It was Jan. 21st that i sent a parcel and in Jan. 22nd i came back to request a return to sender for the trwcking no.[protected] since that my customer cancel the order and the customer service said that they sent a request to return to sender. But it past more than two weeks from my request and my parcel is still not send back to the origin branch. So i requested again, and same as they promise jist wait within 3-5 days but bothing happened. I decided to email customer service and also i try request on other lbc branch to get more help but still seems nothing happened. It so frustrating to experience this and this give a doubt to use lbc once again. I want to get this issue escalated to the manager to have this corrected and have sanctions for your customer service on Nelly's Garden Jaro branch. This will ruin your business. Not accomadating and making false promises. Its more than 3 weeks now and i still dont have my parcel back. This is so absurd.
