This is so frustrating. I came around 6:10pm trying my luck to find put if the store is still accepting cargo shipment. I asked the the rep if I can still get a number. he responce that they are already cut off. I ask them because it shows on the sign that its up until 7pm. but he responded rude and tell me that they dont want to have an overtime. I feel ashaimed.
I went out the store and stay. other resller that bring their cargo they still accepted it. that so unfair!
Im also an online seller I already have a sticker for my cargo bubble wrap all they need to do is to put it in the parcel.
This is not the first time that they priority the people that they know.
The machine they use getting the number is useless
Because other seller use priority to get number and they dont mind telling that they need to put the correct number in the machine like cargo money etc.
Even I have baby kids with me I dont use priority just to be fair.
I dont know lbc why you stop the survey/complaints.
My husband is working as a secret field official for lbc rep before he trying to find out if they working properly and he tell me that they should wearing their id all of the time.in this case they are not always wearing their id. this complain I generalizong all of the representative of that specific store. I always have a such nightmare experince on this store.
