Last November 19, 2019, me and my friend sent 3000 pesos to GOETHE INSTITUT MANILA in Makati City. This was as a payment for our upcoming EXAM. And on the receipt it was stated that the DELIVERY DATE SHOULD HAVE BEEN November 20, 2019. As of the moment that I am typing this complaint, 3 in the afternoon, November 25, 2019, NO MONEY was still delivered. And supposedly TODAY is the DUE DATE for our exam. Me and my friend have followed up this delivery since last week and the process was SO SLOW and STRESSFUL. The LBC SM CITY ILOILO branch said that they could not track where the money is, they have to email whoever and whatever ( that what ever they were refering to is the process that I may not understand because it isnt my line of work). They can't even give a garantee that it could be sent within to day even last saturday ( November 23, 2019) they said that they have finally reached the MAKATI BRANCH and that the delivery was placed on "URGENT". And still no delivery was made. Just minutes ago, I talked to "RALPH", the employee that answered my call said that they had been processing it since my friend was also asking for follow ups earlier. My question is. How long should they really have to toubleshoot this kind of errors? We sent our money early so we won't have to go through this stress and hazel. But still we end up having fear that we WON'T BE ABLE TO TAKE OUR EXAM. WILL THE COMPANY BE ABLE TO REPAY THE HOTEL AND AIR FARE TICKETS THAT WE PAID? ALL THIS STRESS? I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE AN ANSWER. WE COULD SUE YOUR COMPANY WITH THIS KIND OF NEGLIGENCE, CAN'T WE? attached to this the receipt.
