Ruby Tuesday my whole experience

I visited Ruby Tuesday the one on Rte.7 and Rte40 in Bear Delaware and the service was okay and so was the food, but upon leaving we were waiting for our change and it so happened that is was right in front of the kitchen, when one of the waitresses came out the door I saw another waitress standing in front of the kitchen smoking a vapor cigarette and
if that's not bad enough the manager was in the kitchen with her at the same time the waitress was vaporing. I found this very unprofessional

Ruby Tuesday Not sanitary

We stopped by at ruby tuesdays in wrentham outlets in ma and were surrounded by flies. We were extremely hungry and didnt leave, but the flies kept bothering us and others. Never seen a restaurant that has flies...not to mention the food was not good. Kids pizza was burnt and green beans were terrible. Also, no more bread is served...the server wasnt bothered by the flies and did nothing to help.

Ruby Tuesday this place is racist hospitality lane jacksonville florida 32225

Just went to place a to go order the blond headed bar young girl I wasn't finished when she rudely started taking someone else's order who walked up and just started talking over me, I was not even finished ordering, the blonde girl turned away from me to help the other person not of my color then decided to turn back around I had my payment in my hand. What should have happened is finish with one customer then ask the other to wait. Talked with the manager he said he would talk to her came back up with my after my fixing my salad thought about what had happened I told the blonde bar girl I would just prefer my 48.00 back. The young blonde ask why? I thought the manager was talking with her then a Drunk sitting at the bar got involved. What a freaking nightmare
Let drunks get drunker during happy hour let them abuse a customer and not say anything this went on for over 5 minutes while the Assistant Female black manager watched and the two bartenders. Wrong and unprofessional so Ruby Tuesday get your drunk drunker they have to drive.let them abuse other customers why you watch.. don't fix what was small that turned into a nightmare and would prefer not to use Customer service skills they should know to finish with one person I don't care what color, gender or whatever you are before doing what they did. Yes I feel they are racist, I am Caucasian not Black.
It will be will be a cold day in July before I go back . They would rather wait on a person of other color then finish a person of not order in the middle of helping, I have called Corp not anyone cares some Guy who is there district manager at [protected] is not nice he is an butt, and I told him I would prefer to sit down over a cup of coffee with the manager the district manager spoke over me which was rude, he needs to learn customer service he has none. Still have not gotten my 28.00 back
So my feelings on this until Ruby Tuesday understands that there is more then just Blacks in this Country, then maybe no other race should eat there
if you can be respected this fact, we do not have a black and white country my family included.
Get a life, as to the rudeness learn customer service 101. I have spoke with their Legal, and some other woman know one at the Corp has done nothing
I will continue to write reviews until this so called restaurant fixes this issue.

Ruby Tuesday manager using guest silverware to itch body

On Sunday, October 8 around 4pm, for the 4th time in as many weeks, we paid a visit to Ruby Tuesdays. This visit was just as the last 2 had been, a visit to give the staff another chance to turn around their horrible dining service experience. Per the usual, things were extraordinarily slow and the scene was the typical inattentive ghost town. Unfortunately, this visit was far worse. Instead of being greeted, we were forcefully hassled by the manager on duty, who insisted that we were somehow acquainted and should have known as such. (A person, neither my companion or I, have certainly never met or been acquainted with before) After ordering an Avocado Turkey Burger, (which they did not even have avocado for, minus the spoiled slices brought out apologetically by the bartender, and for which a good 30% of their menu includes avocado in the name), we encountered very disturbing behavior.
While trying to get the bartender's attention for a refill, we observed the same manager on duty grab a fork from the bar and proceed to use said fork as a back scratching tool. He then took the fork and stuck it between the buttons of the front of his shirt and began to scratch his chest (skin to fork contact around general torso area) At this point, we pulled out a cell phone to record this activity.
This MUST call for IMMEDIATELY action - not a conversation, not free-anything, not a gift card because unfortunately this is NOT the only severe issue at this particular location nor the company as a whole.

Ruby Tuesday service

Hello my name is James Blackburn tonight for dinner we started at Ruby Tuesdays in North Carolina on oleander drive but unfortunately due to very bad service because of the salad bar preparer we left the building with drinks on the table, appetizer ordered and a large salad on the table. As I was standing in line preparing my salad the salad preparer rudely reached in front of me and said "excuse me" with an additude and stood the tongs up straight.in the pass experience and the times I've been with my wife we always had excellent service until tonight it will be sometime before I go back, thankyou.

Ruby Tuesday manager

Evening manager at this location was openly trash talking staff and previous customers at bar with several customers seated in nearby booths overhearing entire conversation. Held non work related gossip/conversation with staff while tables waited for service from servers. Please look into this. Extremely unprofessional conduct from someone representative of the company.

Ruby Tuesday refuse to honor their coupons

Me and my wife went for lunch today and the manager refuse to honor their coupon claiming what we ordered was already discounted which PS we ordered mini burgers with salad it was $9.99 each then we gave him another coupon for free deserts and he refuse to accepted again stating that again what we ordered is already discounted it stated clearly on the coupon you entitled to free deserts if you ordered 2 entries next time I will spend my money ELSEWHERE

Ruby Tuesday complaining about the food

The service and employees were great. But my food was horrible, got it to go. Got home and my steak was well done, and i asked for medium rare. It was very tuff. Speant 30 dollars, i was very very disappointed. And i always enjoyed my food there, but not tonight. I enjoy going out to eat at least once or two a month. I'm on permanent disability. I don't have money to throw away. Wood have returned it, but i don't have a car. Was looking forward to a good meal.

Ruby Tuesday staff

I've experienced racism but not as much as today September20, 2017, we were driving around looking for a place to go dine in and that's when we noticed that we should go to Ruby Tuesday since there was less then 10cars outside so there wouldn't be a waiting line. Since hurricane Irma my husband thought it would be good for us to go and relax only to find out it would turn out bad.
When we got there a lady who I thought was the hostess walked us to our table, my husband And we literally sat for 20min, no one asked us what we wanted to drink or anything. We just sat there patiently and literally a manager past by us looked at me and rolled her eyes. I stayed quiet and continued to wait thinking our waitress was busy. I made a comment to my husband to let him know that the Manager that walked by us had rolled her eyes that's when my husband told me to noticed what was happening at first I didn't know what he was talking about until he then said look around us.its asians people, there was some African American people who actually got up and left also that had not eaten or had any drinks and made a statement in what I had just observed on our area and on the other side it's all Caucasians. I didn't say anything and kept waiting. I then stopped a waitress only to find out that the lady who greeted me was out actual waitress and was having a lengthy conversation with the Manager that rolled her eyes at us. We decided to leave and once we got to the door the MANAGER, asked us did anyone serve you and we responded with no we didn't and that's when she smerked, and told me to have a good day. That got me super mad and we walked away and took our service somewhere else. I have never been so upset that someone would actually be so unprofessional to do that

Ruby Tuesday food

so on this Sunday just passed me and my husband decide to go to dinner the bartender was the one that actually greeted us since they were no one that was at the door too so we went to the bar to have a dinner where he made us a great drink Long Island and we had the salad bar and we ordered and the mini burgers with the fries but we got so full off the salad bar that we decide to take our Burgers home when we got home we was going to try the burgers and found that they were burnt and still red on the inside it was too late by that time to go back so we just decided we wasn't going back again I really enjoyed going to Ruby Tuesday's for the happy hour in salad bar that was the first time that we actually had decided to eat a meal there who are both very disappointed to find that the burgers were on edible but once again the bartender was very nice very polite and we did enjoy our drinks and the salad bar was good

Ruby Tuesday visits

Went there with my family for lunch with my family and for order the salad bar no one informed me that they had a special 999 minis with unlimited salad bar. My husband ordered a salmon his food comes out just a dish of salmon with the salad bar. Order two kids meals the kids were very disappointed when we left they tried to go to McDonald's. Save my 50$ next time.

Ruby Tuesday supervisors

I witnessed one of the supervisors being extremely rude to their staff. I wanted to say something so bad but I didn't want to be out of place or get my food messed up. Supervisors shouldn't yell at their employees in front of customers, or at all really. This is the 2nd time I have seen this at this location, I will not be back! Supervisors should be better trained to know this isn't acceptable or at least hide it behind closed doors. Just a poor experience all around.

Ruby Tuesday supposed manager in red shirt, refused 2give his name or general manager info

Refused coupon I presented to waitress. She was nice, he came and argued with me, which I didn't care to do while trying to eat with my wife. I have a picture of him as he made us leave. All for an $8 difference, incredible lack of professional ability of customer service, and of something so minor. No wonder he refused to give me any info. It was very embarrassing situation that wasn't necessary. His reasoning to not give his name was because Sunday is his last day. This behavior and he shouldn't have been there anyway.

Ruby Tuesday half ribs and southern chicken tenders

My hubby rec'd his order of half ribs and chic tenders. He usually orders this meal...and we also usually get the cheese bisquits also. What a joke! 3 very small chic tenders were on the plate. Ribs and chic for $18.59. They must have split a very small chic breast into 3 pieces. Very sad, he got the same dinner about 4 months ago and was very satisfied then. We won't be back.

Ruby Tuesday food

We went to the location at the Orlando airport. We waited forever for menus and to place our orders. My son asked for a leamande and a Sirlion steak meal we asked well done.

Leamonde was horriable, switched twice didn't offer for something different. Steak was raw had to send back! Took over 25min to get steak redone. No manager no sorry no nothing! We had to leave because of our flight and still got stuck with the meal because she had us pay because she had to move to another section of the resturant.
This is one of the worst experiences ever! My 10year old had to board plan hungry!
Never again!?

Ruby Tuesday chicken and mac n cheese entree

i requested grilled chicken vs the fried chicken. Noted the chicken had artificial grill marks, white in color, rubbery, and tasteless. I took the meal home and attempted to Doctor up the Mac n cheese and discarded the chicken". The Mac n cheese was separated into three snacks sizes. It was noted that with each microwave reheat at 4 minutes each the yellow looking supposedly cheese substance (shredded), never melted. I wonder if it was plastic, but even plastic melts with heat. What is this substance? Whatever it is it should be banned and certainly not put in food to be eaten. Shameful !

Ruby Tuesday Employees

To whom it may concern I am putting in a complaint on a co-worker of mine Adriana Vasquez, for simple reasons as to this person not showing up to work for no reason or no note and this is on a constant basis management does nothing about it and there has been multiple episodes where employees are fighting in front of guest and talking about inappropriate things in front of OUR guest (Heather Cole)and also for the harassment this person shows against me and other employees its not right they are plenty of employees in this district i am complaining about and something needs to be done about it.. If its not you then put shows against my co- worker . and I want this noted for myself and do to if this doesn't stop I will then need to speak to a higher up . Thank you

Ruby Tuesday poor quality

My family and I decided to eat at Ruby Tues in Hickory, NC after doing some shopping. For starters, the plates on the Garden Bar were dirty. I went through 5 plates trying to find a clean one. The bar itself was dirty. Everything on this bar was chopped up into huge bits or either diced. How can you eat a cucumber that looked like it was diced like salsa? The mushrooms looked like they had been sitting there for over a week. My fries were cold and my steak was greasy. The manager did come over and I let him know my concern with the bar. He didn't seemed to concerned because majority of the staff was lingering around the bar. Finally, I did see the salad bar attendant. I asked how long he had been doing the salad bar? He said since March. I still haven't figured out what spicy broccoli salad is and fyi: it was disgusting. I wouldn't feed it to my dog. Very disappointed with my experience. I could've went to Village Inn Pizza and received better quality of food for a cheaper price. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Ruby Tuesday service

My family and I were recently in the Bedford, Virginia Ruby Tuesday about a month and a half ago. We were greeted by a waitress who appeared to have been drinking or drunk. Our service was plum awful! She was slurring her words and seemed to be unsteady on her feet. We complained to our manager and she replaced us with a new server who was much better. I do not understand how anyone on the working staff that could not have noticed that this worker had been drinking and second we came a week ago and saw that the same waitress was still employed there. The waitress name was Linda. How can this restaurant employ staff like that then receive a complaint of that manner and still keep that employee working there. My family will not return to that restaurant since it seems that complaints as serious as this one go unnoticed.Drinking while on the job is unacceptable let alone allowing an employee wait on customers. I felt the need to stress my concerns about this so that other patrons may have better waitress in the future.

Ruby Tuesday compliment for bartender (travis) #20764

I visited ruby Tuesday's at springfield mall pa. 19064. Store #20764 I sat at the bar and my bartender name was Travis he was amazing and he constantly made sure we we're comfortable . He also made great conversation, he has a great natural work ethic it's pretty amazing . You don't see employees like him that often. I always have a great time at ruby Tuesday but Travis made it even better for me and my boyfriend . Please keep him around and hire more people like him . Thanks for the awesome experience and making me and my boyfriend day after a long argument we had :) p.s that long island was amazing dude
