I'd like to complain a staff name Catherine Borja who works at LBC Sto Nino Branch Meycauayan Bulacan..
1.. My parcel has been lost and she was blaming that the plastic was not sealed by my employee..
I have been shipping using LBC for more than 5 years which is why I know how to seal the pouch properly... We are regular customer from LBC Robinsons Townville which btw are way better and nicer than her.. It just happen that we wanted to make sure we shipped before cut off since Robinsons branch has tons of customers and waiting period took us 2 hrs, we decided to ship at LBC Sto NIno..
She was complaining that because it was lost she will be charged for it. Instead of apologizing she never took the blame instead put the blame on us..
I called and texted her regarding an update I called her and asked if there are customers, i will just call again in few min since shes busy I just send her a message but she did not reply.
2. The same day I was complaining about the update via call and text on the lost parcel we have 5 COD/COP transactions to be shipped and we went again on the same branch.. She just asked how many are the parcels, after finding out it was 5 parcels she said the system is down for COD/COP.
How come that a staff needs to ask the number of parcels we have if she in the first place knew that the system was down.. She knew all our parcels are always COD/COP. We went to Robinsons and the system is good for COD/COP and it went well even if we waited for hours.
3. We shipped again this week and I asked for an update she fails to inform me even if she says she will send an update.. Lets say she's busy so we initiated on the update.. For 5 years of shipping we knew exactly where our items will fit, we know the exact shipping cost for our customers. But Catherine insisted to put them in bigger pouch and box which will cost us even more. While packing she talked to her co employee to put it in the box "baka mawala na naman yan" which she later denied she said that.
When I came with my staff she refuse to talk and gave me a frown annoying face and keeps doing other transactions pretending i wasnt there complaining. She also lied that she never spoke to the other staff about the lost parcel she never spoke about " baka mawala na naman yan".. We asked them to check the cctv but they only pretend we werent there and ignored us. That was very RUDE and disappointing, she NEVER act and NEVER apologize.. I asked to void my transactions and when we shipped it to the other branch they accepted it and all were placed in a small pouch where it should be...
4. I wont be surprise if I will have other friends who have the same complaints.
Ask the Salon owner beside their office, they also are complaining about her unethical attitude towards customer.. I even ask one of our friend who is a pastor and got the same complain.
There was also one customer who was beside me telling "nakahanap din sya ng katapat" which was surprising.. it means that she was indeed rude not just to me but others
I hope this complain is not just read and seen.. Act upon it.. Fire or reprimand this Catherine Borja, customers dont deserve unethical treatments and shes not fit to do frontline work.. review your CCTV
5. Im not so sure but this branch has been robbed few weeks ago and she was there. better check your employees behavior.. There are more employees that deserves to be sitting in her place..
