Hi, I just wanted to provide feedback regarding my parcel delivery. According to the tracking information, my parcel was delivered on Wednesday (06.09.2023). However, when I arrived home, I couldn't find the parcel anywhere in my house area. I thoroughly checked all areas of my house, but still couldn't locate it. I then reported the issue to pos laju live chat, assisted me the same day.
On Thursday, I received a call from the pos laju officer, and I explained the situation regarding my missing parcel. Today, Friday (08.09.2023), I received another call stating that my parcel had been found inside my house area. I had already double-checked my house area twice on Wednesday and Thursday, so it seems strange that the runner claimed the parcel was there. The parcel is in big size. Since I was at work and there was no one else at home, I have no idea what actually happened. Nevertheless, I'm relieved that my parcel has been found.
In the future, it would be helpful if your runners could provide customers with a Proof of Delivery, showing that the parcel or item has been successfully dropped off in the designated house area. This would help prevent any further issues. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
