Teach your staff some manners and protocols on customer service.Lbc pavillion shaw csG02 have even the nerve to answer sarcastically even though he knew they are the problem..i just want to speak in behalf of others who can receive treatment such as this.i have the right to complain bec i am expecting a money and he told me they dont have the fund but its not yet 7pm and what is the said guidelines for this...he answer"wala na nga pera anu magagawa ko.!"hey lbc did u even test them before hiring..on what standard?question that i will not be surprise if u will lay down ur employess for bad service.investigate on this.
Kindly teach your staff proper manners in dealing with customers relevant concern..they are showing no decency at all.what if people that doesnt have voice to speak for themselves theyll just push them over bully them just like that.are they educated and were given psycho test before u hire them.?set some standard bec your business will lead to bankrupcy if your frontliners cant handle peoples concern.investigate the concern for this person CSG02 a guy whos there at 6:30pm.id rather hire a person who is teachable that all knowing but arrogant.
