Poshmark Payment Issue

On March 24, 2021, I sold a pair of Adidas soccer shoes on Poshmark for $55.00. After fees, I was due $44.00. Poshmark sent me a check, which I deposited. A few days later, my bank contacted me saying the check was returned for insufficient funds. I have attempted to contact Poshmark multiple times, but have yet to receive a response.
I am demanding that Poshmark send me the money I am owed.

Poshmark I sold an authentic Cartier love bracelet(worth 6,80.00) and it was lost during shipment(usps) now poshmark will not reimburse me!

On March 28, 2021 I sold an authentic Cartier live bracelet on poshmark. I shipped (using the prepaid label sent by poshmark) the bracelet on 3/29 10:28 am via usps. Tracking updated on BOTH poshmark and usps that the item was "IN USPS POSESSION" on 3/29. It stopped tracking on 4/2 stating "IN TRANSIT, arriving late". And hasn't tracked since. Now, after SEVERAL emails to poshmark because I'm sick to my stomach that it's lost, Poshmark responds ONCE saying that since I shipped using the self service kiosk at the post office that there is no physical proof the bracelet was actually shipped! WRONG, usps tracking (as well as poshmark) would NOT say "usps in posession of item" nor would it be tracking and state "IN TRANSIT" had it not been physically scanned by usps! Also the manager at my local usps can also vouch it was shipped ( and states this is criminal what posh is doing to me). Poshmark is supposed to ship with insurance and amend lost items, especially when there is proof the item was shipped! I have spent and made a lot of money for poshmark, I'm a loyal honest seller/buyer, I go above and beyond for my buyers, often sending extra gifts to them. I've always respected the poshmark platform, and am truly disgusted at how they are handling/lack of handling this matter. If I'm not reimbursed for my sale I will be filing an arbitration claim, which will cost poshmark the full value of the bracelet, not just what I sold it for. I'm a single mother of two, the funds from this sale was meant to cover my daughters school tuition, having lost my job due to Covid, selling on posh has been my supplemental income. Please make this right poshmark

Poshmark Customer Service/Poshmark

I was locked out of my account while posting a garment 2 days ago. Just in the middle of it pop up window came up with suggestion to contact customer service, after that I could't do anything and ALL my 203 postings have disappeared. I can't do anything and I have 4 items that were sold and I have to mail them. I sent countless emails but the ONLY reply I got was to check automatic questions on site and to take care. It was such a joke. They don't have a phone number and they just won't answer emails. It's ridiculous. The service isn't free, Poshmark takes 20% of the sale. I stopped receiving any correspondence from them and on top I have $150 on the account. I am very disappointed with such a low treatment of a client who sold over $500 in 1 month...just ignoring me doesn't solve any problem.

Desired outcome: Reinstate my account or at least provide an explanation

Poshmark Posher Jessica Plaskon

I sold some brand new with tags Fila Disruptor ii Premium black and white and buyer wanted a return because wrong size sent. The return came back and shoes were worn and box was destroyed. Poshmark still refunded lady and this lady thinks it funny and that she got away with something. It's wrong and I don't know what to do

In an additional box from the same shipper was a literally dirty pair of clear stripper shoes by "fashion nova". From Poshmark my wife has been sold fakes, mislabeled items, and sent the wrong size...

Poshmark Sell of Dooney Florentine Satchel. Buyer is scamming me out of my bag and Poshmark is helping her

Poshmark is a joke. I initially started buying and eventually decided to start selling. Until recently I've had an OK experience on both sides, buyer and seller.
There have been three times when the buyer requested a refund. The first time on a Brahmin bag. The buyer complained that it was too stiff. PM sided with the buyer and the purse was returned to me. The second time was a suede skirt that I listed as being grey in color. The buyer requested a return because she deemed the color to be blue. PM agreed and refunded the purchase. This latest one takes the cake. I have a vast number of designer handbags/purses I store them to ensure minimal damage. I posted a Florentine Dooney Satchel a number of months ago. Over time I would reduce the price in order to attract buyers. Last Saturday it sold. They got it for a GREAT price it being in excellent condition. Im posting the pictures so you be the judge. Upon receiving the bag the buyer immediately requesting a refund claiming that the bag was ready for the "goodwill," The pictures she provided where definitely not the bag that I sent. Instantly I knew what she was doing... filing a claim to get a refund and returning her old, damaged bag to me. Straight fraud. I alerted Poshmark of her scheme and they said that everything is under investigation. The buyer accused me of using filters to make the bag appear in better condition than it actually was. I couldnt understand how a filter could remove dry leather, scrapes and scuffs so I suggested that she use her camera to take pictures as a demonstration on how I defrauded her. To my great disappointment PM agreed with the buyer and approved the return. Their reasoning is that buyer provided pictures. But its evident that they didnt review the pictures that I posted along with the bag that I sent. This is not the same bag and I am about to be robbed.
the attached pictures on the left are my posted pictures showing the excellent condition of my bag, including corners and interior. the pictures on the right are what the buyer posted claiming thats what she received from me. It is very evident that is not my bag. her bag is old dried scratched leather.
Poshmark will only side with the buyers, so sellers run the risk of having their valuable items stolen.

Desired outcome: My payment or My bag and not that trash buyer is showing in pictures

Poshmark Customer service

I was locked out of my account 2 days ago and sent countless emails but the only reply I got was to check automatic questions on site and to take care. It was such a joke. They don't have a phone number and they just won't answer emails. It's ridiculous. As i've explained in messages to them this is my actual job and not being able to do that due to a glitch in my school email.
If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks friends!

Poshmark Ordered a forever 21 jacket but never received it

I ordered a jacket on feb 12 and on feb 17 my ordered marked delivered to me but I never recieve the order.According to tracking my ordered delivered to someone else address not mine and its poshmark mistake on their end. I reported and contacted them million times about it but until now I never get a refund for an item I paid and never recieve.
Its marked delivered but I never recieve the item.

Poshmark Boots, supposed to be red wings but aren’t

So whatever you do, do not order anything from Poshmark. They won't guarantee there products, and refuse to send a refund for faulty products. I sent pictures for f the boots I ordered with the soul coming off, and they won't do anything to help. Just a warning. My husband wore these for about 2 hours and the souls just fell off. The seller accused me of using different boots. I asked Poshmark for help, and they refused. Sellers name for s Tracy Maconber from Upland, California. I would recommend you don't bye from this seller or from Poshmark.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund so I can get some real boots.

I received a message from poshmark that stated "We cannot confirm the authenticity of the lock. Therefore it will not be included in the order." This item was purchased from The Real Real who authenticates every item before putting them for sale. The lock on the bag I sold was authentic! So now they steal my property? They do not send the item back. This is theft.

Poshmark I haven’t received my refund

I purchased a pair of boots around October 5, 2020 when I receive them there was damage that was not disclosed. I filed a complaint and was awarded that once I shipped back the item I would be given my money back. On October 13th the damaged boots were sent back, but I still haven't received a refund. When I write Poshmark support they don't even acknowledge the situation. As if they didn't even read my third email now. I am getting so upset as it was over $200 and I am a single mom who was just trying to treat myself but now I'm getting completely screwed over. I have pictures of everything too. Which I'm glad I took cuz suddenly my ‘case history' has disappeared. As you can see in some of the photos I'm attaching, they don't even mention my refund.

Poshmark I was billed for something I never got

I was looking at handbags on Poshmark the first week of September. I did see one that I thought about buying. I never bought it. Now Poshmark has billed me $22.11 on September 10th, 2020 and I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING from them. I consider this stealing and would never go on their site again. Their customer service of course doesn't answer and the mailbox for them is full so no messages are allowed. They charged me for something but I got nothing!

Poshmark Shoes

Bad experience with poshmark! They allow sellers to sell products that are not descriptive I bought a pair of shoes that the left shoe was a half a size larger at stretched out Poshmark refuse to take it back don't buy from Poshmark because sellers are not giving you the true information on the products Poshmark refused to refund money and had the nerve to tell me to donate the shoes! I'm done with poshmark!

Poshmark Enzo angiolini “liberty” black suede loafer sz. 7.5m

I purchased a pair of loafers. The seller posted a photo of the sole of the shoe with/ 7, 5M on it. In her listing she wrote the following: " Name of shoe size 7.5M ..."

I received a 6.5M. I opened up a case: w/photos of the sole of the shoe, sellers description that included the size of the shoe (7.5M), and my invoice with name of the shoe and size 7.5M.

The seller wrote: "I humbly apologize. This must have been a typo or oversight. What can I do to make it right?"

Then I received the following message: "We've reviewed the case you submitted. Unfortunately, this case does not warrant a return" -Case Resolved-

The buyer has no recourse at the bank to stop payment - because it's a point of sale. It's useless to delete all your information because they also keep your credit card information. The shipping charge alone is $7.11.

I should have known better to start with before pulling the trigger, but I was spoiled by Amazon. I'd been made complacent by easy returns and good customer service when things went wrong. I should have read more Poshmark reviews. If I'd have taken the time to look, I would have found thousands of negative reviews on Trustpilot, Sitejabber, and Yelp.

You can not communicate directly with the seller, so instead you're passed off to Poshmark's truly awful "customer service." There is no customer service phone number or chat.THAT should have been my first clue. You're at the mercy of anonymous email "support."

Poshmark Item not as described

$50 pants purchase was in no way near a size 32w as described. I am certain of my size. Customer support minded me of a "no refund" policy... Customer support suggested that I re-sell the pants on poshmark, customer support then suggested that I donate the pants. This kind of customer service, I find unacceptable, especially in times like this...

Poshmark sellers not shipping items or no communication

I ordred a nike top and they did send it but got returned to them, have no idea why. i contacted poshmark and they send a new address label for them to ship but it wasn't shipped so got a refund. now, 2 weeks later, they relisted the item and i bought it now. now, 4 days later, and it hasn't shipped and no communication on the item. it probably won't be shipped and the money has been taken. why won't it ship since i bought it now? really frustrating

Poshmark my money is on hold for 2 weeks!

Poshmark is holding my $960 almpst for 2 weeks against their own policy.
First item was shipped to them for their quality and authencity control after 5! days they send it to a first time buyer. Their policy clearly stays that after 3 days after delivery money automatically released to seller It has been over 11 days now and NOBODY replied back to me. I am getting automatic brushoffs daily, that, somebody' will be intouch in 24 hr... it has been now 11 days already! where is my money?

Poshmark unauthorized deductions from checking account

I ordered several items from poshmark. After checking my account, there are 100+ withdrawals from my account including two deposits back into my account during the months of january and february. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau! Buyers beware! Also, several items ordered were different sizes or in poor condition when received.

Poshmark similar items

Poshmark absolutely refuses to show similar items until AFTER you have already bought the item. Meaning when that same exact dress you just bought shows up another two times and is up for half the price you just paid? They don't care. Poshmark doesn't care about the customer, just the seller. They won't help you find a similar item, just want you to buy.

Poshmark buyer

I had a buyer by the name of sheila Hemric who sent me a fraudulent check for $1200 for a $15 dollar dress, she claimed that her husband sent it by mistake and that her daughter was in the hospital and earlier that day I got an email from a gentleman named Donald robben stating the exact same story about his daughter in the hospital. The woman harassed me into depositing the check and after checking with my bank they did indeed find out it was fraudulent. The woman wanted me keep $60 of the $1200 and send the rest back with her package. Beware of this woman and man they are scammers!

sad but scammers are everywhere tho poshmark favors sellers so the scammers will flock there taking advantage of buyers since website earns off every sale their not concerned about buyers being robbed. We need better regulation
