New time shedule of ktmb
As per today 17 January 2022 the earliest train from serdang Station to kl Central is 6.26am. The next available train is 7.26am. This new schedule is not helping us the daily people commute for our work. They should hv followed the previous schedule. Atleast there were more trains to travel in morning.
Desired outcome: Add more schedule early morning and just follow previous schedule which we already familiarise. Try to improvise without cancelling the additional route train. Tq

I went to Ktm Rawang on 19/12/2021 around 3.40pm and there was 1 girl at the counter who was quite rude and not friendly at all. I asked if I could buy ets tickets to the Gurun or Sungai Petani, and she said "habis" with an arrogant face. So I asked, if still have ticket to Kedah other than Gurun or Sungai Petani and she said there were only ets tickets to Alor Setar. Then I call my parents first to confirm either they okay to pick me up at Alor Setar or not. After 5min, I came again to buy a ticket to Alor Setar, but then she said "kan saya dah cakap, habis". Fuhh very rude. I don't know when she said the tickets to Alor Setar were sold out, because at first she only said the tickets to Gurun and Sungai Petani were sold out. But that's not the point. The point is, if the ticket is available or not, you need to have manners. You as a customer service need to have good manners to assist customers well. I come and ask nicely, but you treat me like [censored]. How can it be. Please take action and teach her how to be a customer service with good manners. Tq

I want to buy a card at the counter at KTM Putra. At first I have RM 7 only, luckily I found another RM1 to pay my card. Why does the payment still need to be payed by cash? KTM such a big company. You need a cashless payment method! Like debit card/ touch n go e-wallet/ Maybank qr pay/ boost! I can't also top up my touchngo card at the counter! Such a lame! Nowadays, the nasi lemak by the road can also be payed cashless! Please upgrade your service! Even now, bank will charge RM 1 for the interbank (meps) cash out. Urghh!
Desired outcome: Please use cashless payment! KTM Berhad is such a big company!
Batang benar ktm line
13 DECEMBER 2021, MONDAY .
around 9am ( morning ), reached BATANG BENAR KTM LINE and the person in charge there is NOT WEARING MASK and EXTREMELY RUDE ! he even told us that the KTM BATANG BENAR DO NOT SELL TICKETS as our card ( we're using our ic ) is not enough balance! we're tourists coming all the way from SABAH to send our little brother for school purposes and we're treated such way ?! I am not requesting for fancy or vip treatment but at least give proper explanation or guide us or even DO YOUR JOB ?!
I TRULLY REALLY HOPE THAT KTM HQ TAKE RESPONSIBILITY ON THESE ISSUES ! THIS IS NO JOKES ! with Covid cases still on going and your worker is not wearing a mask ?! and there's no tickets to buy ?! PLEASE FIX YOUR SERVICES !

Saya terlepas train ke padang besar disebabkan staff counter ticket buat kerja lambat. Padahal lagi 2 minit train sudah hendak berlepas. Saya terpaksa tunggu pula 2 jam lagi untuk train seterusnya. Counter ticket pula hanya satu sahaja yang buka dan staff nya agak lembab buat kerja. Saya datang dari penang sentral.

Hi Team Members,
Need to address some concern for the signal clearance in Bangi Station, can this be look into as my brother takes the 7.06am train from Seremban, and supposed to be arriving in Bandar Tasik Selatan by 8.06am followed by a transit to Bandar Puteri Puchong station which only takes 27 minutes due to delay in Bangi Station it makes him reach so late in BTS, and impact his work performance. Can the higher management assist on this matter. On additional note this has cause delay in his work and unnecessary hassle stress from the higher ups of his organizations.
Hope this can be solved and he can take the 7.06am train instead of the 6.36am train from Seremban.
Desired outcome: We hope to there could be some areas of improvement can be done and not cause delay on the customer's end

Saya Jacintha, ingin membuat aduan kerana saya telah dicaj lebih daripada jumlah asal semasa saya menaiki KTM Komuter bertarikh 7/7/2021.
Saya telah menaiki KTM dari Stesen Kajang ke Tampin dan ketika ingin akses keluar menggunakan kad TNG saya, mesin tersebut menyatakan baki dalam kad saya tidak mencukupi, di mana jumlah dalam kad tersebut lebih daripada mencukupi untuk perjalanan saya pada ketika itu. Oleh yang demikian, saya terpaksa keluar dari stesen tersebut untuk mengisi jumlah dalam kad saya (stesen tersebut tidak mempunyai kaunter untuk menambah baki dan saya telah dibenarkan untuk keluar untuk mengisi jumlah kad saya)
Sila lihat lampiran yang telah saya sertakan dalam email ini untuk rujukan anda. Saya amat berharap pihak tuan/puan akan mengambil tindakan sewajarnya keatas aduan saya ini.

Ktm facilites in certain station
I'm hereby would like to complaint about:-
1) lift (very slow and not services) exspecially at ktm senawang & bangi
2) they switch off lamp and surrounding comes dark. Ktm user have to open torchlight to go to carpark(bangi station)
# i'm really dissappointed, i have using ktm service since 2003 till now. Hopefully it's will be better in future

Bad service at counter
I really had a bad experience on 15/3/21 at 7.45 am. I want to top up my KTM card because my is money balance is not enough. I only had 100 notes in my wallet and when I gave the money to the lady for 20 top up. She yelled at me as I'm so stupid and doesn't know what is the best hospitality.
KTM kuang should send her for service class as she doesn't have a smile and don't really good in her work. Pls KTM now is already 2021. Wake up pls

Ktm Station in kampar
My son studying in Utar. He want to book a ticket, he called to the station today at 4 o clock. He called for 1 hour, then only a lady picked up. After she picked up, she is telling, line is not clear, can you call up again. When my son told, I was trying for 1 hour, she continue to hold the line, after 5 minutes are so, she suddenly put down the phone.
Then he came to station to buy a ticket at 5, the person incharge in the counter saying your student card is not in online. My son applied for a online student card and got it, how it cannot be online. He just repeats the same answer. It's not available. Then what is the solution for the problem.
Each staff is very irresponsible and unproductive. They are not customer friendly. They just work for name sake, no involvement and nothing.
Govt should focus on improvement of govt staff

Change of schedule during mco
Change of the schedule during mco not effective. V r working on weekends too. So train that come around 9 not suitable 4 those who are working on weekends as early as 8 like me. since u guys comes between 1 hours during pick hours on weekends. So atlest b in platform atlest for 10 min before move to next station. Since u cut down schedule time 1 hour in between to next train arrival its some how made the the coach full n packed with public. Its not suitable to us the public travel in packed coaches during mco as u all aware number of covid -19 cases r increasing rapidly by day.
Desired outcome: Rather than stop the morning train u may start early train as usual but cut down the schedule in non pick hours which r in middle which u hv done before.
Jadual perhidmatan komuter
Kenapa sewaktu pkp ni jadual perhidmatan komuter ke perlabuhan klang teruk. Komuter sepatutnya tiba pukul 850 tapi tiba pukul 920. Tolong ambil serius mengenai perkara ni. Tolong hormat masa para penumpang yang menunggu untuk menaiki tren pada pukul 850.
Ini sedikit sebanyak menganggu perancangan perjalanan penumpang seperti saya di mana saya mungkin terlepas perhidmatan bas yang menunggu di station hentian saya. Tolong ambil serius mengenai perkara ini.

KL sentral counter operation hours
The working hours for kl sentral level 2 office only opens from 9 to 5, monday to friday only, and close on holidays as well. My ktm commuter link card has problem and I work from 8 to 5pm, there's no suitable time for me to go the counter. Also now everything is online, why ktm is still so behind time that everything has to go counter? The operation hours for the level 2 counter is really a pain in the [censored]

I pay rm10 for touch ngo card. I go to surau to pray about 1 hour because i forgot to pray zuhur and asar just around the conner . Then, they deduct my rm10 as the penalty. This is not fair because when i ride rapid kl they never fine me like this. Maybe for u its just rm10 but for me it is my hard earned money. Please remove this penalty cuz there are maybe musafir who pray for a while . This is very unfair and irrelevant fine.
