poor ktmb express service
I work in KL and stay in Seremban. I take the KTM Express train from Seremban during weekdays at 6.55am to reach KL Sentral. I have been doing for the past 9 1/2 years. The train service was satisfactory until January 2020. Previously it used to have only 3 stops to reach KL Sentral ie - Seremban, Nilai and KL Sentral. The train will reach KL Sentral at 7.55am. However, since January 2020, KTM had increased the number of train stops from 3 to 7. Now the train stops at Sg Gadut, Senawang, Seremban, Bangi, UKM, Kajang and KL Sentral. The train now reaches KL Sentral at 8.15am. It is always packed and some of us have to stand throughout the journey for more than 1 hour. The same is the situation from KL Sentral to Seremban. The train leaves 4 minute later (last time it was 6.14pm) and reaches Seremban around 7.30pm.
My complaint is that an express service should not have so many stops. Alternatively, the coaches in the express service ought to be increased as the number of passengers have increased. The current service provided by KTM Express is highly inconvenient and distressful for people like me
pintu ktmb komuter kadangkala tutup mengambil masa yang panjang, kadangkala cepat sangat.
Sebelum ini saya pernah tunggu selama 30 minit di dalam train kerana pintu tak tutup. Saya pernah juga sampai kat pintu dah tutup (maximum 3 minit). Saya tak tahu macam mana saya nak keluar kerana pintu dah tutup. Hal ini menyebabkan saya kena tunggu satu jam untuk naik training yang seterusnya untuk balik ke destinasi asal saya.
Saya ingin memberi pendapat bahawa jarak masa pintu buka dan tutup bagi setiap stesen dipuratakan agar masalah yang saya hadapi tidak berlaku dan ingin mengetahui apakah tindakan yang perlu dilaku sekiranya menghadapi keadaan seperti yang saya hadapi.

Saya nak buat complaint tentang kenapa saya dicharge rm 10. Begini saya dah sampai ktm sungai buloh dalam anggaran 7.49 pagi. Saya nak ke rawang. Namun begitu, train hanya ada pada 7.29 pagi. Dan train seterusnya dalam 10.06 pagi. Dah lah saya kena tunggu berejam. And kemudian saya nak ke toilet. Eh eh boleh pulak saya dihalau dan tak boleh masuk. KATANYA BOSS SEDANG MENGAMUK. What the heck. Boss awak sedang mengamuk dengan awak, itu awak punya masalah bukan saya! Dah la tak bagi masuk tandas. Nak ke tandas seberang tutup sebab sedang renovate ape benda tah. Terpaksa la saya keluar guna tandas MRT SUNGAI BULOH. cube teka what happened next. Bro aku tak naik lagi ktm but aku kena charge RM 10 kepala hotak kau la. For what. Oh kena charge sebab duduk free free saje saje tunggu ktm Macam orang bodoh dekat station? Macam ni ke servis ktm? Hidup jangan cuba menyusahkan orang lain.
unethical behaviour
The staff ( I reckon the supervisor of KTM Ipoh branch ), a Malay guy n his 50s. He was very rude and using words that are impolite. He also prompt the new girl to do the same thing. He did not even apologise.
The incident happen as such :
1) When I approach the KTM girl, (i reckon she is the new girl) to buy a ticket, she asked for my IC, I was looking for it and I said pls wait for a second.the Malay guy from behind said tunggu tunggu apa, card saja cepatlah.
2)The new girl also imitate his actions

I have been taking many time with ktm. This is the first time I not satisfied.
I don't know what happen occurred just now, because I have wait at least 5 hours at station Gemas since 12am. The time I wrote was 06.50am.
Nobody announced, noticed passenger what happened. What I know from they is the train can't function.
I just want to say why don't send us by bus or another train to our destination? I very disappointed with your service.
charged twice with only one otp no. was given
This is the first time i booked train ticket through website. When came to the payment that i booked first time, no OTP no. was requested.
And the computer shown a note "sorry...the transaction bla bla bla...".
Then i forced to make a second booking. This time i received the OTP no. And i keyed-in the OTP no. too. The page jump to "print'. It's mean the transaction was successfull.
But when i received my credit card statement, it's shown that there are 2 same transactions figures were charged?!
I try to log in and check, my goodness, it's shown 2 BOOKING TRANSACTIONS?!
How come this will happend? ONE OTP PROVIDED but APPROVED AND CHARGED IN TWICE?!

kepadatan penumpang tren di jajaran padang besar - butterworth
Perkhidmatan tren komuter jajaran padang besar ke Butterworth sentiasa sesak dengan penumpang (Ditambah pula rakyat asing spt thailand, rohignya, Bangladesh, indonesia, dll)
Tren yg sentiasa penuh, padat, ada situasi tidak dapat naik tren kerana tren penuh selalu terjadi (terpaksa menunggu next trip lbh kurang 1jam)
Peningkatan jumlah penumpang setiap masa, namun pihak ktmb masih menggunakan tren lama dan pendek (3 gerabak) sedangkan situasi semasa memerlukan tren panjang dan baru (6 gerabak).
Perkara ini telah lama berlaku namun tiada tindakan yg diambil. Amat kasihan kepada penumpang warga emas, ibu mengandung dan ibu dgn anak kecil yg terpaksa bersesak2 berebut utk naik tren (spt di pakistan @ india kdgkala)
Selain itu, tren lama ini sangat panas kerana penyaman udaranya tidak berfungsi dgn baik.
Mohon pihak yg berkaitan untuk membantu menambahbaik dan menyelesaikan isu lapuk ini. Sekian lama pengguna ktm berdepan masalah dan situasi penat ini.

deduction touch & go and skip time ktm
4 dec saya tunggu ktm 8.16 at sungai buloh dan keluar semula daripada ktm, kenapa ktm deduct rm10, its not fare untuk penumpang yang tak naik ktm pun, sepatotnye jaduak ktm sampai sungai buloh ke tanjung malim ade pada jam 8.16, tapi ktm skip and akan sampai jam 10.55, bila saya keluar and touch kad pada mesin terus deduct rm10, ktm tak sepatotnye deduct duit kad penumpang disebabkan kesilapan ktm delay.
Ktm tanjung malim ke pelabuhan klang tolong la kerapkan jadual tu, bukan stop hanya di sungai buloh je, susahkan penumpang yg ke pelabuhan klang pada jam tengahaari & petang.
System ktm sekarang makin teruk berbanding dulu, harga naik tapi service teruk.
Staff ktm tolong la bagi service yang betul pada soalan penumpang jangan sambil lewa.
port klang to tanjung malim line
Port Klang to Tanjung Malim line is the only train system that connects segambut, kepong and rawang to KL city center.
However, the last train is 7 pm to head back to segambut, kepong and rawang from KL.
I am pretty much wondering why and how such decision is being made?
It is pretty illogical to assume everyone finished their work before 7 when you have shopping malls that closed at around 10 or 11.
‘well’ manner of ticket checker at the entrance of gate b kl sentral
I am one of the passengers, taking EP 9202 train on 30/11/2019 Saturday 9.55 a.m.. The reason for me to make this complaint to your company (KTMB) was because of a ‘good' experience given or provided by one of your ‘well-trained' employee on the date and time stated above at the entrance of Gate B. Please make sure if the ticket checkers are unable to get every ticket checked at the entrance during crowded situation, you can either make the entrance narrower or get 2 checkers by standing both side of every queue and entry, to make sure each and every ticket is perfectly checked. The incident I faced, was a ticket checker spoke to me rudely when i was entering the gate, the volume shouldn't be so high as this is considered as a servicing industry. I am not saying customers is King and should be prioritized, but treating better between each other. Ticket checkers should be serving customers politely and also solving problems in a good manner. I believe that it could come out with a win-win situation at the end. Other than that, do train your employees well when going through ticket checking process, not everyone of us has the profession in psychology by knowing what is the checkers' thoughts. I am not mentioning all of the employees have the same problem, but few of them. Do train your employees to react every time when checking tickets, and not just seeing your ticket and giving no responses. A simple ‘OK' or a small face expression are better than doing nothing. I believe this is as easy as ABC. Other than that, I truly wish that your company will make some improvement on your employees by getting them training courses to serve customers politely to avoid any misunderstanding that could be happened anytime and anywhere like I did. Thank you.
no ticket given after online banking for it
I have paid a total of RM72 on 29/11/19 to buy two train tickets in which the route is from KL Sentral to Ipoh. Train : 9032 Date : 23/12/19 Time : 7:40pm Seat : coach E(2A and 2B)
I have waited a whole day for the ticket but still didnt get it and i am sure that i have paid for it through maybank online. The attachment below is the proof of it. Please contact me and send me the tickets as soon as possible. Thank you

I was asked to pay the full amount of fare for my wife trip from Butterworth to KL Sentral at Butterworth Station on 19/11/2019. Eventhough my wife has not been granted citizenship, she is my wife and duly registered to JPA as beneficiary to all benefits granted to a penshioner's wife. Her name is stated in my Pesara Kad and I don't understand why her citizenship is to be blamed. She even had surgery in Govt. Hospital before and was granted as should all the benefits set forth for Govt servant's wife. Cakap tak serupa bikin.
operator and ticket machine
I'm trying to top up my card but no operator at the counter and all the ticket machine were out of service at the station Angkasapuri. Very inconvenient to me and wasting of my time, I've been waiting there for almost 15mins, then I decided to contact to the customer service. At the end, I'm missed out the train and I have to wait for another 30mins for the next train. Very hot there, you should have provide a replacement operator since your machine is not working. Very bad service.
the new komuter schedule from pulau sebang to kl
t was only the other day I praised KTM for their punctuality. Today the trains are punctual but the schedule of the trips are disheartening. KTM is only considering the commuters who are travelling direct to KL. What about those who board the train at smaller stations. We have to wait a whole hour before the next train arrives to pick us up to go to work. As the 6.56 am & 7.17 am trains from Seremban have been removed from the schedule. The train which leaves Seremban at 6.36am is very crowded. Many of us have to stand in the train from Seremban to KL. KTM please improve your services and not make it worse. Don't always think of the city dwellers, we people who live in places such as Labu, Bangi & Serdang are also Malaysians who pay our fare duly. Please reinstate the 6.56 am train. We have to reach our workplaces on time. Consider those commuters who aboard the train at small stations and also alight from the train at small stations. There are commuters who travel from Labu to Bangi. We have to reach our workplace on time. By missing the 6.36 am train we have to wait a whole hour before we board the next train. The services have gone down down with the new schedule. Do consider the commuters who are travelling from small towns. Imagine the train was so crowded when it reached Serdang. Serdang to KL is such a long journey. Please improve your services. Today I had to stand from Seremban to Serdang in the train. No place to sit. When we board the train in Seremban itself it is already very crowded. Please re-instate the 6.56 am train, consider those who are going to work in places such as Bangi, Bandar Baru Bangi, Serdang areas and those who take the various transport from Serdang station to reach their place of work. We have to have the 6.56 am train, it helps us to reach our workplace on time. The 7.36 am timing is not friendly. We will be late. Imagine those who reach TBS and have to take the LRT. It is not possible for us to reach our workplace early. Be considerate. We know you travel in posh cars but do consider our plight. We want a better Malaysia.
service provided at ktm kobah is very poor. the staff is low in manner.
I decided to make complaint after several time the staff simply throw the balance at me .Same thing goes to my friend. Asking for price but the staff give rude responds with high voice tone. I think most of the customer faces the same situation. This is not relevant because he is serving a service. If he ( counter staff) had personal problem, he cannot brings to work. Reputation of the KTMB Kobah services can be affected. I hope KTMB can take actions on this matter. Thankyou

System online ktmb error sejak awal pagi, ktmb tiada cara penyelesaian dan mengakibatkan rakyat setempat sungai petani menunggu Selam 5~8 jam untuk dapatkan tiket .
counter untuk buka perayaan tiket sepatutnya berlainan line dan bersedia untuk perkhimatan, ini menyebatkan untuk membeli keesokkan pagi tersesat .
e-pay mesin sepatutnya disediakan setiap cawangan ktmb bagi menyelakkan.
pengguna tidak dapat call e_aduan ktmb walaupun banyak kali call dan perkerja counter ktmb tidak sopan bila memjawab dan bagi alasan tunggu shj yg boleh dan tiada cara penyelesaian samaada masa rakyat cuma dibuangkan untuk menunggu untuk mendapatkan tiket

system down and did not received e-ticket
Today, I have purchased ETS ticket from Ipoh to KL sentral around 3pm using app. After my payment done, the system down. I cannot download my ticket and i only received transaction successful email but not e-ticket. I try to login again but it said my id pw incorrect. So i try to reset the pw but unsuccessfully because I did not received any email to reset it. It waste my whole day just to purchase nothing ?

online not available and extremely slow of counter service
Train ticket for December 2019 and January 2020 started selling on 18/11. Line up just to get a ticket number since 6.20am...ticker selling suppose to start 8.30am but started only approx 9.20am in Ipoh station. From one number to another number it took about 30 MINUTES TO ONE HOUR for next number to be call...WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS. ALL BECAUSE OF MONOPOLY BUSINESS...NO PROPER PLANNING BY MAMAGEMENT...AFTER SO MANY YEARS IN OPERATIONS...JUST COULD NOT BE BOTHER HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF CUSTOMER IS WAITING ESPECIALLY MAJORITY WAITING IS OLDER PEOPLE.
ktm service - kl sentral to kepong
Why is the KL Sentral to Kepong train (time 19.43 and 21.16 from KL Sentral) has been removed from the 16th November 2019? The train from KL at night is already so limited. My daughter, a collage student takes the 18.54 hr train every day. There are also so many working people who cannot make it for the earlier train. Your change REALLY CAUSE MUCH INCONVENIENCES to us. Can you at lease add back one or two train for the night ? How long more we have to suffer from these ? It's been delay for a long time.

On the 11 Nov 2019 at 09:31:35, I using your ktmb mobile ticket to buy 2 ticket from butterworth to KL Sentral at 0730. I had done my transaction using Maybank online payment via iPay88 RM118 already deducted from my bank account but today I going to print ticket at train station Alor Setar but the worker said that didn't have any ticket brought by me. So I called call center and asked. The call center who attended me told me that my ticket does not success but my money already deducted. How can be like this now I need to pay RM158 to buy another 2 ticket at 0605. I very angry why when I paid u all didn't give me the ticket and didn't give me a call if the payment had not successful. Please be responsible on your work. Don't make a shame although I am a Malaysian. Please have a look into the complaint and make your service better especially online.
