Misrepresentation by the "senior" sales person
I have a problem with my sales person. My loan was approved by Maybank as he claimed, but then he resubmitted to Bank Rakyat in order to get a lower interest rate for me on 25th of August 2022.
On the 7th of September, Bank Rakyat called my employer to obtain my salary info. The next day, an officer from the Bank Rakyat told me the summary of the loan and it has been approved with the rate 2.65% on 23rd of September. In the next month on 16th, the sales person asked me where my workplace is so that he could arrange the banker to come to my place and sign for the agreement.
Later in 4th of December, he told me the chassis number was ready and set the date to sign the agreement.
I signed the agreement on the 7th of September 2022. However, the banker was from Maybank - not Bank Rakyat. I did ask them why the rate has increased to 3.67%? I was told it was due to the OPR.
After I signed the agreement, I asked him on the 9th, why suddenly did he change the bank. He said he would tell me on the day I take my car.
On 12th of December, I went to the sales gallery to pick up my car. He told me that he would take the responsibility by paying the amount of rate difference between the banks which is 1.02% = RM29 every month for 9 years = RM3,132.00.
However, when I wanted to prepare the agreement, he refused to give me his next of kin's IC number but I need it as an assurance. There's no possible way he would pay RM29 every month for that long. He also refused to pay me in cash (even when I asked for half).
So he offered tint installation that costs RM1,566 which means half of the total payment.
Since I don't believe in him anymore, I wished to get this done one shot so that I don't have to deal with this lousy salesman for years. I'm full aware that he could make an arrangement between himself and the tint company. He claimed that he owes the tint company for 2-3 months in order to pay compensation. As of 29th December, he hasn't given the tint invoice to me yet.
Did I mention that he was also rude? He replied unprofessionally and even put the blame on me because I did not bring up the issue before I signed the agreement. As a first time buyer and this is my first car, of course I needed the best advise from my sales advisor, but clearly he is undependable. He told me that he forgot about Bank Rakyat because he had many customers and this purchase took a long process. He forgot but did not do any mistake in terms of documentation because I've signed. How could he forgot about it when he was the one who made the arrangement? Undeniably that he did not check it thoroughly, hence did not deliver his job well but too ego driven to admit his mistake.
Lucky him I did not bring this matter to the tribunal for his misrepresentation.
Desired outcome: I would like this matter to be in his professional record/Perodua system as a warning for him. If he could do this to me, he could do the same thing to other buyers.

Pada 12 november saya muhammad fitri faizal bin juhari telah datang ke pusat perodua servis seberang jaya untuk servis kereta kali kedua, selepas 2 minggu blik dari servis saya dapati kereta saya linking di bagaian part bawah, saya dpati perkara ini selepas saya tukar tayar di kedai, dan pekerja disni maklum kepada saya tenteng masalah ini, jd mintak pihak perodua seberang jaya bertanggungjawab

Still Waiting for the Spare Parts

My Ativa got into an accident.
Left door got hit. Window glass is fine(As per I know left door need to be changed)
Claims insurance.
Until now still haven't get my car yet.
Reason is no Spare Parts, I mean is it too long for waiting of a brand of Malaysia Car?
My friend's car brand Kia behind the Bonet, and the rear 2 door, 4 glasses damaged. Claims insurance as well. Fixed his car in 3 months.
My concern is, it is too long to fix a door.

Bad car service person in charge
Please be inform, my car service on 8/12/2022. Today my car brekadown coz skru for engine oil loose. This mistake so unforgivetable, please take action for person incharge service my car. If my car got engine problem, I will do report. I dont want same person incharge for my car service.
Desired outcome: perodua balakong service centre, i came here yesterday to solve my car problem. Assistant manager at service centre handle with good.Payment of towing car must your responsible because your worker make mistake. Thanks for your concern.
Towing change
It's super unfair for me to pay RM1k for the towing fees. The towing services is only within 50km! I had checked towing services provided from other parties is only charge for Ram1100 and the distance is more than 300km! The towing peraon said if the car is claimed total lost will have towing charges but Perodua charged me RM500 and the towing person keep calling me and pressure me to pay another fees (RM500)! It's very unfair for me to pay for 2 parties!
Desired outcome: I want to have refund from Perodua for the RM500

Cover Seat Alza 2022 not install well

My name is Firdaus from Pahang. My car registration no is QS1396Q. I would like to complaint about the cover seat Alza 2022 that I installed yesterday. Below are summary about the issue:
- Booking my alza advance 2022 white colour from Perodua Setapak on June 2022. Additional order : Cover seat + utility package.
- Received my alza advance 2022 on August 2022 without cover seat and utility package. As my agent said, the cover seat and utility package will arrived 3 weeks after I received my alza.
- My agent made an appointment for cover seat and utility package installation at Perodua Service AU Keramat on 20th Oct 2022 and picked up my alza on the next day 21st Oct 2022.
- The cover seat installation are very frustrated. Its look like the technician dont has experinces with the Alza cover seat installation.
- Why I said he dont has experinces? He dont know the basic thing. He dont open all stickers to fit the cover seat. After I complaint, he fixed it back but the cover still not in good fitting. All the stickers should be opened from the beginning of the installation to make it fit.
- This morning I checked more details at all areas. What I found are:-
a) Still have a few stickers are not open. Please see attached pictures.
b) 1 seat at the center, the cover not install properly. Please see attached pictures.
c) 1 cover at the back of the center seat is loose. Its look like the cover clips are broken. Please see attached picture and video.
I hope Perodua HQ can advise and help me on this. I believed in Perodua because Alza 2022 is my 3rd Perodua’s car.

I am Perodua Ativa owner, PPV799, Ooi Leei Diing, perodua service jalan sungai pinang staff Kumar, [protected], having serious integrity issue by not completing his job and pushing the responsibility to RHB insurance adjuster. I had checked with RHB insurance, confirm that the delay is due to perodua did not submit claim. Please initiate investigation and revert on urgent basis.
Desired outcome: I request for full investigation and how Perodua will ensure this matter will not happen again

Kereta perodua bezza saya mengalami kemalangan jalan raya pada 15 MEI 2022, dimasukkan di bengkel perodua Nasrom Kampung Padang Kala, 16150 Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

Kereta ini mengalami banyak kerosakan tetapi sudah dibaiki kecuali DUA benda ini iaitu ALTERNATOR & KONDENSER (sumber cas & tangki aircond)
Saya sudah banyak kali pergi ke bengkel dan pihak bengkel bagitahu dua benda ini (alternator & kondenser) tidak sampai-sampai dari pihak HQ.
Sudah lebih 4bulan kereta saya berada di bengkel dan saya sudah habis banyak duit sewa kereta lain untuk ulang alik bekerja.
Saya harap pihak HQ mohon segerakan proses penghantaran dua barang tu kat bengkel dan dapat keluarkan kereta saya secepat mungkin sebelum jadi masalah yang lain.
Harap dapat kerjasama dari pihak tuan.

Guna ativa since april 2022. No issue until millage reach 16000. Ideling and timing low make the vibration and sound from the engine especially when cool start. Did complain at perodua bukit cina melaka. The respond from service advisor is normal. Why before dont have? Why the vibration become stronger until the seat feel the vibration. I saw when gear at D your brake the timing at 800rpm. Whan put n the rpm at 900. Some stupid answer get from sevice advisor. PLS THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
Desired outcome: I need specialist not some random service advisor with stupid answer

My Perodua agent(Iezalman AB Rahman) return hometown on16 -18 Sept. I was fine and postpone my schedule to collect my new Alza. I was happily met him on 19 Sept morning to receive my new Alza from Perodua Sales office at follow address:
Lot IL 31, Jln BP 4/4, Bandar Bukit Puchong Industrial Park, 47100 Puchong. The same day, I reviewed the cam recorder video, It surprise me that my car was used by other on18/9 to entertain and serve others customer inside my car. Unfortunately data overlay, I couldn't retrieve more video before 18/9.,Please advise and with your kind response, is this legal or company rules and regulation allow staff arbitrary to use customer car without consent for individual benefit ? Any defect or flaw yet identified but trutly to express my upmost regret and unhappy emotion.
Desired outcome: An convincing explanation and compensation if any flaw/scratch/defect found.
Perodua Service Alor Setar Bad Service
En Eryamee Perodua Service Alor Setar LATE(2MONTHS LATE) submit my INVESTIGATION POLICE REPORT, to Zurich insurance company,
AND He can't make it to deliver my car witihin 2months, and my NCD now 0%,
My car accident on 16th July 2022, and sent to PERODUA on same day. Expecting call from Mr Eryamee on 18th July and yet didn't call me, turn out i called him first on 19th July.
I sent Police Report on 20th July, Investigation Police Report on 3rd August.
All I can see, he does his job take for granted to serve me as loyal customer since 2013.
I'm very disappointed with his service. I hope HR will do something to straighten this up
Desired outcome: I'd appreciated if he be more responsible and can deliver my car witihin 2months and doesn't have issues with my Insurance Company

Kereta saya minor accident pada 14.4.22 dan dihantar ke perodua service jalan kuala kangsar kerana kereta saya masih di bawah warranty perodua...tapi malangnya sehingga ke hari nie kereta sana masih tak siap2 dengan alasan tunggu que, spare part tak sampai ...sedangankan kelulusan insurance selesai pada awal bulan 5 dan saya terpaksa menyewa kereta lain sepanjang kereta saya di workshop perodua...boleh saya minta perjelasan .

7/09/22 I went to perodua telipok to install the
Shaft boot I bought because last month they said there is no stock of shaft boot. They said that they won't install because we don't buy the parts from them. Customer pay for the services then why can't they just do their job? All I know is perodua is like other car workshop with high quality services but now I don't trust perodua anymore.

Bezza accident claim
My Perodua Bezza already 1 month park at the workshop for insurance claim because of accident, but i don't think this is normal, because other company only took 3 weeks can complete the repaired, why perodua need to take more than 1 month, i got only 1 car for my daily use, now i have to use Grab to go to work, my salary all go to transportation already, i asked the service centre, but they also cannot give me when my car will be ready, come on Perodua, please help me to expedite the repair process, the service centre still wating for the aircond condenser for my car.

Bad Servicing from Autobinee Sdn. Bhd. Georgetown, Pulau Pinang

I was told to go Autobinee Sdn. Bhd. changed a small part at the back bumper at the stated time. Somehow, changes in the small part caused scratches at the nearest part of the bumper due to the usage of the screwdriver to change it. The particular worker who changed the part decided to buy & replace the scratch part for me without any charges. With that, I am only paying the part which I wished to change. This end up I am only going there to do the payment at RM17 without any part changes having been done.

I reached Autobinee Sdn. Bhd. at the stated date and time. The worker (worker A) who called me for an appointment yesterday told me that need to wait as there are a lot of cars waiting for repair. With that, I am asking back to him how long will be needed to wait. He told me that before 5pm. The worker A wasn't answering my question but kept telling before 5pm as they are closing the outlet at 5pm. I was like are you kidding me? If like that, what is the point of making an appointment prior before I come? While changing the part, another worker is coming to do it for me. Let's call this worker as worker B. Worker B removed the rubber at the car boat there to remove the bumper to change the part on it. Since worker B mentioned to worker C that the gum inside the rubber kept leaks, so that I also asked to worker B will it caused water leakage if there is heavy rain? Worker B told me that it won't. Then, I also asked back, how if it does? Will I be charged by Autobinee Sdn. Bhd.? The worker B is going to be like want to have a fight and say that my attitude is very bad. Shall I ask, is that the questions shouldn't be asked by a customer? That's just a normal question with two answers (yes/no). That's it. Why worker B can't give the answer and telling that my attitude is very bad. I strictly emphasized that the fault is caused by Autobinee Sdn. Bhd. but they didn't realise the fault they made. I am very angry with this kind of service.
Let me asked you back, if you are in this kind of situation, won't you be angry? Going to service center for the first time for a simple part changing which expected to be done within 20 mins at maximum but did nothing. Have to go for the second time at the booked time but telling that need to wait quite long time to get my turn. Somemore, the worker is like wants to have a fight and refuses to answer my question.
Desired outcome: I want to have a call back from HQ to have the best solution on this.

Tujuan saya menulis aduan ini adalah untuk memberitahu tentang ketidakpuasan hati saya berkenaan cara servis pelanggan di CNC servis senawang. Pada 22/8/22 saya telah menghubungi HQ tentang ketidakpuasan hati berkenaan servis saya pada 11/8/2022 di mana abang saya telah pergi semula pada 16/8/2022 untuk memberitahu masalah kereta saya iaitu penghawa dingin berbunyi seperti gas keluar tetapi mereka menafikan tanpa melihat punca sebenar dan terus membuat andaian mereka, selepas orang ketiga datang dan memandu di dalam kereta bersama abang saya barulah mereka percaya dengan masalah yang diberitahu tetapi terus menyuruh abang saya ke servis Rasah tetapi tidak pula memberitahu mereka tiada alatan yang cukup di situ. Pihak HQ ada memberitahu mereka akan memaklumkan kepada pihak CNC senawang. Pada 23/8/2022 pihak mereka ada menghubungi saya semula dan saya mengharapkan kata maaf kerana sedikit kecuaian akan membawa kecelakaan. Ada tiga pihak saya bercakap pada masa itu orang pertama menyambungkan kepada pihak kedua dan saya tak dimaklumkan siapa dia dan dia bertanya sedikit tidak puas hati “masalah dah settle kan?” Dan saya beritahu betul sudah settle tapi saya nak tahu kenapa tak beritahu lebih terperinci kenapa hantar terus ke perodua servis Rasah. Dia memaklumkan cerita sebaliknya dari cerita abang saya dan memberitahu saya tidak pasti tentang kenderaan saya dan terdapat masalah komunikasi dengan abang saya. Apabila beliau tidak dapat menjawab soalan saya beliau memberitahu beliau akan menyambungkan kepada pihak ketiga iaitu mekanik. Apabila talian disambungkan mekanik tersebut tanya kenapa call apa masalah? Sedikit kasar bunyinya apabila saya bertanya lagi kepada beliau, beliau tiba-tiba sedikit berubah dan menggunakan kata ganti diri dengan “AKU” jadi saya nak bertanya begitukah cara mereka mengendali pelanggan? Mereka seperti mengandaikan bahawa saya perempuan saya tidak tahu tentang kereta tetapi terus mengeruhkan keadaan terlalu biadap tanpa sedikit pengakuan kesalahan atau kata maaf yang keluar sebaliknya meminta saya faham. Pada 16/8/2022 mereka mengandaikan compressor saya yang masalah kepada abang saya. Selepas saya menghantar kereta di Perodua servis Rasah mereka beritahu yang masalah adalah magnetic cluth saya, dan Belt yang sedikit berbulu jadi mereka membuat penggantian. Jadi apa yang CNC servis Senawang servis pada 11/8/2022? Adakah ala kadar sahaja? Jadi untuk apa saya pergi servis dan bayar cas sehingga RM292 di sana? Mungkin saya juga ada silap apabila dihujung talian saya ada berkata kasar tapi itupun selepas pihak ketiga makin menarik saya menjadi lebih marah.

dmm shah alam for repairing. By 5/7/2022 my insunrance claim already approved by etiqa. On 22/7/2022 I call perodua
dmm shah alam again and they inform me that all part already arrived but only one which is condenser , so they told me
that I've to wait for that sparepart only condenser. By 24th I call back perodua
dmm shah alam just to double check with them when was the date for the condenser sparepart arrived they just give
to an estimation probably before 30th should be that condenser already arrived, I follow up on 30th sadly perodua
dmm shah alam said I've to wait untill mid of august and another waiting game for till mid of august I follow up back
they also dunno when was the time arrival for that part, and then by 15/08/2022 i call perodua
dmm shah alam again to chcek whether the part already arrived or not seem like they also dont any estimation date for me
and ask me to wait another a week. I started follow up again by today 23/08/2022 En.wan was pickup the call and explain to me
that the condenser already arrived but mine not include on the list then I need to wait another 2week he said i've to wait
another 2weeks and clear said me to me that im on next batch which is confirm mid of september, its rediculous for me
to wait for 3month just for condenser part only and not using my car and do payment like usually, hope you guys or any
person in charge take this matter seriously, by hook or by crook i want my car back before 30/08/2022, thank you
Same situation here. I sent my car to Perodua on 2/6/22 but till now also haven't get my car due to no spare part - condenser. Keep asking me to wait. Do you have a person in charge to handle and settle our problem?
