We have sent our items to our client thru LBC Balagtas under tracking# [protected] last January 3rd, it was received at LBC delivery port team north since January 6th. we wonder why until now the shipment is not yet delivered until now? I had inquired this to LBC Balagtas but they, ve told me they can do nothing for the delay. As as huge company, you should have customer service or undel team that should update the customers wtih the shipment status. Could you please assist to expedite delivery today.
