Live Nation tickets

I will not use Ticketmaster/ Live nation again. Your user, Lisa Rymer, said they were going to transfer me two (2) Sam Hunt tickets for June 17th at Key Bank Pavilion for section 2, row O. I paid the woman and never received my tickets. Her email address is [protected]@gmail.com. I would like her to either be charged for the tickets and have to give me my money back, or I want new tickets. I purchased these tickets and was told they were to be transferred. I paid $45 and they were going to transfer me my tickets and then I was going to pay the remaining $45.

Live Nation never got my refund.

Seriously, do not buy anything from these people. No matter how crazy you are to get those U-2 t-shirts. I returned two t-shirts and two month later they hasn't refund my money. after two months of me sending reminder emails, they got to me to tell me they can't find the return and to send fedex track number, which I did. This mean I probably hear from them in two more month. Very unprofessional people. Not worth it.

Live Nation weeknd concert - toronto 5/27/17

On 5/27/17, I went to the Weeknd concert with excellent seats that I had paid for in row 108, row 2 at the Air Canada Centre. Upon getting there, my friend and I realized our seats were beside three large projectors which concealed half of the stage from our viewing.
I asked the attendant to help us get better seats, and she directed me to fan services. When fan services relocated me, I was seated on the other side, and bumped me up four rows instead at least keeping me at the same row or lower. I was now in the 6th row, with a very rowdy crowd in front of me that was jumping and often becoming a distraction that I would not have had in the 2nd row or lower. There is no reason I should have been sold the tickets in the first place next to the projectors. I especially should not have been sent up higher when relocated. When I complained to the fan services agent, he understood my pain but there was nothing he could do for me other then to tell me to complain because it was absurd.
It is a terrible feeling to wait annually for one of my favourite artists to come to my city and to spend my time and money on premium viewing just to have my experience become sub par.
There were plenty of seats available either in the lowest two rows of the lower bowl or the floor section yet I was moved up. If there is anything my experience has taught me, it is that Live Nation is firstly unprepared by offering seats with blocked views, and secondly that they have the improper reinforcements for dealing with problems.

Live Nation issue at darien lake ny live nation concert

Yes, I am writting to advise that I attended the jason aldean concert on june 3rd at darien lakes amplified concert and before going I did research to make sure I was allowed to bring blankets to sit on and the website does state that blankets are allowed but chairs are not. So I waited an hour to park and another 1.5hrs to get through the crowd of drunk, vomitting, some unconscious and being held up by friends people, walked through broken glass beer bottles, the crowd pushing people forward causing drunk people who couldnt stand to lean on other people they didnt know. And ways I get to security and I have 2 of my favorite throw blankets with me and I set them on the table and they use the wand and tell me no blankets! And then told me I had to through them away I said hold on thats not what your website states and said id be right back, I walked over to the live nations trailor and told them my issue and the lady said that if a concert sells out more then 15, 000 people they dont allow blankets and I advised that no where does it say that on the website and she agreed with me and she walked over to get the blankets for me and said she would hold them and I could pick them up after the concert I was fine with that. Well she walked over to the table and within 5 minutes they had already throne my blankets in the garbage she came back to me and advised me to contact your site and request a refund as these where not 5$ cheap through blankets they cost me 25$ each when I bought them over the winter. Then when I got to the lawn where we were to stand I seen many other people with blankets! Im so pissed off that this situation so I am writing you to ask for a refund for my blankets $25.00 each there was 2 blankets I brought, and I do not wish to attend another concert at this location ever in my life. So im asking for my refund for 2 blankets in the amount of $50.00. Please feel free to contact me my name is trisha williams my phone number is [protected] and my email is trish.[protected]@gmail.com thank you!

Live Nation tickets

First and foremost, I’ve never written a complaint in my entire life. To keep this simple, I will never use LiveNation or Ticketmaster again. I am writing this complaint in hopes that someone working at Live Nation can make the situation right, as well as to inform potential new customers to stay away and stick with reliable competitors such as StubHub.

Below is my first and last experience with LiveNation / Ticketmaster:

On April 2, 2017 I purchased 4 tickets to see Darius Rucker perform at Virginia Beach’s Patriotic Festival; Darius Rucker was scheduled to perform on June 3rd. Upon completing my transaction, I was notified that my tickets would be shipped to me in 10-14 days.

Most companies, respectable ones at least, notify their customers when the tickets they purchase ship as well as a tracking order to give the customer a sense of security and awareness of where their tickets are during the delivery period. Instead, Live Nation informed me my tickets were “shipping shortly” and provided no tracking number.

Additionally, most companies actually ship your tickets and then confirm with you via email that your tickets had been delivered; I never received the tickets I purchased. (No screenshot to provide since I was never given this information…)

Due to my patience (possible ignorance, but hindsight is 20/20) I trusted LiveNation to come forward on their promise to deliver the tickets and waited 7 weeks for them to show. About a week before the concert was set to take place, I looked at the website to view my ticket status. LiveNation is kind enough to provide the customer with this information:

After reading what LiveNation posted on their official website, I contacted them today, June 2nd (within 2 days of event date as instructed). I spoke to Lynn who told me I should have called earlier regarding my tickets whereabouts and placed blame on the customer (Hint: Good companies treat employees with respect). I then asked Lynn to get me in contact with her manager and she forwarded the conversation to her manager, Alex, who works in the escalation department.

I informed Alex that my friends and I had to cancel our hotel in Virginia Beach (We were traveling to the concert from Washinton, D.C.) since cancellation within a 48 hour period can cause a hotel cancellation charge and we didn’t know the status of our tickets. Alex told me it was my fault for not contacting LiveNation earlier and that he could leave the tickets at the box office and we’d still be able to go. For that reason, he would not refund me. He did however, offer me $42 back in processing fees of which I told him I didn’t want the money, I wanted him to do the right thing. I asked for the full refund back, or a credit for a future event.

LiveNation’s failure to provide the customer with the tickets they purchased by the method they said they would deliver them by, as well as their failure to confirm with the customer that they received the tickets the purchased has somehow fallen on the customer who purchased the tickets. Mind you, this is my first experience using the company.

This is not how a company should be run. I am disgusted and disheaertened that such a “reputable” company can act this poorly towards customers.

I implore anyone who is reading this to:

A) If you’re a customer, don’t use LiveNation
B) If you work for LiveNation, make this situation right.

Kind Regards,
Johnathan

Live Nation bag claim disaster

I brought my kids to the Chance the Rapper concert at the outdoor amphitheatre in Toronto on May 30th (2 days ago). Big bags had to be checked. I agree with that policy but what happened after the show was a disaster. The shack that the bags were kept in was not big enough to hold as many bags as they received so the ticketed bags got all mixed up. It took forever to find each person's bag. The show ended prematurely at 10:50 pm because of heavy rain/lightning and I was still waiting at 1:00 to get it. Many young people missed their buses and trains back home. The staff in charge of the bag claim area should have anticipated the problem and made an effort to sort them better while the show was on. What bothered me more than that though was the utter disinterest and complacency of the security staff while this whole wait was going on. Instead of showing some initiative and trying to help find a solution to get people their bags, they for the most part stood around and chatted. It was totally inexcusable. After an hour, I suggested to a couple of them that they grab some bags and start walking down the line of people to try to speed up the process. One agent actually told me that this was the bag system and there was nothing to do about it. Really ? She thought that was a good answer and end of story to her. To the credit of a couple of security people, they did take the suggestion of holding up some bags but not for very long. Some bags did not get claimed (some patrons probably gave up & went home) so maybe the staff thought it wasn't worth it to continue. When it started raining and lightning around 12:30, a group of security people stood in a dry, protected area of the building while patrons who paid to be there and paid for the security, got soaking wet with lightning overhead. Total apathy, laziness and no initiative are how I would describe the majority of security employees there. Where was their boss ?He or she needed to take charge and DO SOMETHING! Unforgivable...

Live Nation vip package never received

Date: may 20, 2017
Order number: 21-54513/ny5

I attended the future concert with my fiance in hartford, ct this past weekend and I found it very disappointing that I purchased the vip package and did not receive anything besides our yellow wristbands. This was my first concert so I decided to order the vip package to ensure that it would be memorable especially since this was also my graduation weekend. We got into the theater at 7:15 and it took 1 hour and 22 minutes just to get our wristbands. We missed all of young thug's performance because we were running around trying to pick up our vip package before the 9:15 deadline and we still did not get a chance to get it. Nobody working the concert knew where to go nor could they find anyone that knew the answers. Now I completely understand that there was a large number of people there that livenation was responsible for but considering that I purchased these tickets back in february and spent around $500 for the vip package, I feel I at least deserve the memorabilia that came along with the package. If it is not possible for me to receive all the benefits from this package. I would appreciate some form of compensation or resolution for this issue.

Live Nation u2 women's t-shirts fit too small

I ordered 2 women's T-shirts, sizes XXL and L. The XXL, for which I paid $2.95 extra, fits extremely small. The L size is also very small. The return policy appears to state that I am expected to pay a re-stocking fee and shipping back to the company for a refund. It is not acceptable to charge me extra to obtain a return or refund considering that I had no way to know that these shirts would fit so small. There is no size chart nor customer reviews to compare how they would fit.
The order number is 7670753. Item# U2T70192-L, U2 Joshua Tree Women's T-Shirt and item# U2T64540-XXL, U2 Songs of Innocence Women's Tee.
I would appreciate it to have you waive the re-stocking fee and cover the return shipping for these items.

Live Nation concert

My boyfriend and I recently went to a concert at BB&T stadium for the 104.5 birthday bash on saturday may 13th. I'm a mother of 3 young kids so I don't ever get to do anything so he surprised me for mothers day. We only stayed for 2 bands before I left crying by how the employees of live nation spoke to the both of us. They were extremely rude, made us leave our seats without explanation and when we asked why? Because he paid $260 for our seats, the live nations man's response was "I have the power to kick you out of this concert all together so do what I say and leave the seats"..leaving us to walk out into the pouring rain. Needless to say i was so upset by how we were getting talked to when he could of paid a third of the money for lawn seats. So we left before seeing my favorite band of all time (Kings of Leon). I feel as though we should be reimbursed for this experience. I want to buy him tickets to the Linkin Park concert at Hersheypark stadium on July 30th which is hosted by livenation. Can live nation either refund us for our ticket prices from this horrible experience and inconvenience because of your employees or apply the refund towards 2 tickets at the Linkin Park concert? Thank you.

Live Nation police officer turned away

I am deeply concerned about the policy regarding texas peace officers not being allowed admittance into concerts. It is texas state law that requires and states texas peace officers shall carry their weapon with them at all times. Police officer, deputy, constable in the state of texas and across the united states of america must at all times carry their weapon and arrest persons committing crimes. So, my question is, if my husband who is a montgomery county sheriff's deputy who attends any public event is required by law within the entire united states of america to detain and arrest individuals committing a felony. Does live nation wish for felonies to go on within its establishments? This is appalling, bewildering and is absolutely nauseating to think that my husband could encounter someone who doesn't abide by the law, because criminals do not abide by the law, and be completely defenseless! Is this really a message that live nation represents? I realize live nation is an international organization, but I don't believe even this organization realizes the multitude of people who are peace officers, are the loved one of a police officer or are friends of a police officer. The men and women in blue lay their life down for us each and every day. This "policy" which violates state and federal laws must be eliminated! There should be a plan in place to allow strict screening of each and every peace officer and allow people like us to enjoy events like the billy currington concert at the house of blues in houston. This "policy" is discriminating of race and sex, is alienating and disrespectful at best. Discrimination is not anything I take lightly and certainly something I have never accused anyone or any organization of ever until now. My husband and I attend more than 20 concerts a year and not one single time have we never be denied entrance due to his profession. I will be open to talking to live nation regarding this issue and assist in every way I can to allow sale admission of all peace officers into live nation events. This has completely soured my experience and i'm incredibly disappointed.

Was he on duty? Was he in uniform? Was he in "street clothes" with a handgun? These things matter. If he wasn't on duty, then he shouldn't have had his gun with him while he was attending a recreational event like a concert.

Live Nation dvd

I purchased two DVDs of Phantom of the Opera, London version through live it nation and was erroneously mailed copies which were formatted for the UK and were unable to be played on any US DVD player. I spoke with three agents at the company for an exchange or refund which was supposed to be forthcoming, but during the third call the so-called manager of the call center (NATHAN) denied the refund. I had previously been told not to return the UK versions of the DVDs as the company would not be able to resell them. Additionally my credit card number had changed and they were to issue a company check refund, but this was been denied by Nathan. I have never encountered a more unprofessional, lack of customer service company. It was their error in the first place and yet they would not stand by their merchandise. I would NEVER patronize this company at all.

Live Nation concert tickets

My daughter purchased a ticket through Livenation a few weeks ago and yesterday we received a Rolling Stones magazine that was not ordered. I called Rolling Stones magazine's call center in India and a guy named "Aaron" said he canceled it but to expect a few more issues in the mail. We want our money back that was taken from us in this deceptive practice. I plan on filing with the attorney general and BBB. Does anyone know how w me can get the money back? I saw a few shady looking refund sites. Does that mean we have to go to the post office and send magazine back to hope for a refund and pay the postage? This is so shady. No wonder the CEO is making 28 million a year.

Live Nation pre-sale ticket

I tried buying tickets to the 5/25 Mumford & Sons concert in Camden, NJ. I signed up for the pre-sale and was given a code. I logged in at 10:00AM and overtime I tried to buy tickets with my code, the screen was blacked out. All firewall, cookies, pop-ups etc were disabled and I still could not buy the tickets. What was the point in signing up for the pre-sale when the code wouldn't work right? and now i can only get lawn seats. When I tried to call customer service (I tried multiple numbers), I couldn't get a customer service representative on the phone. And their automated phone system couldn't understand "Mumford & Sons." Horrible experience. I would not recommend this company, ever. I've attached screen shots of what happened when I tried to purchase tickets. The only way I see my experience being remedied is to be provided better tickets, but I know that will not happen.

Live Nation u2 tickets

I am so disgusted and disappointed at the ticket touting that takes place with these concert tickets. It is greedy and profiteering. Not only do you own ticketmaster you also own the other 3rd party companies like seatwave who mark up the tickets and make it nearly impossible for the average person to go see a band. U2 consider themselves the people's band. They supposedly represent justice and social responsibility and it's so sad to see the affiliated with such a scam.

Live Nation tickets to sting concert

Received email on tuesday, nov 15, stating that sting tickets for the tabernacle would go on presale on sat nov 19 at 10a with code setlist. At 10a, I was on my computer trying to book. It wouldn't take setlist (Stating that I needed to check the code), then it wouldn't take my choices to "I am not a robot" which seemed fairly obvious and then there were no gen adm tickets available. This went on for some time until I finally gave up. I even tried today when tickets went on sale to the "general public". Amazingly, it was easy to get in to be told that only resale tickets were available with the lowest being around $194 for gen adm. What a surprise! It seems like every time there is a popular live nation concert, this type of scam happens. I don't understand why there is no choice for tickets and why "live nation" is able to pull these scams time after time.

Live Nation oddball/team security violation of privacy

I purchased my tickets the day they went on sale. I was very excited. I researched the rules for this venue at http://www.livenationvenue.com/akchin-pavilion prior to attending. At the show I was told to put my camera away and I graciously obliged. Moments later a different security guard called me over and demanded I delete the images then prove it by showing him my personal images on my camera. Police officers don't even have the authority to make such demands without a warrant as it is a violation of privacy. (See 4th Amendment) I agreed to delete the images from the show but refused to show him the images on my camera. So I was walked to the back where more TEAM Security employees demanded I show them pictures on my camera. I was very compliant in every other aspect, I sat when and where they asked me to, gave them my ID, etc. I was dumbfounded by how I was being treated and once the anxiety began to set in, I caved in and showed them the pictures on my camera. Now that I had done every single thing they asked of me, you'd think they would let me go back to my $300 seats, but no. Instead they tried to get me to sign a form, while I was clearly in duress, stating I was no longer allowed on the property. Another example of their overinflated sense of authority that cops don't even have the power to enforce. Since then, I have been reassured by TEAM Security that this is not their typical practice and they were only doing what the Oddball security asked of them. So TEAM Security, hired by Ak-Chin who's owned by LiveNation, seems to think Oddball is the responsible party for this invasion of privacy. So, thanks for nothing to all parties involved. I expect a full refund after being victimized, harassed, and forced to miss the show. I was asked to email [protected]@livenation.com and have yet to receive a response.

Live Nation parking procedures, false advertising, not enough, port-o-potties, long lines nasty attitudes of attendants

Attended my >20th Jimmy Buffett concert last night, 8/20/16, and was horrified by how we were treated by the entire Live Nation staff. From the moment we turned into the Great Woods/Xfinity Center, we were treated with disdain. There was a man in a pink & blue plaid shirt, not Live Nation/police apparel was visible, randomly stopping people and not helping route people in the proper direction. When you come from 140S & are parking in Premier (which you pay xtra for), you have to get in the far left lane, but the people coming from 140N are making up that line of traffic. They have noone helping get the people who need to get out of the Premier line out and noone helping to get the Premier people in! The "plaid" guy told us to go all the way around instead of helping, luckily, some of our fellow concert goers were more courteous than he was...Once we got into the Premier Lot, we wanted 3 spaces side by side, they wanted us back to back-we did win that battle, but only because we got out of the car and insisted. There were 8 Port-o-potties for the entire Premier lot all in 1 corner, they banned bringing your own, stating they were providing more...8 for approximately 200 cars-multiplied by at least 2 is DISGUSTING! Going into the concert, the line was so backed up, we missed the first song-incompetent Live Nation workers trying to frisk people...treating us like common criminals! We purchased Covered Pavilion tickets and come to find out they were merely a line of chairs behind the last row of the actual Covered Pavilion seats! When my husband tried to get back to our seats, they wouldn't let him enter from the lower level where it says Section $, they made him go up to Section 5! Overall, we were treated like criminals. We pay a lot of $$ every year, look forward to the experience, but at our age, this was insulting, unnecessary and poorly planned.

Live Nation goods not received

I ordered a hoodie on 6th June for my nephews birthday for delivery to Australia and when I paid $21 US / $28 AUD for "priority shipping", I expected that I would receive the item quite quickly. When I followed up two weeks later, I was told that it would take 28 business days from the date of order. What a complete load of rubbish! It did not indicate that it would take that long when I was placing the order because if it did, I wouldn't have bought it. It's unscrupulous to omit that information and not make the consumer aware of how you define "priority shipping"

It's now 19th July and I've received nothing. I've paid $100 AUD for nothing but a rubbish customer experience and a disappointed 10 year old nephew.

I've had enough of following up and waiting. I want a refund.
