Store Leader Brittany in the Findlay, Ohio Kroger Store on Tiffin Avenue
45840 told me I could return said item. I talked with Brittany in early October and explained when I purchased said item and that I did not have a receipt... I only had the product tag attached to said item. Brittany said that was okay because she could look up price by the product tag. I paid to have the wicker returned to Kroger last Sunday. I just finished talking with Brittany today... October 24, 2022 and she sharply said she was no longer going to return said product nor give me a credit.
This is poor leadership on Kroger part & costly for me as an outstanding Kroger customer. Brittany also said if my said item was not picked up within three days, she would dispose of it! I am a senior citizen under medical care. This situation does not reflect Kroger outstanding policy and/or leadership.

To whom it may concern, my boyfriend has been working for your company since September of this year. The Kroger at Central Station in Louisville, Ky. He goes to work everyday, does his job very well has gotten nothing but compliments from others about how well he does but the manager Heather Lynn is nothing but nasty to her employees! She has been nothing but rude and nasty cussing at them for simply doing their jobs! Numerous people have walked off their jobs because of her and yet nothing gets done about her no matter how many complaints people give on her! She has no right to be intolerable because she's having a bad day she's a manager and should act as such! She wrongful dismissed my boyfriend from his job without proper reasoning! She literally said to his face that " He is a full-time worker and doesn't get a day off '' um, there is a such thing as labor law and everyone else but him is allowed days off?! No that's not right at all! He is apart of the Union and his union rep has even been in the store on her but she continues to do the same stuff over and over again! She even lied to his face to get him another department, told him if he switched to meat department he's be making $18/hr and has never gave him that said pay! Something needs and should be done before there is no more people to work in that store because of her! Numerous employees have complained against her and nothing gets done! On 10/20/22 in the afternoon, I tried to make a purchase at the Cherrywood King Soopers on S University Blvd, 80122. I was not allowed to run my debit Mastercard as credit. I do not want to enter my pin. Everywhere else I shop always has the credit option. The Head Manager told me that "Kroger is too cheap" as the reason to why I couldn't skip the PIN. So, I left my purchase and walked out.
Then, I called the King Soopers Colorado Corporate office. I spoke to a lady who couldn't answer my question as to why they don't have the Credit option. She said, "Do you think I own King Soopers?" Well, she certainly represents King Soopers and Kroger, I presume. Then, she told me I was rude when I asked why she works for Kroger, and she hung up the phone on me.
Then, I called the Kroger corporate office in Cincinatti. The lady I spoke to on the phone said it is up to each store what they choose to do for payment options.
It seems to me, with this upcoming election in Colorado with trying grab more money from wine sales, that Kroger would want to appease customers. If Kroger has millions of dollars to donate to advertising in this election, then it seems that they can afford to pay the credit card processing fees for the convenience of their customers.

Simple Truth Pecan Halves
I purchased a bag of these weekly for my salads. The last 2 weeks I have noticed the taste of the pecans has a "chemical taste". Very different than the pecans I have purchased from Kroger older than the last 2 weeks. I thought it may have been another salad ingredient I was eating. This was proven wrong as I ate some pecans over an hour later by themselves. I have a very strong aftertaste and I will not be purchasing these again. Maybe I am the only one to complain about this However I know this taste is 100% the pecans themselves. I am throwing the remainder away. I have asked others to taste them as well and they had to spit them out due to the strong chemical/bitter taste.
Desired outcome: a 100% refund plus someone to investigate maybe the lot number and/or batch number Getting a monetary refund of $14.00 for 2 packages should not be a big issue.
Floral dept
I shop at Kroger almost exclusively spending $300+ each time. I usually buy flowers there. Recently the flowers are dying the next day or very soon thereafter. Additionally I would buy lilies which would perfume my whole house. Now they don’t smell at all. I talked to the floral manager who was very short and unapologetic, just saying they had changed suppliers. I wasn’t satisfied and spoke with the store manager. He said corporate controlled this. So I’m letting you know I have decided to shop for my groceries elsewhere since my complaints seem to have fallen on deaf ears.

Raul david lied that he cannot accept returns because it is depositing into different ralphs bank account his ralph's branch's money and he wants to put those sickening food back in isles in order to make people sick and he suspects that he probably does not have the same items in that particular location for sale. Raul david is very impolite criminal.

I purchased three dozen packages of brown eggs. From kroger. The first two I cracked open were rotten. I took a picture to show Krogers. When I took the eggs back to the store and ask for a refund they claimed they don't accept returns anymore because of the pandemic with a Sinister grin on their face. I was left with no option but to throw them away and take the loss. Later I found out that these were likely the eggs that were recalled because of mold on the inside.
Desired outcome: I don't care! I no longer shop at any Kruger's. I think that chain should be shut down. Nothing but pure evil. This is not the first incident at different Krogers. I tried adding photo buy will not load here.
Pharmacy
My mother is 81 years old and have been taking 2 medicines that are non generic. She was recently told that this pharmacy cannot provide Maxzide 75/50 mg any longer. When she called her doctor's office they indicated this pharmacy is still providing Maxzide to other patients still from this pharmacy.
The generic blood pressure medicine does not keep her blood pressure down. Her pressure is 180 - 190. Someone please help. The agents in the pharmacy office was very concerned that her prescriptions are non generic and decided to give her generic medication. The doctor has approved these medicines for her.
Desired outcome: Please provide my mother with non generic medicine as the doctor has prescribed.

I have been in contact with customer care about what happened on 10/8/22. I placed an order for groceries. Which should of have added up to about $72, but the insta-cart shopper said all my items were out of stock. Didn't text me anything about my order as usual. then started shopping for herself. The items she purchased are clearly for a female with child. She spent $374.96, how was she able to change my order in my kroger account that I had to sign in on to place then order. When I contacted customer care, the agent looked into the matter and said not to worry. He stated he would be giving me a full refund of $374.96 and a $30 store credit to my account. I told him that when I checked my bank it had a pending charge of $72 and change, he said oh, don't worry that will drop off. Which it did, but it took the $374.96 straight out my account without any pending charge. How did that happen? He called Insta-cart and they contacted the shopper who told them she delivered the groceries and that I had two cars in my drive. Well, that part is true there were two cars in my drive. But I have cameras and she is not on them. She may have come by my address, but she surely did not leave any groceries. So once I realized that the funds were missing, I called customer care back, the agent said let me look into your account she said oh I see your order for $41 and change, I told her that was the order I put back in after getting the $30 store credit and reorder the items I had initially ordered, which were all in stock except for potatoes. How could that, when she shopped all my items were out of stock, but when I went back an reordered now there in stock. Please put my funds back, I should not have to wait 7-10 days, because of her theft. I am very upset, angry, and stressed out.
Desired outcome: Please refund immediately, cause you can clearly see she is a thief an a liar. I want charges brought against the individual . And yes please contact me now.
I'm growing VERY concerned with Kroger's delivery process. Last week I had to get a refund because whoever bagged my groceries put my canned goods on top of my bread. Today's delivery featured the bagger putting a spray can of Raid in a bag next to my tomatoes! I mean, that's pretty basic that you don't put chemicals, especially something poisonous, next to something people consume. I'm tossing the tomatoes and if incidents like this continue, I'll be forced to toss Kroger next.

I lost my kroger card, I went to the Rainelle,WV store to get a new card.
The lady issuing the card said my fuel points from the old card would transfer to the new card. The old card #[protected] had 650 points on it. I claimed 50 bonis points yesterday. They went to the new card #[protected] which showes 50 points. Why did my points combine on the new card as I was told.

On 9/9/22 I brought went to Kroger pharmacy to pick up my usual prescription. The same rx I’ve purchased there for nearly 20yrs. The lady informed me that They only had enough to fill half my rx. Buprinorphine Naloxone 8mg. I do not live in Franklin & I don’t have time to drive an hour to simply get the reminder of my rx. It would be different if I had requested to receive half my rx but I had no choice. I called the pharmacist. I explained that I will be in Franklin tomorrow & need to pick up the remainder of my rx. He told me that I have to wait 15days, so I have to drive an hour over the weekend to get my rx. I’m being punished for something that is not my doing! I always purchase my prescriptions 30days at a time. This is ridiculous! 20yrs I’ve been coming to Kroger, never had this happen.
Desired outcome: I need to pick up my rx while I’m in Franklin tomorrow 09/22/22. My dr wrote a 30day rx, you didn’t have enough to fill it & I shouldn’t have to suffer due to this!
Online Deli/Party platter Service
Good afternoon, in the last week (picked up 9/17 and 9/18) I placed a sizeable order for 2 Deli sandwich platters, 2 cookie platters, 2, 2 Ft. sub sandwiches and 2 orders of Kroger deli Chicken tenders for a wedding party. Needless to say, I spent alot of money- nearly $300.00 in your Clinton Township store at Garfield and Canal. I needed to revise the time pickup and add more food to one of the orders. The store operator switched me to the deli repeatedly (4 times in 1 day) and I could not get anyone to answer. There is no way to revise or even cancel an order on your online system. Later that day I visited the store in-person but the deli was closed. It was closed an hour and half prior to their scheduled hours. A customer agent from store pickup provided me a more direct number to call the deli the next day. I called and after 20 minutes of waiting I was able to reach a deli member who helped me update my order. An hour later the deli manager called me directly indicating she needed to confirm my order. I indicated that I had confirmed it twice with the staff member an hour ago but yes, sure lets go over it again, She was totally rude and was raising her voice to me and projected (in my opinion) that my order was an inconvenience instead of appreciating the business to Kroger. I understand that staffing is difficult these days, but as a customer who has order large party platters three times previously, I would hope she would display the type of customer service skills that any customer deserves. There were many other little things that happened that I can let go and don't need to mention, but I wanted to let you know that my experience was unsatisfactory. I will not be utilizing this service again. Thank you for the opportunity to express my concerns.

kroger selling expired coke zero 12 pack
On August 26th (see attached receipt) I purchased 3 12 packs of zoke zero. Opened on 12 pack put it in fridge and it tasted as good as ever. last night I opened the second 12 pack (pictured) and it tasted horrible. I opened another can and it tasted horrible. Looked at the dates on the can and the 12 pack and it expires June 25! How could you have an old 12 pack for sale? see receipt for details, but I purchased it at the tomball kroger.

On waugust 2, 2022 I did an online Kroger pickup. That evening I tried to cook only to see the pepperonis had mold and Burt black stuff on it. So I go to open some egg rolls only to see they were completely covered in crystals. I called my local Kroger and told them I’d bring the food back the next day being that was two to many items I opened and did not match Kroger slogan “fresh produce”. My total was $148.82. I took ALL the food back to my local Kroger august 3, 2022 and was told by the store to contact Kroger customer service for my refund. I contact them august 4,2022 and was told it will be 7-10 business days. Well I’ve spoken with Emily, Iya, Jessica, Vanessa (the rudest of them all), Reneal and countless of other representatives. Only to be told on my 8th business day of waiting that I had to wait 30 business days. I received two credits that did not come close to $148. Well today is my 30th business day and I have yet to receive my refund. I’ve called at least three times a week and once a week they tell me “I’m very sorry but we have to re submit your refund and you have to wait an additional 30 days”. Kroger is an absolute joke at this point. I will never shop here again neither will I suggest others to do so. The “fresh produce “ they have out for the public to purchase is NEVER fresh.
Desired outcome: This needs to get resolved asap because groceries are high.
On top of all of this they keep lying saying “oh your funds will be available tomorrow” just to get me off the phone. When the next day come no funds still. They are pathetic and sad.

2 stalls plus a handicap stall. 1st stall out of order for month+ 2nd stall cannot lock, for years. Lady's restroom is a disaster, no locking stalls, no water in one sink, No soap at times. Paper products not in stall, floors dirty, stained.
Referred to store managers many times over last 2 years, no results!
