I applied for an emergency loan and ACOM financing institution sent it to me for me to claim in any LBC near me to claim an amount of 34500. I went to Onemall branch yesterday to claim it around 6pm but I was advised since the amount isn't big, they don't have enough cash after waiting for almost 2 hours! This is such an inconvenience! They referred me to LBC SM Valenzuela since this branch usually have more cash so I went today, exactly 11am, and was told that they don't have cash and I have to do a reservation! Is this how you handle the trust of people who chose you to send money for their clients. Is this how you treat them?! Very frustrating that it was deposited for me to receive yet you are having a hard time releasing it! I sent a compplaint too to acom, so they can think twice of getting your poor service again
