We always sends an important documents and clothes to our clients in south luzon for our business in pampanga. Now this LBC location provided above in Poblacion Mabalacat City Pamp., always change their cut off time which we know that we are still have the time to send it out. One of our personel came in but was refused to be assisted with one of the staff there. This isnt to both of business.
delayed delivery of wedding souvenirs
I already made the complaint before about the delay in your delivery. I am making again because you already delivered late with lame reasons and my souveniers are damaged and the box wet. When you say the package will arrive thur or friday with my supplier, you have to deliver it on that day. My wedding was on a saturday and even so it did not arrive. And you give me the reason that it was because of the muslim pilgrims travelling to zamboanga and their baggages that you cannot make space for my package, for my service that we paid? And yet I get no response with the earlier complaint i made..?!
And i still get to pay my supplier the shipping fee for this package that arrived 6 days after the wedding. It's useless. Your service is crap.

I received a gadget worth 6475 from an online seller name kaygadgets through lbc cash on deliver today september 3 2019, the item is defective and the seller is no longer reachable. I was scamed. I immediately went to your branch near me and ask what should I do about it I want to refund my money since it is still with them I just paid it with their delivery man. But all they said was we cant do anything about it. I am so hopeless. The money is still with lbc and not yet deposited to the account of the seller it is stil savable but they refuse to assist me. My school id didn’t not accepted because of the school year
I've waited for almost 2 hours because there was only one employee ( transactor ). Most of the customers left and complained because of their slow services. I see to it that my ID is in sy. 2018 - 2019 but our School FEU Diliman, starts in September which we don't have YET our id and as far as I know it's still valid for us students whose school starts in September. I also "accepted" money with that ID before. The transactor also wanted me to hand her my enrollment documents, since she questioned me if I'm still studying for proof. I admit my fault for not knowing this kind of rules., BUT please state to your branches the rules you have with my case which is the school year of id's since we are late compare with other schools.

lbc doesn't want to accept "cash" when I send money to the philippines?
LBC Mira Mesa, San Diego, California branch doesn't want to accept cash if I send money to the Philippines. We were told to fill up the form and we did with all our personal information and that was around late 2018. Up to now, we still couldn't use cash to send money...this is UNSAT.
I need the LBC staff or whoever is responsible on this issue to authorized us to use cash vice using our debit card account.

Delayed delivery of perishable item /overdue
To whom it may concern, I missed the day of aug 28, 2019 lbc delivered my small box containing plants however I am out of the house, prior to that they called me and will deliver them the following day although it did not happen and I waited the whole day of aug 29, 2019. My first impressions of LBC Express UK were terrible.
I have all the evidence, including transcripts and audio of a call I received to prove something is very very wrong with LBC Express UK.
Clearly this franchise or satellite branch of LBC Philippines lacks professionalism, business etiquette and both the ability & intelligence to respond appropriately and intelligently to prospective customers queries and concerns.
*keep in mind, there are many negative customer reviews online that serve only to make new prospective customer nervous, and in need of having their concerns listened to and appreciated, particularly as on close research online it can be seen that one director to be a Bahraini and living in Bahrain, and the other seemingly of African decent and living in the UK. The latter with a rather ominous director record (with many resignations from a number of non related businesses as seen on Company House UK).
And if that wasn't worrying enough, there has been many resignations of Filipino officers and what seems to be be a Filipino Manager living in Italy.
Wow... Talk about confusing and questionable..
Any prospective customer would not be criticised by an intelligent and God fearing person for having concern, doubts and needing answers to certain questions etc before deciding to do business and putting the trust of their loved ones gifts in LBC Express UK.
However, the result of my attempts to engage with LBC Express UK with a view to gaining some trust and reassurances, we're only long delays, seen but unacknowledged messages and finally a buang and angry so called director (one called Larry Domingo) making an antagonistic, rude and ignorant telephone call to me from the safety of his home/office etc.
Behaving and provoking a heated altercation over the phone in a manner that I am absolutely sure he would never never dare to do to my face, going by his age and appearance.
Clearly an idiot who has brought LBCs credibility here in the UK further into question.
Would I recommend LBC Express UK? No way!

Multiple failed redeliveries and delayed redelivery
To Complaints Management Department of LBC Express,
I am writing a complain on how they handled our package containing important documents we urgently need. We request immediate re-delivery of our package today. Below are the details of our package:

Receiver: Philippine Business Bank (The Fort Branch)
Receiver Representative: Allan U. Lucio
The delivery failed 2 times (due to holiday and a weekend date) and with wrong status update indicating document was already released to Arlene Poquiz. We called the Customer Care department and requested Archie Solelima, a CSR last August 20 to redeliver the package on August 22 but again the re-delivery failed for 2 days including August 23. Then we called again last August 27 requesting again for re-delivery but they said that they will coordinate again the re-delivery because of the processes and protocols they have. I also called yesterday and answered by a CSR, Brinette Pastrana notifying us that the package was in their Pending Department at Pasay and will take another 2 days for re-delivery which is on friday (August 30). She also said that August 30 will be the soonest possible due numerous pending packages on the said warehouse.
I believe we deserve an immediate re-delivery due to the long and multiple delays.
I look forward that complaints department will have immediate action on our request and issue above.

The item received on August 27, 2019 @9:45 a.m. from that time up to 4:30 pm it was not delivered so I decided to pick it up but unfortunately the delivery in charge did not arrived yet so waited for him for 2hours and yet still, he did not arrive. I ask for some assistance from the people there and I did not receive any proper answer on when and the status of the delivery in charge to arrive. The people has poor customer service. Most of them were busy playing games, watching videos from thir cellphone. They did not even bother to inform us that they were not able to contact the delivery guy coz it was out of reach, if we did not follow up. Some of the deliveries we're back already in the office and even go home. Without being attended to, I left after 2 hours of waiting. Thank you
I hope they will improve their customer service and I think it's better if they we'll use a company issued cellphone that can be use during office hours and can be traced by the system.

delayed shipment
[protected] this is my tracking number for a shipment from a souvenier supplier from batangas to zamboanga city. The box was accepted at Bauan on August 20. The shipment was expected to arrived earliest 23 or 24 as verbalized by LBC staff. However, up until now the current update was still received at zamboanga distribution team and still has not arrived in zamboanga city. The wedding date was August 24. This is air cargo shipment..but 4-5 days still has not arrived. I am complaining for the delay of shipment, making it useless when it will arrived as the wedding has long been over.
