On August 30, 2023, I ordered a Laura Scott sweatshirt from Poshmark,
for the first time, but was uncertain about the size. The item was not delivered
until Sept. 13. I unpacked the sweatshirt, tried it on, but found it to be way
too small, put it back in the package and went online to see about a return and refund. First, there was nonsense about attaching an item photograph
to the refund form, which I didn't have. After going around with a customer service rep, I was finally informed that there were NO REFUNDS/RETURNS
if an item doesn't fit. It's a FINAL SALE! I had not read their return policy on another page. However, never in my entire life have I been unable to return an item that was unsatisfactory...EVER! The "final sale" was never revealed to me while I was making the purchase, which I think is a "lie of omission" and amounts to deceptive thievery. Poshmark rips off its own unsuspecting customers by keeping their money whether they are happy or not. Imagine all the profits they make tricking "new-comers" to their site with unreturnable purchases! Mucho bucks! Total rip-off! Poshmark's customer service rating is a "1" on line! How are they are able to get away with these deceptive consumer practices for so long? People feel totally taken and tricked by Poshmark. No intervening gov't. agency stops this, apparently, because this company has been in business since 2011 despite numerous complaints online. It's outrageous and I will never do business with them again. This crooked company deserves to be shut-down!
Desired outcome: I would like my money refunded for the sweatshirt I ordered.I want Poshmark to alert their customers at the point of purchase that their sales are FINAL if the purchases do not fit.
