanswer.com) to find if if there was anything on the market that would unclog a stopped-up kitchen sink other than the standard Drano, Liquid Plumber, etc. because I tried everything I could purchase over-the-counter and nothing worked. I waited and waited for a reply to my question and nothing happened. I finally sent them an e-mail asking them to remove my question from their service and to refund the $9 they charged against my VISA card. Instead, they charged an additional $15 for my asking them to remove my question and refund my money! I couldn't believe it! They do not post a phone number or mailing address where I could contact them. Now I am stuck with no answer and a $24 charge against my VISA card. I must be a fool to trust a company like this on the internet.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Called for a mental health crisis, paid the $5 membership fee and $50 service fee for them to say Google mental health near me. Then when I try to call customer service, the person who I waited for never got on the phone , but I was directed to take a survey on the customer service call! Absolutely pathetic customer service.
Just Answer has very deceptive signup practices. They tell you it will be only $1 to join and you can cancel any time. So they get your card. Then, they prompt you to ask a question and BURY in the Submit permission to charge you for a month. I cancelled immediately but they refused to refund). Stay clear.
Don't give them your credit card! I canceled and they still charged me. When I called to point out the error they flat refused to refund me. I had to cancel my credit card :(
I had a just answer vet consultation 3 weeks ago... for £26... I have cancelled my just answer prescription but every 3 days they try and take £27 from my bank account... I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN...SHAME ON YOU!
