Rehlat Hotel booking

Booking ID: 2497756

First booking was for 5 nights at southern sun hotel Abu Dhabi and paid in full

Second booking ID 2497756 was for three nights at Leela hotel Dubai and when I called to check booking from hotel I came to know that there was no booking .

For southern sun also

Booked and paid in full and when I went to hotel , there was no booking and had to spend night in the car , these people just take the money and don’t make any effort to book .

It’s more than one month and I am calling and writing to them on daily basis but all I am. Getting in return are false promises and cleverly worded email .

Stay away from Rehlat even if they offer you for free ,

Incompetent, rude , non professional and humiliating staff

Rehlat Hotel booking - Rehlat not refunding money

I have booked my hotel through Rehlat oct 19 th 2023 and payment was immediately taken and booking was confirmed later they cancelled my booking without any notice and was informed that refund will be made within 10-12 business days. several days passed I have sent 10 plus emails and multiple phone calls and there is no any progress. Is this for real ?

Worst experience ever.

Rehlat Hotel has no reference to my booking

This is not acceptable at all, this is first time I use rehlat, I and shall be last time, I am sitting in my car since 3 house waiting you to comminucate with hotel to provide me a room, I am tired after long day work, I am crying my luggage and waiting, that will be in media if it is not compensated soon, I waiting your call.

Rehlat Rehlat

I am requesting a refund as promised by company and have been waiting since august for the refund but still have not received. I have contacted them multiple times and they have promised escalation and resolvement . 10-12 business days back in august for refund but still not happened . I have multiple correspondence from them saying they will complete refund . The reference number through Rehlat is Rco2460461

Rehlat Airline tickets

I have been contacting this agency for three years now and they are not responding. They say that they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours and now it’s been three years. I have messaged them over 200 times and emailed them so many times, and they do not respond. The reviews say that they will never give a refund. They are a scam.

Rehlat Ticket refund

I booked a ticket through Rehlat hand paid through my credit card and I got a confirmation message however soon after they called me and said to pay extra amount to confirm the ticket which I refused. I opted for the refund which they said would be done within 20 working days. It has now been 5 months already I have been calling them regularly and they always give the same response that a complaint has been raised with the finance team. And that they will contact you soon. However this just seems like excuses and I have asked to be copied in that email but it never comes. There is no physical office in Dubai where I can go and meet any staff from their company as they are based out of Kuwait and are taking benefit of not being accessible. Banks should block all customers from using credit cards on this website as it is quite evident that they are unethical operators.

Rehlat Hotel booking

The booking was not final even after payment as they requested more money.

They cancelled the booking as I didn't want to pay more than what the website showed. Many months later, no refund.

I contacted them 10 times and still no refund. They said I cannot complain as they don't have a complaints procedure.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. You will lose your money like I did.

I spent money through phone calls as I was calling from abroad so I will stop before I spend more on calls than the service I already paid for.

Desired outcome: A refund and compensation for time and phone call costs

Rehlat Cancelled Hotel Booking

On 23rd January I made a booking through Rehlat, paid in full,£186.86 ( non refundable), I checked with Hotel, and booking had been made, Booking Ref: RUK1376630.

We arrived at our Hotel on the 14 th October to find reservation had been cancelled on the 8 th October, the Hotel did not have any rooms, so we had to find another hotel with two rooms, as we had friends with us.

I have contacted Rehlat several times now, and each time told we would have answers in 24 hours, each time no response at all, they have left us high and dry, and we have had to pay twice for other rooms

Rehlat Reservations not confirmed and now not issuing refund

We had made reservation for Abu Dhabi crown plaza to our surprise when we reached there they denied us for our reservation as it had not been made by rehlat. We waited there for 5 hrs and contacted them at their call centre but they did not provide us with our reservation. And then we had to go to another hotel and paid again for the booking still they did not respond. Now they aren’t even issuing our refund . We had made our reservation much in advance. Please help us

Rehlat Fight Booking paid for but no confirmation or flight booked

On the 14th Oct 2023 at 2:18pm I booked 3 tickets from Brisbane to Australia for a total of 5771.22.

My money was taken and an email stating that it will take no longer then 30 min to book my flight due to the airline not confirming as of yet for booking id 5643.

After 2 hours this did not change as such I range the customer line and they assured me that this would be within the next hour.

After another 3 hours nothing occurred, I again called and they opened a ticket.

After 7 hours the ticket was closed stating the tickets where still under process and closed the ticket.

The fact that it has now been 8+hours since taking my money yet my flight has not been booked is not acceptable as I could have done this directly instead of trying to save the $40 which has now caused me grief and stress.

Desired outcome: The desired outcome is that I receive a prompt refund into my account..

Second day you send me mail that the booking declined and you will refund full amount

Rehlat Refund

Rehlat After cancel order no refund

I made a flight booking on Jun 28, 2023 on rehlat for travel from Sharjah to Georgia for amount of AED 4985.42. Subsequently, the same day Rehlat informed me that my flight booking has been cancelled and they have initiated a refund for the full amount which will be reflected in 20 working days (which is very long). Now it's been 85 days since this email and I have not received any refund nor do they bother to reply to my emails. Kindly beware while booking with this company, I am facing big trouble.

Rehlat Air ticket refund

I made a flight booking for my family on February 12, 2022 on rehlat website for travel from Dubai to Mangalore for amount of AED 330. Subsequently, the same day Rehlat informed me that my flight booking has been cancelled and they have initiated a refund for the full amount which will be reflected in 20 working days(which is very long).
