Tidak dibenarkan tukar tarikh tiket
Pada 07/8/2022 sy telah ke kaunter KTMB di alor setar untuk menukar tarikh tiket daripada 16/8/2022 ke 15/8/2022. Namun pegawai lelaki yang bertugas pada masa tersebut tidak membenarkan urusan tersebut dan menyuruh saya membeli tiket yang baru. Saya beli tiket online dari asetar ke tanjung malim utk tarikh 16/8/2022 tetapi telah dimaklumkan utk hadir pada 15/8/2022. Harga tiket saya RM73.00, bukan sikit bagi saya dan sepatutnya tarikh tiket boleh ditukar kerana terdapat banyak lg seat kosong pada tarikh tersebut (15/8/2022). Harap pihak tuan tolong selesaikan masalah tukar tarikh tiket. Sekian, terima kasih.

Stop at labis around 2 hours

And then stop at every station around 20min

Selamat Sejahtera Tuan, Pihak KTMB and Railway Assets Corporation
Saya sebagai salah seorang wakil pengguna perkhidmatan KTMB ingin mengadu dan minta pertolongan daripada pihak Tuan terhadap aduan saya. Aduannya adalah, sekarang terdapat semak samun yang tebal dan berlukar di stesen KTM Batu Tiga. Lokasinya di antara dua jejantas, di mana ia merupakan satu-satunya jalan kecil bagi pengguna untuk berjalan kaki di antara kedua-dua jejantas tersebut. Sehubungan itu, ini telah wujudkan satu keadaan yang amat berbahaya bagi pengguna kerana keadaan ini boleh mengundang pelbagai kes jenayah terhadap pengguna dan juga ancaman daripada haiwan-haiwan yang boleh membawa maut seperti ular yang berbisa. Maka, tiap-tiap hari pengguna KTMB ini berdepan dengan risiko yang berbahaya sehingga dapat mengancam nyawa seseorang. Tambahan pula, sebenarnya jalan kaki tersebut juga tidaklah begitu teratur dan selamat untuk berjalan kaki dari segi strukturnya. Walaupun demikian, apa yang kami harapkan adalah, jika dibandingkan isu daripada strukturnya, isu semak samun tebal dan berlukar itulah amat diutamakan dan berbahaya. Jadi kami berharap sangat pihak Tuan memberi perhatian yang serius akan hal ini. Justeru, tindakan segera dan prihatin daripada pihak Tuan, dapat menghindari dan menyelamatkan nyawa seseorang itu daripada musibah yang tidak diingini oleh mana-mana pihak. Lebih-lebih lagi, kebanyakan pengguna KTMB ini terdiri daripada para pelajar di universiti dan politeknik yang berhampiran serta pekerja-pekerja di kawasan perindustrian itu. Harap sangat pihak tuan mengambil tindakan secepat mungkin terhadap isu ini. Kerjasama pihak Tuan KTMB dan Railway Asset Corportion amat kami hargai. Ribuan terima kasih.

I have bought ets ticket to Butterworth from KL Sentral. The last similar trip of mine was years ago so I wasn’t so sure of how the system was. Sadly to say that when I reached the ets station at KL Sentral, I have met with this rude police bantuan named Nazirul at the entrance. He didn’t give me a clear instruction initially when I first approached him. Upon second attempt of clarifying things with me, he raised his voice. I was all the while speaking to him politely and his action was uncalled for. Please do educate him on proper communication. Thank you.
Food for business class ETS
11 july train ets 9176.
I paid RM111 for my business class. I told the staff there i couldnt eat fish due to health reason so i ask to swap with other food. I was informed i could not do that. I find it super annoying because the same food is literally sold in cafe so how hard is it to swap the food for my comfortness. KTMB be aware of people allergy
Desired outcome: PROVIDE MORE OPTION FOR FOOD BECAUSE PEOPLE PRE BOOK IT. IT IS NOT THAT HARD!!
ETS ticket system cause long queue and a lot passengers get stuck trying to scan at entry and exit point
Location: KL Sentral. KTM need to come up with better ticketing system that can ease passenggers experience boarding the train and shorten the queue to enter and exit entry point. KTM has been operating in Malaysia like forever and we expect better solution to this kind of petty issue.

I would like to complaint regarding your services as i'd ordered seats with table at your cashier counter at Ipoh Station. Unfortunately I got the normal seats and it made me a bit upset because she told us okay yeah sure but at last we got this. Services rate 1 star. Sorry.

Time accuracy and transparency
Please update your trains schedule with Google, or Moovit platform. No one can check your time table until reach the platform and informed by your employee. That's outdated and not effective. Tolong lah!

Time and Schedule Train Timings
When will the authority or management will look into the timings and schedule of the trains. The timing given is really out. U can take the train after few hours during not peak hours. My commute daily from kuang to kepong station @ 11.59am. But the problem is there are no early trains for me to early train if I need to and evenings as well. When will ktmb have more trains and more frequent trains since the jam nowadays are terrible.

KTM schedules not on time
My name is Sonia, and I have been using ktmb services for quite long, it's very disappointing and frustrating when the trains don't arrive on time, mischedule.today 6/6/2022, 8.49am was scheduled for trip to SG Gadut, as I was waiting at nilai station to board the train, there was no train at that specific time. So I waited patiently for the next train which is supposed to be at 9.19am, and still there was no train. And I'm still waiting at nilai platform for the train to arrive. Sorry to say but this is the worst service ever, if its bein scheduled to a particular time, the train supposed to be there on time. What the hell is goin on with your services? Improve your bleddy services if you want the public to use.

Good morning, selamat pagi. My name Shalini Krishnan from KL. This morning I booked ticket behalf for my husband.
His travel destinations is Tasek glugor. Time depart is 7.08am. this is first time I booked ticket KTM fast train. So I myself quite puzzle which counter should refer and where is the departure area. I almost finnaly reached location on time with my husband. My husband not local Malaysian and I assist him at departure area seem staff just spoken in Malay our nation language. What I am not satisfied was, I don't get the staff name, not wear name take, she is Malay woman, wear scarf and duty at departure counter at time 7.05am, shouting at me with very rude way and don't know manage the situation in calm way. Yes I am admitted we arrived on time and train is waiting, but there is way she can inform in nice way and polite way, if someone doing same thing to her what she felt? Customer service representative should know how to handle the situation in calm way not in irrespective way and rude way. What is inspiration about Malaysia to my husband from India. I always told my hubby in Malaysia customer service is good manner and we are friendly society. Really disappointed and that particular staff not fit to work in frontier area if she don't know speak good way to customer. I am not criminal why she raise her voice and shouting to me? If she wearing uniform she think she is cop? I myself also know law and basically work in court and handle so many people and situation. This trip is our first and last booking trip with ktm service. Thats enough. Keep and maintain this type customer service. Lodge complaint is right of customer. We paid cash and not plead anyone sponser for our ticket. Thanks for all.

Malay female , middle age , wear scarf , pregnant on duty 7.05am at counter , failed to display name , ... Teach her how to give respect mankind . Why must raise up her voice to customer ? If she love to scolding customer advise her join in prison as warden. Can rude always that place . Now work in front counter what image she should resemble? Inappropriate things
Well, the train from Pelabuhan klang supposed to arrive at 5.18pm to Kl Sentral where the destination will be to Tg.Malim
We are still here at 5.33pm and no sign of
train ! I mean Ktm staffs working or only the machines ! If it’s delayed, the least they could do is announce it on PA system. I guess you guys have more better workflow system. I guess this isn’t the first time the train is being super “efficiently fast”.
I think it’s best for me to contact in this channel before I proceed with Ministry of Transportation.
KTM Intercity (Batu Caves to KL Sentral)
My boarding to Sungai Petani is at KL Sentral at 6.21PM.
I arrived at Taman Wahyu KTM Station at 5.30PM to catch the intercity train to KL Sentral at 5.39PM. The first delay notice informed us our train was delayed by less than 10 minutes. However, After 10 minutes no train and no update on the info screen.
Lastly, the train arrived at 6.10PM. The train has delayed about 30 minutes to KL sentral where my boarding are is KL sentral to Sungai Petani.
When i arrived at KL Sentral, the ets train just departed. I went to the ETS counter to request for a replacement seat on the next train. However, the treatment I received at the counter was so disappointing. There is no propoer process for KTM to be accountable of such incident and the staff at the counter also was The staff could just

Ktm have to allow more services for rawang
Hi
I live in Rawang i am using almost everyday for my work and weekends with my family to go kualalumpur.Currently evening the ktm from sungaibuloh to rawang service is bad as 18.42 after that 19.29 sounds horrible right?so i finished work and i am in the sungaibuloh station 18.50 so i am waiting 40 minutes nearly for the rawang train. Its not only me as there were lot of people waiting like me in sungaibuloh station please let me know if you can allow one more service 19 or 19.15 it would be more.great it been long day and its quite hard for us to wait like this hope you will resolve this problem and help us as soon as possible.

Delay
The train has delayed for first 10 minutes to KL sentral where my boarding are is KL sentral to Bukit Mertajam.
When it arrive Tapah, the train stopped there for more than 20 minutes, suddenly, then when it comes to first 30 minutes, the staff starts to announce the train tyre was on fire, and we have to wait another 30 minutes to change to a new train to our destination.
Lastly, in the new train, I don’t even have my place there.
How tolerance should I have in this situation.

Very bad experience, the staff at the food counter is impolite and ego. When I talk to her she don't even look at me. Very bad attitude when I ask her for the food ordering. I ask her politely but she just give me a bad attitude

The Kajang station has been late around 1 and a half hours, it is absurd. It's 2022 and the late of KTM is still a thing, looks like the public transportation service of this country is a joke. The route is from Kajang to Sungai Gadut.

Can the train frequency for Ktm improve? Previously the train waiting time should be 15mins, which is still acceptable.
For now, the train waiting time is 30mins per train in the morning and 1 hour in the evening time? and the waiting time shown in the TV screen is not accurate?
Can it be improve? We are also paying for the service and it is not cheap either compare to the LRT service.
Any reason for long waiting time for all line? Can it be explain clearly?
