Hello, my name is Blanca Arévalo and I'm a employee at a Ruby Tuesday at Virginia, at 5880 Crossroads Ctr Falls church, VA 22041, I'm complaining about two manager, last time I complained about Alisha and Ben, both managers and now I'm complaining about the reason, Alisha and Ben this past Sunday 20, they both treaded us horrible, screams and insults were present, to the point of one of the cooks to leave because of them, and I personally talked to Alisha and asked to calm down cuz we only had 2 people working and it was a really busy day, they don't they work and they discriminated us cuz our raze and because we don't speak English very well and demanding that we speak English cuz she doesn't speak Spanish, and to me it's not right it's discrimination, I talk to her and told I was gonna complain about her and she said she didn't care, she wants me to work the shift that aren't mine cuz there's no people here cuz they all leave because of her, she said that the complaint wouldn't affect her in any way, and Ben said that he doesn't care that we can do anything she wants, and I'm complaining so you guys can talk to them cuz next time something worse can happen, my phone number [protected] and my sons phone is [protected] and email is [protected]@icloud.com

I ate at your Johnston Iowa store. The food and service were 5 star but the manager stood behind the bar and visited with customers while the bartender was busy the whole time I ate at the bar. I was going to complain to the manager, then I found out he was the manager. Not a good look for a leader. If I was the bartender, I wouldn't like that. I felt bad for her. Linda wood
employee misconduct
There was an employee in the parking lot who cut me off to park in a spot where I was trying to park and the car reeked of marijuana and they were swerving as if they were under the influence. The license plate was CAW-3540 from Georgia, it was a blue green Toyota Corolla. This behavior is unacceptable! I also contacted the authorities about this issue as well, so you need to deal with the employee who rides this vehicle. It's very unprofessional and disappointing that they have employees that display this kind of behavior! I will be discussing this further with the management as well if needed.
I had a dining experience the other night and my servers name was Donte and he was the rudest server ever, very unprofessional and his demeanor was as if we were annoying him and this hasn't been the first time we've experienced this kind of behavior at this restaurant. The managers are oblivious to their employees needing to be fired. I will never go back thanks to my experience.

I was at Ruby Tuesday's in Lexington South Carolina and I noticed that one of the managers instead of being professional he pulled an employee to the side in front of customers to yell at her about her guest. To her knowledge she told her manager I believe he was that her guest had said nothing about the complaint when she went to the table and from the look in his face it infuriated him. He continued to sit her down and as me and my spouse was walking past we heard him say sometimes you're too loud and if it happens again we will fire you. What me and my spouse would like to know is why is it that these managers can treat the servers this way but treat other ones differently. She begin to walk away with tears in her eyes as me and my spouse felt bad for her we heard her approach her table and the table complimented her on her service and told her she did an excellent job she began to smile and as she was walking away the same table that the managers told her were complaining tipped her $15 in cash she began to cry and said thank you I appreciate the fact that I got to serve you and yet the guy who appeared to be the manager continue to bash her. So we are contacting on behalf of the servers that we know we're treated differently as we are regulars. We would like to know why they can continue to treat their servers / employees this way and get away with it itis not fair to them to be treated differently because of who they are to our knowledge she did an excellent job she even refilled drinks for tables that weren't hers ran food for tables that weren't hers and still managed to have time for her tables and appear when they needed her even when they didn't. We stopped her on our way out and asked for her manager's name yet she was afraid to give it we could see that she was concerned for her job we would like to know what will happen and when will it stop.

This is not my first complaint. I have had several bad experiences at this location. It's local in a small town near my work place, so desperate causes need desperate measures. I just want to explain to you what happened during this experience cause I think it's one for the books. While my waiter is sitting at a table hanging out with a friend and eating. A waiter walked out of the kitchen followed by a huge amount of water. Someone had thrown at least a pitcher of water on him or sprayed him with the dishwasher hose. The gentleman behind me was alone and was nice enough to not raise hell but the water did reach him. This is beyond piss poor quality. As a corporate chain I do not know how you guys are still in business. This location is struggling and I'm sure you can see that through your sales. Just to mention my prior experience to this... you guys weren't serving food because the cook walked out because he wasn't paid enough and that's what I heard from your bartender.

The general manager (Jason Crossway) acted very inappropriate towards me and other female employees. He asked me to kiss him on the cheek and I refused and said I have a boyfriend and he responded "No you don't." He always tries to grab my thigh and touch me constantly. He once cussed me out in his office for no reason and made me cry. I'm a former employee there and my other manager Nate kicked me out when I needed to barrow a cell phone and he can't legally do that. I'm afraid Jason will continually harass other female employees and think what he's doing is disgusting.

I worked at the mount airy store in nc. And though my time there all I witnessed was hussain the manager touch the girls like no tomorrow every chance he gets he will. Not only that but he has also admitted to me that he smokes way to much crack.. This isn't the job for him at all. And not only that but chris baker is a hypocrite by saying he was a ex-cop yet allows people to come in the store and drink their [censor] off while watching them leave with a dui potential now you know your morals for an ex-cop that is just going against what he stood for.. I got fired cause I hardly get to see my family and a chance I had gotten I took being that it may been a 30 min delay in getting to work I still got fired for pretty much nothing.. I never gotten any write up or anything and I did my job regardless. My point here is that hussain shouldn't be manager by touching these women nor smoking crack. I wouldn't doubt that they will deny it but if I had a lie detection test I alone will give you proof..
These managers here let alone their bosses just bank off the hard work of others this isn't fair when you see them sitting there eating laughing carrying on with others while they [censor] and complain about what they would like to happen.. Mount airy, nc. Is where I worked and I was fired for seeing my rarely seen family.. So for me to be fired over that is complete bull and the fact that they aren't really working for much yet get higher pay is not exactly fair to anyone.. I have never been around such lazy [censor] before it's quite pathetic just like the military helping genocides yet pretend as heroes come on people they ruin our world yet you'll pray for them? People seriously have gotten [censor]. Indeed.

My family of 4 and I waited 20 plus minutes and multiple people were seated before us that came in after us. There were multiple tables to seat open and available and they refused to seat us. When I asked why we couldn't be seated she said the kitchen was backed up, I asked if we could just be seated and get our drinks and we wouldn't mind waiting the time before we ordered. It was terrible service. The hosts was very rude.

How dare Ruby Tuesday tell me what I can do with a meal I ordered, my wife said I'm not feeling well I'll just eat a bite of your meal but we were told that we could not do that, if I want to give my purchase to a stranger or my wife it is not up to them and the district manager was in the restaurant and told our server that we could not share a meal, well I can understand why their sales are down with customer relations like this. My wife and I are 72 years old and don't appreciate the way we were treated and also they have been a favorite of ours but we have marked them off our dining list!

I made a order over the weekend. $100 WORTH OF FOOD. When i got home i was missing food none of the order was right im sure i got the wrong order. I live in a hi traffic area thats about 30 mins from there so couldnt go back. Didnt even bother to call bc i knw someone else was complaining whose ever order i got. Lucky i had the free bread to eat bc i cant eat seafood are a red steak.

Hi! We usually love Ruby Tuesday but had a very bad experience yesterday. We were at Ruby Tuesday at Stroudsburg Pa and we had poor service. The waitress was very slow getting to us but then messed my husband's order up which gave us chicken instead of steak and then my husband had to eat alone since we were finished by the time his meal came out. Then the waitress messed up our bill and over charged us. No discount or offer of at least a free dessert for these issues. We were pressed for time and made us late for the activity we had to attend. We were quite disappointed and stressed by the time we walked out. We were also placed behind a child that kept throwing things at us. Just an all around bad experience. Thank you for your time.

I went to the bar to have a few drinks. This was my 4th time in the last 2 months. Today I was told there was a 3 drink limit unless you order something to eat. The past few times I had more than 3 and there was never an issue. I had been there for over 1 1/2 hours when they told me I could not have another drink unless I ordered something to eat. I was not loud or beligerent or anything. Just sitting there minding my own business. I even told them I was not driving but that didn't make a difference. I was/am disappointed in the way they treated me. I told them I will never go in there again. No postings anywhere about the limit.

My husband and I would go to Starkville MS store 1-2 times a week for the past 5 years We use to love it, the service, the food, the atmosphere. not anymore Everything has gone down from the service the food NO made from scratch biscuits nothing . I think you need to rethink your decision of taking those out of this store & look for better quality management & servers . As a business owner myself I would want honest feedback myself like this

I called the restaurant an hour prior to closing on 7/24/17 togo...i ordered a med well sirloin with green beans and a Caesar salad. First of all the female who took my order didn't repeat it back to me for accuracy. She seemed rushed. Once I picked up my order, the steak was over cooked, when I asked for another 1, the girl said they were about close to and it would probably take 15 mins. I didn't want to wait. So I accepted it even though I didn't want to. I tried to eat the steak...it was so tough and dry, I couldn't chew it. When i opened the salad box I observed there wasn't any dressing. It was also very unfresh, brown leaves, etc. I didn't check the box while in the restaurant because I didn't realize it was possible to mess this up. Luckily I had some dressing at home...i started eating the salad and a green insect jumped out on me, the other I caught a pic of. I'm disgusted. And I want a refund. I spent $15 basically on green beans. Which were great! But the rest was thrown away. I probably ate one of the critors!

I don't have an issue with the buscuits so much as the lack thereof. We used to go to the Ruby Tuesday in Saline, MI sometimes twice a week and honestly it was mostly for the buscuits. I like the salad bar and iced tea a lot as well but those were my favorite buscuits in the world and they don't serve them anymore. We haven't been since :( we really like to go the the emagine movie theater across the parking lot but we've been going elsewhere to eat. We're really hoping the buscuits come back because we miss Ruby Tuesday

Me and my family went in on Saturday June 22, 2017 at 9:02 pm my daughter ordered a kids meal with 2 corn dogs and grapes me and my husband order two sirloins steaks with the two sides we asked that the steaks be well done the waitress bought out two steaks that was medium rare the juice was red and the steaks were tan not done at all we asked to pay for the meal my daughter ate she charged us for 2 teas that was not drunk and a side that I only ate a couple of bites out of when the manager came to the table she was very rude and unprofessional saying we had to pay for the teas because we ordered them never even tried to see if we wanted something else or tried to fix the issue I really think this was not good service

Hello, I have recently visited your Lexington Virginia store with my children. We recognized the guy that was restocking the Salad from a sex offender website. His name is Jovon Coleman. We immediately told the manager and she told me they do not do background checks when they hire. I could not believe it and immediately left. I can not believe such a large company that has many children going to your stores would let a sex offender work in your stores. I think something should be done about this.

I went into the Ruby Tuesday location in Austintown, Ohio. I ordered two take out meals. The meals were cold. I went to the manager he wouldn't do anything about it and I asked for his name he wouldn't tell me. I had to go to the bartender to get his name. I called corporate got hanged up on. I don't recommend this place to anybody. I got treated like a piece of crap.

My family and I were at the Miner, MO Ruby Tuesday on July 15th, 2017. Our Server was Brandon. Firstly, he smelled of feet so bad, I could barely breathe when he approached our table. His hair looked messy, and he was extremely rude. When I asked for a water with lemon because I was watching my weight, he snorted and laughed. This gentleman was extremely unprofessional. Anytime my family and I go back and we see this boy, we are turning around and going elsewhere.

My husband and Iare a christain couple. We dined at your Sheffiel Ohio lication yesterday evening. Our servers name was Michael whom appeared high on something. His eyes were red and small and he stunk of too much cologne. Although he was pleasant he never removed our plates and spent little time on our needs. The food was good no complaint there. However my husband and i will not be back. Not to that location.
