Complaints:
1. When I got there, #1 customer wasn't called yet and I got #10 on the line.
ONLY 1 agent servicing 15 customers.
2. Agent didn't accept my SSS payment and wanted me to pay December and January bill as per my PRN number I've provided. Note that January is not over. I told her only December. She didn't accept it.
3. Other branch ACCEPTED my SSS payment for December.
4. Philhealth receipt was wrong. Agent indicated Jan-Mar 2020. I am only paying Jan-Feb 2020. My payment hasn't posted yet due to this mistake.

PLEASE PRIORITIZE my complaint as a will make sure that agent will be reprimand on her UNACCEPTABLE service. I will make this a big issue or case.
I got my receipt to support my complaint.
