I am utterly disappointed with poslaju services. I Have send out a parcel on 7/7/14 to overseas and it was supposed to arrive at destination country within a week. Unfortunately that is not the case. I have been falling thrice a day to enquire about where about my parcel is and none of them could answer my questions. I was told I would receive a phone call from them but that didn't happen. Nevertheless I haven't quit on my parcel yet and still calling them everyday. I wish they will find my parcel as I worked hard for it and it contains personal items.
Hi, i would like to complain a agency ([protected]) from cheras taman putra, i had post a parcel on 18 Nov 15, but until today my customer haven't receive his parcel yet, so i went back to the center on 20 Nov 15. Their boss told me post laju system down and post laju problem so make the parcel delay. After that i went to post laju main brunch to get more info, the final result is this agency account had been banned / block, so all the parcel from his side is not able to sent out. Conclusion is, this agency should tell the truth that not giving such excuse to customer.

I came five minutes before 8am to collect my parcel today. The staff rudely told me to wait outside as it is not 8am yet. I asked "can't I just sit and wait inside?". They said no can't do.
