The package contains my mom's claim for her provident and death claim, birth certificates of my brothers and sisters were also included also a service record that was very important of all the documents sealed by Department of Education, We will be submitting all the requirement to claim her benefits because we are in need of financial due to my mom's loss. This was not what we expect from LBC; A kind of inconsiderable service from your company. I tried to call more than thrice to your customer service and there's no resolution that they can give to us. We were hoping to file our mom's death claim supposedly on November 28, 2019 but until now the documents has not been received. We demand a quality service and inconvenience of the incident. Instead of helping your customer to move your shipment faster, you make it impossible to made your commitment which is opposing your company's slogan. Now how could you repay our inconvenience that it could take much longer to process our mom's death claim and we need those assistance amounting to 250, 000 Php, that we will be using to our brother who is PWD for his operation and treatment? How ridiculous! The Shipment was from Iligan City Palao Branch To LBC Crame Branch at bonny Serrano under Aslani Montila to Mr. Fahad S. Dialem
