I had purchased LG refrigerator 02 years back. Since purchase I have to call your technician at least 04 times.Since yesterday my fridge has not been working. LG Electronics for compressor

i have complaint to sub dealer for 40 to 50 times but the sub dealer is not taking any action and i have complaint to lg toll free number also but the mechanic come for ac and not given any satisfaction reason and he said that my senior will come and repair it. i have 5 lg ac in my home and in 5 ac two are running very well and three are not running well until when i purchase till 3 to 4 years. i herbly request to lg service center that this is not good for their costumer . complain of ac is the comprssor is not working well

LG Electronics new machine giving sound

I HAVE PURCHASED AN SPLIT A/C OF 1.5 TON FROM E-ZONE SURAT GUJARAT ON 28/05/2010. SINCE THE DAY IT WAS INSTALLED IT STARTED GIVING ABNORMAL SOUND FROM BOTH THE INNER AND OUTER MACHINE THE COMPLAINT WAS LODGED TO BOTH L.G SERVICE CENTER IN SURAT AND TO E-ZONE TILL TO DATE NO RESPONSE IS BEING GIVEN FOR THE MACHINE TO REPLACE.ITS REQUESTED TO EITHER IMPROVE SUCH THINGS OR SHUT OF THOSE FRANCHISE OR DISTRIBUTORS WHO CANT HANDLE THE PROBLEMS SINCERELY.

LG Electronics userviceable

I had purchased lg lcd tv, model no 42lf20fr, serial no 001lpfj000835 with date of purchase 17 mar 2010 from m/s raj electronics, main bazar, udhampur (j & k). the lcd tv is unserviceable from 01 jun 2010. I had already complained to the dealer on 03 mar 2010. the tv is not yet repaired till date. I had contacted the dealer today who seems to be waiting for spares and has informed that he will only be able to repair when the spares are available. I request for urgent necessary action for its replacement as it is for the welfare of troops please.

11.2.2010 End date 10.2.2013.My TV picture not getting clear.Icomplaint on 28.12.2010 RNA101228060926.I recieve 1st sms from VM-LG care 29.12.2010. is in process reason other.2nd sms parts arrived waiting to book new appointment.I contact custemer care and give appointment date.It was on 24.1.2011.on 26.1.2011 again same message came.Immediately i contact LG care give again appointment.3rd sms recieved on5.2.2011 parts have yet to be ordered at06.36 am same day 11.59 am sms recieved parts arrived and waitng appoint ment.again I given appointment.on 9.2.2011 again recieved parts not in stock.In my home Washing Machine, computer, Fridge, Microwave oven and TV all are LG product.Till this much time I trust LG.I told my friends and relative use LG products.But I affraid that what happen to LG such a big firm, is it ur attitude to the customer.Ihope Now I hope u will do the needful.

LG Electronics defective product problem

To whom it may concern;

On 3rd of April, I bought an LG X130 netbook from Bimeks, one of the largest consumer electronics store in Turkey. Soon after the purchase computer started crashing. This e-mail is written because I've tried through all possible legal applications and believe that LG Turkey and Bimeks will not be able to help me solve my issue any more. For this, I request the attention of LG International.

Please let me summarise the issue:

On 3rd of April, I bought the computer. First setup was done in the store by the technicial staff. In the following two weeks I had several times of computer crash, reboot and blue screen. Then I decided to restore the system with the software that was provided by the netbook. As soon as the restoration completed, the computer started crashing and giving the blue screen again (Even there wasn't any new sowtware and hardware installed on the computer).

On April 19, I returned the computer to the Bimeks store. They made a quick check on the computer and tried to send me back saying that the computer has no problem. After insisting that the computer is not working properly, I managed to convince them to send the product to LG Turkey technical service. I called the store on the phone to check the status of my product and learned that it was still waiting in the store for the last two weeks! After several calls I learned that LG Turkey received the computer on 5th of May!

Technical service of LG Turkey stated that the issue was due to software problems and installed a clean version of Windows and sent back the computer. The day I received the computer I started experiencing the same issues again like the blue screen and crashing. I immediately called Bimeks store but they disrespectfully said that it has been over one month since the purchase and they can't provide support anymore (Although most of this time was wasted in the technical service) and that we should send the product to LG by ourselves,  showing unwillingness to provide any help and lack of customer care. 

I immediately contacted LG Turkey but they were also unwilling to provide any help but asked to send the product back to technical service. After five days of testing they sent the product back stating that there is no problem with the device. I talked to Mr. Huseyin, Mr. Turan from LG Turkey for several times but couldn't get a result. They even blamed me for lying and trying to deceive to get a new computer. But they also said that they installed a different image of Windows installation other than the one that was in the computer's harddisk. All the problems arose as soon as the computer returned from the technical service.

Please explain to me why would I try to deceive them when all I am asking for is a proper working computer? Why would I waste my one and a half month arguing with people with a brand new computer?

I am extremely unhappy with the way Bimeks and LG Turkey treat their customers. They were extremely unpolite after my second request for the technical service and did not show any attention to solve my problem or ensure my customer satisfaction. Their ability to communicate with the customers was way below my expectations from an LG employee. I beleive that LG International will try its best to ensure my customer satisfaction and trust in the LG brand again.

LG Electronics broken phone

I had broken my cell phone and went online to get a replacement. The process was smooth and easy. Instead of overnight, I got it two days...not a big deal. When I recieved the new phone and went to activate it, the screen started glitching. It would not let me calibrate to my settings, instead kept beeping anywhere I pushed. Anywhere on the screen I touch, it opens up a totally different icon on the menu. I am very disapointed to have recieve a broken phone to replace my currently broken phone. To add to the misofrtune, the buttons on the side of cell do not work either.

Now, I believe the Asurion person was new but had no clue what she was doing. After 20 minutes of talking, she confirmed I needed a new phone. OBVIOUSLY, I did, since that was the main reason I called customer support. I stayed on the line with her for almost hour with the lady who confirmed my information several times and put me on hold at least 8 times. I believe it was time filler because she had no idea what to do.

In closing, this was a HORRIBLE experiance. I can't believe I was sent a broken phone to replace my already broken phone. And to top it off, customer service was no help to me; except to send me another (hopefully wokring) phone in a few days.

My LG phone has been dropping calls since September 2010. The phone has been replaced at least 2 times with NO improvement. I have spoken with not less than 4 supervisors who promise to upgrade my call to a manager and I NEVER HAVE RECEIVED A CALL BACK. Each promises THEY will be the one to help me - but NOTHING.
I was told last week that they wanted to replace my phone AGAIN - I rejected the option and demanded a manager call me to upgrade me at V's expense. A MANAGER was supposed to contact me on Monday - it is Tuesday night and NO MANAGER.
I need my phone to work - I was charged with $154 of overages that I figured had $100 of dropped calls. I was promised a $30 credit in January by a 'supervisor', but nothing! ALL I AM GETTING IS A RUN AROUND. I need my phone upgraded - I NEED V to cover the entire cost. I looked at an Octane phone that I think will work.
I have put up with DROPPED CALLS for 5 months and no one is smart enough to fix the problem - the only thing ANYONE will say is replace the phone...again.
I NEED HELP - I don't want to cancel my account that I have had for over 10 years. I hope that someone will look at my complaint and actually HELP ME!

I got this lg dvd writer model:gsa h-55n now after 2 year it says "no disk" when I enter the dvd into it. Lg dvd writer are rap never buy them they are made in china

When I go to the ghaziabad customer center of lg then those lunatics greedy people asked me fo
1000 rs for kit change now tell who fool wil pay 1000 rs better then buy a new dvd writer of some company in that range

Never trust lg it is producing faulty chinese equipment with no or very costly support

I just moved to a new home . I purchased LG washer and dryer from Leons store, then it was delivered, I tryed to install this but machine wasnt working. We call immediately to store but they told us to contact LG. This is a brand new unused machine we contacted a store less than 72 hrs I didnt use it, but in customers servise refuse to exchange this to a new one. I dont have a machine, i cannot use it for a more than a week . This unused product is a lemon. Leons keeps telling me to call LG. Technician came, wrote the report that machine has motor failure. I want brand new machine, that what I have paid for, not for the fixed one.

Most stores have a 30 day return policy on items. Some appliances are only 14 days. It seems that you contacted the store within the right amount of time. Plus the item was 'Dead On Arrival" which entitles you for a full refund of your money. You should not have to go through LG. The store should give you a full refund or replace the defective item!

LG service centre in Lahore repotation is very bad they do not care about customer.I send my TV to fix in LG service centre A-11 Lawrance road Lahore Augst/2009, after month and half they asume they fix my Tv.I brought my TV to my home, as i switch on my Tv i feel burning .I took my Tv to service centre again and they open my Tv front of me, the part witch they changed that was melting in.So they book my Tv again, now after six month they are not fixing my Tv every time i ask them they are telling me we are waiting for parts.

May 5, 12015, need information before purchasing $5, 000 refrigerator & another TV. Spoke to Joanne, Customer Service, couldn't even speak or understand English well, stated the most stupidest statements that astonished me to the point I thought it came from the TV or radio - a cartoon or something, had to download manual to understand and still not straight forward, online Kikka, nice but couldn't answer questions so transferred me to David, Sales Retail, wrong department (he didn't care either), transferred again to Pomi (who wanted to transfer me back to David, wrong dept) refused so Pomi dealt with me, somewhat a little knowledgeable but kind. Now I understand all the complaints above and will not purchase any more items from LG. and make sure all my clients do not purchase from LG. My whole home is full of LG products and I'm sorry I supported indirectly these bunch of YooHoo's at LG service center. LG asks for a survey after your conversation 1-10, 10 being the best, perhaps they should put -50 on their chart for unbelievable, unintelligent uncaring goofy people - the worst of the worst. Good thing I'm not their supervisor - all the staff would be fired and replaced with people who really want to work, knowledgeable of all products, care and are professional with a turnover of 2 days at the most to return calls. PEOPLE WITH RESULTS NOT EXCUSES.. Market Place on TV should get a copy of these reports allowing the public to acknowledge how poor LG service is and how they treatr their customers so badly. LG's products are expensive and how that I've encountered the poor service their products are worthless to me. SHAME ON LG. obviously THEY DON'T READ THESE COMPLAINTS SINCE THEY HAVEN'T CHANGED.

It is funny that I am sitting in LG Service centre at Lahore, Gardent Town Abu Bakar Block. The situation is the same since the posting of feedback about this service centre. I think the people who are running this centre or the management of LG in Pakistan and Lahore is just dont care and totally indifferent to improve their centre. It has also been learnt that due to mismanagement and continuous complaints by the customers, the girl on the front desk has also left job.
I deposited LG LED TV last week on 19th July 2014, they gave me a reciept and said that they will fix the problem by Monday morning, but i visited the centre on Tuesday and they were asking what is the problem with TV, I wanted to smash my head on this. So un-professional behaviour making fun of the customers. They simply don't care. I wish somebody go to the consumer court and ask for help or registering a case.

Salam .. i hv tv 29 inches LG 1.5 year old only which now have some trouble.. i call many time to service centre...those Nos were on warranty card but not Nos are no responding...i call an other service centre .. which is situated on Lawrence road but same problem there. these are their telephonic Nos [protected]-7-8. Telephone Nos not responding.. also call their incharege who name is Mr Sadi lot of time on his mobile No [protected]..but he also not attend ..then find another place in model town link road and call on that service centre same problem was their telephone Nos [protected]..no body attending call .. one answering machine was active .. i record my call but no body contact me still l in this practice one week is gone.. at the end i contact a local shop for repair my tv set but they said that its flybak No 6174v 50031 bsc 28 n2334 is in trouble which demand to change ..but in the hall road Lahore market this part is not available ... there are all parts which are china made ..mechanic is not taking responsibility to change this original flybak with Chinese... cos its hv no warranty to giving proper result ... in market no parts.. no service centre ..every body is telling that LG electronic company is fraud and the run away .. clean sweep from market .. that's why these problems are facing customers in these circumstances i fit chines fly bak in my tv set but result is no satisfactory.. .so if this complain is reading any authorised person pls let me contact for solution... i will be very thank full an awaiting your cooperation.

hi i am pradeep i given my 29" LG golden eye for repair at LG service station panvel last 15 day's .the girl at phone is very busy in other work rether toattanding costemer complain.She don't know how to talk to costemer. i try to call many time but there phone is busy and when ever i get connected she say tv is not raddy it take 4 day now its more then 15 day but still there is no solution what to do shoud i suggest every one don't buy LG product becouse product is good but poor service.
I wish god help them to improve there service or close there counter.

i gave my LG TV, at the same place A-11, Lawrence rd, lahore, Pakistan, for the problem, , that the Tv went on standby, , , n it does nt get alright now.. the service cente, , took my Tv for 4 months ..n they still have it ; n they are not responding to the complaint.itz such a lousy response from LG people.
Caution for readers: i recommend, do not buy any product from LG company/ after sales service n response is pathetic.
persons involved are MR SAADI SAAB, & MR Irfan( North manager )
their response is so unbelieveable, , what they are saying to me, , that the parts / chips they get from Korea are faulty, , , , wow, , , unbelievable...& they are hinting me to take the Tv away, , & get it checked/repaired from local workers outside, , , ..unbelieveable, , , a response from the service centre
i would like to post my complaint to any of their international office, , , i do not know any email, , , where to do that, , , cause people here in this service centre, , LHR, PAKISTAN, , are totally unresponsive/ unmoved

LG Electronics spilt ac

I am suffering one of the worst experiences after buying an LG Spilt AC on 15/04/2010. The model I bought is a 5-star, latest technology, highest end dual display model.

The first day it was installed(17/04/2010), the horizontal wings could not be started by the installer. (authorised installer from LG). A formal complaint had to be lodged and an service engineer came in (quite promptly though to be honest) and corrected it by changing some wire connection inside the room unit. He claimed that this was the fault of the installer though I am quite confident that this part of the machine was not touched by the installer and the defect was in original equipment. Even if it was the installer's fault, then also it is proven that the LG's authorised installers do not know their work properly. When I requested the machine to be replaced as it was showing defects on the first day, I was bluffed off by both the service engineer as well as the dealer.

Within less than a month(12/05/2010) of the purchase, the room temperature sensor failed. It started showing 18 degree cetigrade in the height of Kolkata summer ! Of course, this meant that the AC was getting cut off every time we started it. Again the same route of complaint, another service engineer came at 3 PM on 13/05/2010 and tried out one option and it did not work. He coolly walked off . When I asked for unit replacement, he asked me to speak to the dealer and the dealer responded that it was the company's responsibilty, not HIS. After about 15 phone calls to service center and the dealer, after repeated shouting matches, utter un responsiveness, another engineer visit was promised by 8.00 PM and finally arrived at home at 8.45 PM. He tried out another option which too failed and he also did not have any backup plan. Then he informed that the whole control panel will need to be changed and that will again happen next day. The next day another person came and has changed the control panel and the room tempearature control is now working . But it has introduced other issues like delayed start of the compressor and incomplete movement of the vertical wings

In between when I had repeatedly asked for a replacement of the room unit, I was told various things including that a replacement may take 2 weeks, secondly, that the replacement was done after 3 part change and thirdly, replacement done only if mechanical parts failed.

I would like to request a complete fully working replacement or a at least a warranty that the current changes will work. Meanwhile, throughout this ordeal there was never even one apology either from the dealer or the service centres.

I would like warn off all potential LG AC customers ! Also, request LG Senior managers to both manage AC product and Service better

I am the owner of 1.5 ton LG split Air conditioner bearing Sl. No.005NLYX001786 and Model No.LSA5LPAF6. The original invoice/bill is not traceable but to the best of my information the air-conditioner was purchased by me in July 2010. Subsequently I have entered into an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with M/s. LG Electronics Pvt. Limited vide HLP No. : MJ 038983 on 25th March, 2013 against payment of Rs.2391/-(Rupees two thousand three hundred ninety one). The comprehensive AMC started from 25.03.2013 and was to end on 26.03.2014.
On noticing that the air-conditioner was not giving required cooling, I registered a complaint with LG Electronics helpline No.[protected] on 21.09.2013 at 09:43 AM and the complaint No. provided was RNA [protected]. The reason mentioned in the SMS from LG Electronics received by me was (Gas charging). Subsequently, an Engineer from LG Electronics visited my residence and informed that the air-conditioning unit requires refilling of gas. As for the next 5 days, there was no further repair/service support from LG Electronics, I spoke over phone No.[protected] with LG Electronics, Noida service center. At the service center my call was eventually put through to Shri Sudhakar Tyagi (Cell No.[protected]) who informed me that one particular spare part required to repair my air-conditioner was no longer in supply by LG Electronics and as such my air-conditioning unit could not be repaired.
He advised that I should submit a photocopy of the bill/invoice relating to purchase of air-conditioner along with a copy of the AMC receipt. He also suggested that I should make a request to LG Electronics Pvt. Ltd. to refund the depreciated value of the air-conditioner as the Company is unable to repair the same.
As my air-conditioner was purchased in July 2010 I was unable to understand how a reputed Company such as LG Electronics had discontinued spares support to a fairly new product and therefore requested that I be allowed to speak to his superior. After constant persuasion, I was provided with the cell Number of one Shri Sameer Dhiman (Cell No.[protected]), Sales Manager, LG Electronics, NOIDA. I spoke to Shri Dhiman on 3.10.2013 during which Shri Dhiman repeated the same suggestions earlier given by Shri Tyagi. During my conversation with him on 3.10.2013, I specifically requested Shri Dhiman to provide to me in writing, the exact reason for the inability of the Company to repair the air-conditioning unit and also to spell out in writing the offer regarding payment of depreciated value.
Shri Dhiman refused to provide either of the above.
As my queries and requests had not been complied with, I requested Shri Dhiman to provide me the name and cell no. of his superiors. After my innumerable requests, Shri Dhiman provided me with cell number of the person who he claimed to be his superior i.e. Ms. Puja Mathur (Cell No.[protected]), Branch Head, Ghaziabad. On contacting Ms. Puja Mathur on the aforesaid cell number, the person flatly denied being the superior officer of Shri Dhiman and claimed that Shri Dhiman was infact her boss.
Therefore, the facts are that
1. LG Electronics has discontinued spares support to their product which was sold by it in the year 2010.
2. LG Electronics entered into an Annual Maintenance Contract for a product for which it did not provide spares support.
3. LG Electronics is neither repairing my Air Conditioner, nor providing me in writing, the reasons for its inability to do so.

LG Electronics complaint against service centre

On my stock two new LG DVD writers are complaint/manufacturing defect. I handed over to service centre (Redington). But three times they returned the same with the same complaint. Ejection is not working properly and not responding the DVD/CDs. We have already supplied thousands of LG Writers. If the service is like this, what we will do ?

I had purchased my Blackberry Gemini 8520 from a mobile store in Chennai and only after purchase I knew it was a officially unlocked device and not a usual Airtel Blackberry, I was upset at first as I have nearly 3 years of experience with Blackberry service at Airtel and its just awesome they do it so professionally. I used a Rs.999 (approx. USD $20) worth cover for the phone from case mate, after a month and few days the display brightness diminished to very low level and I had taken it to the Redington India Ltd. service center in T.Nagar and they told me about the Rs.730 charge if there is water lodged in the device and I was 100% sure that there isn't any possibility for the same, so I gave my device for service and was waiting for about 2 weeks and I received a call from them saying there was water lodge in my device and they want me to pay Rs.730 to get the device back and the most important thing is that the device isn't serviced. I was like what the hell? Why would I pay these cheats the money just to open and take look at it and return? These people don't have the basic common sense that if I had known there is water why would I give it for service to pay Rs.730 unnecessarily? I would rather go to private service center and get it done for same price or something additional, finally they sent me some fake snap shots of water damage and stuff. I doubt if they had done it on their own to rip off the money. Today I got the device back and the display totally doesn't work. They spoiled it even more. Blackberry has to stop sending officially unlocked devices let the people get good service from Airtel, Reliance and other service providers. Never from these local Redington guys, I wonder if they have ever seen a Blackberry phone, these guys would only have experience in spoiling local basic phones like Nokia, Motorola etc. Now giving the service order to these guys Blackberry is spoiling its reputation in India. I need a brand new device and also my Rs.730 to be returned and I am not going to live them till then.

People beware of these guys. Redington India Ltd is totally a fraud company. Redington India Ltd rips off the money and spoils your device. Redington Group has to replace my device and pay me my Rs.730 back. Redington Group has to stop the scam in the name of service Blackberry devices. Redington India Ltd should no longed be an authorized company to service Blackberry devices. Blackberry has to stop the contract right away.

LG Electronics poor business practices

LG refrigerator, model LFC23760SB, dead at the age of 1 1/2 years. LG oven dead at the age of 2 weeks but was able to repair it since it was still under warranty. LG refused me an extended warranty for the refrigerator since the original 1 year warranty expired. After talking with many appliance repair companies (some of who refuse to work on LG products) I was told that LG knew of the problems with these refrigerators but opted to not recall them since these problems typically manifest after the warranty has expired. Now that I've had problems with my LG products, I will steer clear of these in the future. I'm also spreading the word to my contractor and small business owner friends and warning them to not buy LG products because of their problems and poor business practices.

LG Electronics your company not to dilevery my goods for last 1 month 25dayes

dear sir,
We have Purchased 17 Nos of Air Conditioners & 14 Nos of LCD TV from your Company. We have paid the Amount 100% Advance through Demand Draft No.951701 Rs. 7, 16, 950/- through Punjab National Bank, V.K.I.Area Jaipur Branch on Dated 5.3.2010 in the name of L.G.Electronic India (Pvt.) Ltd., Jaipur. From date of Amount Paid to Company has not given proper response to us he has committed to deliver all the LCD within 40 to45 Days after receipt of Payment but He has delivered only 17 Units of A.C., he has not delivered LCD TV to Us. Still we are trying to get connect to him but there is no response from him. We hope further & Quick assistance from your side otherwise we will have no other option to go for consumer court.
And your responsibility for my court Expenses & Penlity paid by your Company give me.

LG Electronics I recommend everyone else steer clear of them

I bought an LG Washer WM0642. In 10 months, I have had the main board, pressure switch and drain pump replaced. The tub clean function does not advance after 14 minutes (this was the function that made my decision to buy this machine based on fears of mildew problems related to front load washers). I have had no success with customer service. They just keep sending service people and will not do anything about it until a tech says it's not repairable, which will not happen, i'm sure... they've been to my home 6 or 7 times. they just give u the runaround. i hate this lemon and will never buy another LG product. I recommend everyone else steer clear of them as well.

LG Electronics washing machine service contract

I had to wait 3 days to have a repair man fix my washing machine. He came on a Saturday and order a part. A second appointment was maid for Thursday. On Wednesday Best Buy called me and said the part would not ship until Friday and I made a new appointment for the following Wednesday. The next day I received the part in the mail and I called for an appointment for today. They would not come and would only come on the following afternoon. More than a week without a washing machine and I called three different days to attempt to have them give me a loner or to expedite the repair. Never got a call back from the Supervisor and they simply did not care about my hardship. The assistant manager at the store was also no help. She would not even call to ask the repair man to come early on Friday. It was their fault that they did not know when the part could come and still they were rude and very uncaring about my problem. NEVER NEVER will I buy an appliance from Best Buy again.

LG Electronics product is defective

I bought an LG KC910 (Renoir) last April 14, 2010 at SM North Annex branch. When I went home exploring the unit I found a video recorded inside of it and on the next day I bring this back to the said branch but the guy the attend me accused me that I only put the video. But still he told me to bring the complete package the next day for them to replace the unit. I brought the package to be replace last friday (April 16, 2010) and I told me what about if there are still defects. And they said that it will be covers only with the warranty. I guess this is the strategy of the company just to sell the product.Why not make sure that the unit is working properly. We're paying the right amount but the product is not in good condition.

Now, the product is just 3 days old from the day it was replaced but the data cable is malfunctioning also the back cover of the unit is not much fitted and also the software sometime stopped in seconds.

I wanted to complain again but I know they just going to send it to the warranty service. A new unit with just 5 day old went to service repair. I don't think this is a good idea.
