I would like to raise a complain for this lbc with waybill number: [protected] which until now has not been delivered to the consignee address per attached waybill.
The delivery man contacted the consignee where to deliver because he brought with him in Lapu-Lapu. It is stated clearly in the consignee name the correct and exact address however until now it remains undelivered.
We are trying to call customer service several times but no answer 02-8858-5999. We tried to get other number and again given another number and another number but not successful.
Please attend to this immediately.
