KFC review: Cold food, rude customer service 472

Dakota Harris. Outstanding in customer service and equally outstanding in skill and personality.
My Sister who is disable and on oxygen became faint as we entered the door. Dakota quickly came to offer assistance. Not only did he assist us in our moment of need, he continually checked in us to see if we were doing ok.

Assisstant manager at work drunk and smoking marijuana with other employees at the store and on the clock. Fraud with employees time cards pay and hours worked altered by the gm. Bullying and physical abuse by shift leaders. All around chaos and retaliation.

It took an hour to get an 8 pc dinner. It was so greasy I think they fried it twice! Didn't ask sides, but wanted Cole slaw and got a poor excuse of Mac & cheese from 2 weeks ago! Never go back

Not only did they forget my 12 tenders my crispy 8 piece bucket was under cooked breading still wet blood inside of chicken. Managers yelling at customers. Managers yelling at employees. No wonder they're not doing there job right. Poor management

Absolutely most disgusting restaurant I've ever seen filthy just filth I cannot belive food is prepared in this barn. No actually I take that back. A barn is probably kept better because people who have barns are hard working people who don't live in filth. Just sickening. Not a single employee could be bothered to clean I suppose.

On 9/20/18 around 9:15 pm I ordered, well several times b cuz they were out of everything, the fryer went out then flat drinks, but after it was all said and done what I received was disgusting I would not even feed my dogs this food, I would like my money back. mcintosh73@yahoo.com

I wentered to KFC in Bedford Indiana got a 20 piece meal got home to find my chicken was sitting so long it had begun to dry up. I called the store and made a complaint but to no avail. This is not the first time that my service there was really bad. Employees have been rude and Un professional.

I ordered a grilled wing and breast. I should have looked in the box. Drove home and opened the box to discover two very small and dried up pieces that looked like it came from a pigeon. They were so dry that I could not eat them. I will not be going back

The chicken was dry and tough. The biscuits were basically dough still. The service was perfect but the food was awful. I spent 40 dollars.

I went to a KFC in Fremont, CA and ordered a Pot Pie. I preceded to go home and when I was home began to eat it. Pot pies should not have bone pieces inside them and I found a piece of bone inside mine. This is unsafe food practice and something needs to be done to prevent this from happening again. I am requesting a refund for my entire order.

We ordered kfc yesterday(28/9/18) at 10.50pm and after 2hrs also it has not been received. And we called about 5 times for the follow up but we didn't get any fruitful response from the staff as they were telling always that they are trying to contact the driver. We didn't expect such a lazy response from a company like KFC.

Food on floors and tables everywhere.
Wait time was extremely excessive.
Flies all over the place.

Food was lukewarm. Environment was disgusting.

Waited 50 minutes for cold food, watery gravy and delivery man did not have right change. Bill came to $16.88 and he gave me $"1.30 change from a $20.00
2 weeks prior to this when I received a 9 piece of chicken it was really salty.
I may not order anything from them again.

My husband had ordered for delivery but it still haven't reached after more than an hour. Very dissappointing serviced. One more thing, i've ordered cheese wedges but it came without a cheese. No bun for my snack plate. Very bad management😡!

I purchased a dinner meal from Wetheril Park Stockland store and the chicken was over cooked a very dry . Was not nice at all

To whom it may concern:

I live inLovington NM I was wondering why this store #C975054 does not offer any other sides besides corn, coleslaw, Mac and cheese. And why can't they switch the 20 dollar fill up with all dark? And they do not have any livers or gizzards on the menu. I would love to see more choices.

We bought some chicken sending you pics and info didn't like the batter wasn't the same. We go to KFC all the time we love the hot wings and buy popcorn chicken and most of the time its a bucket?

We are seriously thinking on not going back to the store to buy the chicken?

I am been a loyal customer to KFC for more than 10 years. I asked for extra ketchup and the cashier said I had enough. I asked her who is she to say I had enough she replied saying "you [censored] cracker". I hope she is disciplined on this matter because I can spend my hard earned money somewhere else.

We go to KFC at least three times s week .It seems like they never have what we want .They didn't have extra crispy or grilled breast tonight.we went to Arbys

No white meat. And still charge ME same price.. For 20 pieces. Bs 17th and federal. Denver colo Tuesday last week. NEVER EVER go back again..ill try Popeyes chicken

the Paris tn KFC chicken tenders were nothing but batter the lady preparing my food wasn't wearing gloves and was completely rude . I thought when they remodeled that it would be better but it got worse not to mention the buffet is shorter! they do not have as good food anymore I was a all the time customer at KFC and now I'm just disgusted...

I ordered a #5 in the drive thru, which is a leg, thigh, mashed potatoes, biscuit, cookie and drink. I get home to find 2 legs, a bowl of gravy, and a biscuit. How does a standard order, with no special requests get messed up?

I order KFC all the time. I went to KFC at great southern in Columbus Ohio on Saturday the 13 of oct. I ordered 20 dollar fill up after working a 10 hr shift. I understand mistakes happen however I got all legs and thighs. I hate dark meat chicken. It was quite greasy and salty. Was very disappointed.the line was not long at all.

The service was good they were busy. I order wing share box for my son when he got home hungry the wings were bloody still.

I ordered $10 Wings Bucket at the drive through and when I got home the wings were only an inch big. I really felt like was scammed. What a big waste of waste money, never again! I'm so glad Popeye's just opened down the street on Magnolia.

The wings was so full of grease and they was old and nasty I try to take them back but they said they where close and remind you we ate there so I had to leave witbout eating and went to Popeyes for my meal I am so mad right I really liked kfc but now . Feeling Sick

If will send out delay about 1 or 2 or 3 hours, please do not notice any delivery approximately 30 mins on your website !

Went to KFC on Murtland Dr. and purchased a 10 piece wing and thigh bucket along with sides. They did not put 1/2 gallon of ice tea as advertised. We should have looked before we left the property.

The chicken is paper thin and chewy the wedges did not have any potato inside.

I've ordered tacos, chalupa, etc. this summer. I am sending a photo of what I received. Two different visits, same problem. Very little meat, lettuce, etc. on each item! Why can't this problem be addressed?

I had a restaurant before but nowadays i am working for qatar airways as a pilot. I am living in doha qatar and i just want to tell you that your branch in doha is doing very bad. They are blaming the name of KFC. They are very very slow. It takes for them 3 hours to bring our food and its always same.

I recently purchase hot wings at Hazlet New Jersey there were two hot wings that had no chicken in it it was terrible it was only bread crumbs I don't believe there was any quality control thank you even though the service was excellent this product is inferior and should have been noticed

I purchased a Zinger combo at your restaurant in Glendale, Colorado. I think the street is Alameda.
The person taking my order was nice and very efficient in doing two tasks at once.
My complaint however that the bun was so stale even though toasted, that the top half crumbled away and the sandwich fell apart. The chicken patty was tasty however.

I went to the kfc on Vineyard In Rancho Cucamonga California and I order through the drive through 20 fill up they told me it would be a 10 minute wait so I pulled to front waited for 20 my fiance needed to use the restroom and they had no soap and no paper towels when our food was ready they said they had no breast so I didnt get what I payed for

Chicken is dry and small . they are nasty to customers. it needs to be closed or someone else needs to too take over.I don't eat at any kfc anymore. They are always running out food. They always short of workers. Got to wait for 10 to15 mins just for your food. If you say something they get smart back to you.

I went to the KFC in Uhrichsville Ohio and they r very disrespitful ! The MANGMENT is a JOKE! There was a family that came in and the manger gave the people FREE FOOD I feel that was very wrong! I had to pay for mine! They r a very bad place to eat don't waste your money there!
