they charged me twice $29.95 and $1.00
I got a e-mail from scoresense, saying get your free credit score report. I never agree to join any membership but 7 days later they charged me twice $29.95 and $1.00. I called them the same day and requested my money be refunded they gave me the run around. They finally agreed to to refund my money, they refunded me $1.00 I will get my money back ($29.95) i'm writing the attorney general, bbb and whomever will listen to me.
unauthorized debit card debit from my checking account
Unauthorized debit card debit from my checking account in october, 2011. The computer read transaction failed. I was then charged 2 days later for $14.95. I was not able to pull up any reports. I was trying to get my credit scores. On november 7, 2011 I was again charged $29.95 from score sense. Statement reads (qtl*scoresense.com [protected] tx). Neither deduction was authorized, however I was able to pull up my credit scores and credit reports on equifax, experian, and transunion.

unaurthorized withdrawl of funds fom my account
This company is taking money out of my bank account without my permission. The account they are taking the money out of is my childsupport account for the grandson tat I am raising. Is there anyway to get my money back and make them quit taking money out of my account?
On 6/29/2012, there was a withdrawl taken out of my unemployment account with US Bank this is not a regular visa card or bank account, s o it shows up on the summary thru US Bank, the charge was 29.95, i would like my money back i never authorised this. The phone number with this charge is 800/679/7204.Because of it not being a regular visa you will have to refund me in a check or money order.
score Sense took 29.95 out of my checking account without my permission and will not return my money, don't use this company because they is just a scram. You don't need them to check your credit for you when you can get it for free! 06/27/12 Can anyone tell me how I can get my money back from these people? pop ups are misleading and can't be trusted! Do not click on them.

Re: unauthrized charges
I was surfing the website that I came acrossed with scoresense.com for a free trial. I can't access the website I was looking for without signing up for the free trial from scoresense.com. So I did sign up this was happened the first week of june. After a week I checked my bank account I saw a charged for $ 29.95 from scoresense.com taken from my account. The website requires you to put a bank account before you completeto sign up for the offered trial. I contacted scoresense.com by this tel: [protected] to dispute the charges. I called the tel: no. The person I talk to over that phone said call this no.[protected] they will take care of my complains. So I called the no. I talked to the person by the name of michael I was explaining my complains michael said that infact that I was already a member way back october of last year. I was surprised I said how did it happened. He said that there is some transactions that had been denied since november of last year. I have no idea about all of this things that's why i'm sending this complain.
Please take actions about this. I appreciate it and thank you.

Lucius,
You will have to actually call and talk to someone. And just know that when you do, t hey will try to hard sell you something else. You will need to remember this phrase...
"I need to speak to your supervisor". And keep saying it when the response to.."Cancel my account", is met with more sales.
They will eventually get the message and cancel the account. Another method is to cancel the credit card and get a new one issued. That normally stops these sharks.
~Best of luck

unauthorize charges
I only agreed to 1.00 refundable one time charge. I found a 1.00 but they also charged me 29.95! I call them and asked for all charges to be refunded to me because they did not have my permission to be charging me for more than 1.00. I was told that it would be put back in about 4 business days. I just got an e-mail saying my request was denied! This is not ok! I will pursue this fully until I get every cent back! I ask every one that reads this to do the same! If I do not get my money back quickly I will take this to komo news! I refuse to be stepped on by anyone! I also think a class action lawsuit would do some justice here! Listen up scoresense, enough is enough!

Please stop taking money from my account. I'm still being charged monthly. And, I've never been able to access my credit scores.
My wife applied for a l*** online in Nov 2014. During the course of filling out the application a Scoresense application popped up and was simultaneously filled out and submitted. The account has never been accessed by my wife. On Nov 5, the account was opened and on Nov 6 an introductory or welcome email was sent to her account and a $1.00 debit appeared on the her checking statement. On Nov 13, her account was debited 29.95. Since then, on or about the 13-15, the account has been debited 29.95 to the tune of $300.50. On August 18, 2015, I happened to be reconciling certain charges on her checking account for some reason and noticed "OTL SCORESENSE.COM"... $29.95. So, I backtracked the account all the way to November 2014. Then I checked my wife's email account and there was only one email in ten months--the welcome email. When she came to breakfast, I asked her if she knew that she had paid out over three hundred dollars to OTL SCORESENSE, she was totally taken aback.
With my wife present, I called them and explained to them the situation, cancelled the account, and submitted a refund request. I was given a cancellation number and informed that refund request takes 24-48 hours to process. Not feeling quite certain that the low level CSR understood the gravity of the situation, I called again and demanded to speak with a management level individual, Ms. Laura. She was cordial and listened attentively as I explained the gravity of the situation. She confirmed with me that the account had never been accessed and submitted a concurrent refund request with further explanation and grounds for a full refund.
The results to date (08/21/2015): Received response to the initial refund request. Have been offered the introductory $1.00 for Nov 6, 2014 and the 29.95 for 08/15/2015; all other months refused. Called the customer service number that I have on speed dial and was asked to wait until the other refund request that was submitted concurrent with the initial one is processed (by Monday 08/24/2015). So, I will allow them until then to reach the correct decision.

I had a good transaction with company
I submitted my information to score sense and was informed in their add they would charge only $1.00 for my credit reports. They did not list any other price but once I received the reports and my credit card was charged, they wanted to charge me $29.99 for a month of credit monitoring. I choose not to receive that feature and called them. I was very pleased with the way it was handled. The customer service rep cancelled my membership immediately and nothing more has appeared on my bill. An email was sent by the company verifying the cancellation. Was happy with the service I received.

debting my checking account w/o permissin
Their address is listed more completely somewhere in the list of
Consumer complaints.
These people advertise that for 1 refundable dollar, they will send you a report on your credit scores.. So they did this, using my checking account debit card. However, they neglect to make it very clear that you are signing for membership at $29.95 a month unless you cancel within 7 days.
So, on looking online at my bank statement, I find that charge, call them, and they say they have to turn it over to billing department. They finally give me a cancellation for membership number but neglect to send that via email for proof.
Also, 8 hours later, after speaking with 3 reps., they do send me an email saying they are giving me back my dollar but not crediting my $29.95.
So, I cut and pasted every complaint on this board, about 8 pages worth, and sent them to the company, via email, telling them that these are people they have scammed, going back to 2010, and that I will report them to my dispute dept of my bank, to bbb, and very possibly to ic3.gov, which was recommended by one of the victims of this scam outfit.
I am going to print out all 8 pages of the complaints to give to my bank as more evidence.
David gross wanted to set up a class action.. I think that is a good idea.. Need to get this lot out of business.
Girl interrupted.
As I recall, they do not have an introductory sentence stating that one should
read the bottom of the page, the small print, nor do they give a hint that
there is such an option.. the invite is to donate a dollar and get a report,
and the dollar is refunded.
They did not even refund the dollar.. it wasn't until my phone call yesterday
that they emailed me they would refund the dollar.. I am still waiting for that.
It had been over 10 days, and if I had not made an issue of it, the dollar would
not have been offered back to me. They think that will pacify me. WRONG.
From what I read on this particular Complaints Blog is that many intelligent
and educated people were also deceived. True, some of the posters do not
have a grasp of spelling, grammar, and punctuation, but they are sincere
in their perception of what occurred.
If it were only a handful of people, well, one might think the terms were made
clear: that you are signing your life away to a place which takes your money
without any road signs, refuses to credit it back, and has sales people/reps
who are rude and obnoxious. The woman I spoke with the first call was
motor-mouthed and spoke as if she were running for a train, no
audio devices attached to her vocal cords, and without any charm.
Sorry, I do not rationalize their unethical dealings with the public.
No, they don't make it clear at all. I don't know what web site you are reading,
but the one I was reading did not clarify this term of condition at all,
nor was there any area in which one signed on a box, "I agree" so
that dozens of us are victims of this corrupt organization.
Furthermore, they are rats in a sinking ship. They will be reported
by anyone who has the time and fortitude to do so.
My bank looks unfavorably on such fraud.
There will be a dispute of this illegal action, and they will refund
this money. It is a criminal act to mislead and to withdraw
funds from a checking account w/o written permission.

UPDATE: After contacting my bank and dealing further with Scoresense operators, I finally managed to get a refund. I would like to think the above scenario was just a fluke, but I've seen so many complaints on these guys that I still wouldn't recommend giving them your credit card #. Just the fact that they yank money out of your account for a membership as soon as you start your free trial is red flag enough. I got a refund, but that could have had alot to do with the fact that I had printed copies of all the emails, etc. I got (ALWAYS print out emails & correspondence, ALL of it). Never had I had anyone take money out of my account before the free trial was up, & I've had quite a few free trials. I got a refund, but I've read about a LOT of people who haven't, so I'd still say dealing with these guys is risky business. Besides, with these guys' math skills, I don't think I'd want them watching my credit anyway.
If you have any problems like the above one, print out all correspondence from them (to send to them & your bank) and keep on them. If they won't do anything, contact your bank (& send them copies of everything) and have them dispute it. 9 times out of 10 your bank should be able to get it refunded. If your bank doesn't want to do anything about it, get another bank.
I signed up for a free trial with these idiots (on 19Apr12), which was supposed to be a free 7 day free trial, and on the 2nd day of the free trial (20Apr12), they had ALREADY taken the money out of my account for a month membership. I called my bank because I had no idea why money had come out of my account, & found out it was Scoresense. It STATES in their terms and conditions that if you cancel before the 7 day trial that you will NOT be charged, and they make this VERY clear. Well...they had already taken it out of my account (not a hold, either, but completely out), on the 2nd day of my free trial (on the 20th, which wasn't supposed to come out until after the 7 days, IF I didn't cancel). I promptly cancelled my account with them (on the 2nd day of the free trial) & requested a refund (on 20Apr12). These ###s then sent me an email on the 24th of April telling me they were denying my refund because I hadn't cancelled my free trial before the 7 days were up. Now realize, I signed up for the 7 day free trial on the 19th, then cancelled on the 20th. They sent me the denial of refund email on the 24th. Had I NOT cancelled, my trial wouldn't have even been up until the 26th. Can these guys even do basic math? They sent me an email telling me they wouldn't refund my money because I hadn't cancelled before the trial had ended 2 DAYS before the trial would have even ended !?!
These guys are frauds and just trying to get your credit card #. They have done this to alot of people. People that have cancelled are STILL being charged/ripped off, some even being charged for months after they've cancelled, EVEN those like me who DID read the fine print and cancelled BEFORE the 7 day free trial was up. I've got printed copies of all emails, etc. and am still trying to get this money refunded. I'm working with my bank now (For god's sake if this happens to you, CALL YOUR BANK and tell them not to take any more transactions from Scoresense), and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau (among others), and possibly a lawyer.
Avoid these thieves like a plague, & if they've done this to you, do anything you can to help get them shut down.
I agree with the complaints as I am currently trying to receive a refund for the $29.95 unauthorized charge made to my MasterCard. I did not receive notification that the "free trial" was ending which would have allowed me sufficient time to cancel. I did not receive an invoice stating that a charge was made to my account. I realized that the charge was made when I tried to use my card and it came back as having insufficient funds. After investigating with my credit card company I discovered that the reason was the ScoreSense charge. When I called to cancel the customer service rep assured me that the account would be cancelled and I would receive a refund. Then 24 hours later I receive an email stating that a refund would not be granted because I cancelled AFTER the trial period expired. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, the BBB and FTC. This must stop!
The terms were NOT made clear. In order to fully understand the terms and conditions you would have to find the tiny link at the bottom of the page. They take every step possible to direct your visual focus away from that. I foolishly trusted them since they are in the business of protecting the consumer from fraud and scams. They are inflicting exactly that on anyone who signs up for their so- called free trial.

Applied for this free credit score report from all three agencies and canceled soon after receiving the report. I received a cancellation email asking me to complete a survey as to why I canceled it. They have continued to charge my card now for two reports (mine and my husbands) for 4 months in a row. I have called to get a credit and have been told they...

money taken out of checking acct
I noticed a charge on my bank statement for $29.95 and thought it was a gas charge for my husband getting gas. After so long I thought of finding oujt where as most gas places have a different name than where you gas up. Come to find out it went back to may of 2011 and started with s1.00 then s29.95. I found out from typing the address in my computer that it was a free score business. I don't remember giving them authority to take 29.95 out of my checking acct. I took my statements to the bank and she, a personal ban ker, said they cover themselves legally but she was able to help me for the last three months. And was going to investigate it. I took the statements to my daughter and she suggested I try ga. Consumer and it ended up here. My daughter copied the agreement of the company and it was a very small place at the bottom of the pag e. I do not remember giving them authority to take money out of my account. I d on't even have mo nthly credit f or some one to mo nitor. Can a company get away with this.

identity theft
This is not a complaint! Everyone is fast to complain about things happening
To themselves when in reality they just don't read! If you get mad at this then you are not paying attention to whats going on. I have been a scoresense member
For almost a year! If I didn't have the identity theft insurance then I would have been liable for a huge loan taken out in my name. My credit scores were lousy and I thought this wouldn't happen to me. I was skeptical about this but I know now without identity theft insurance we are all at risk. The government can't help us, we need to start waking up and taking responsibility for ourselves. So when I read a company took money from an account; that person put the information in without paying attention to what they were doing, they did not read the fine print and then they want to cry mommy when something happens to their account or life or whatever! Sorry to say but : what happened to people taking responsibility for their actions? No one at this company ever stole your info you gave it freely! But its my life saver because I didn't have to pay back the loan! Did not have to pay court costs! And the lawyer fee was paid. So when you go to scoresense maybe its your subconscious trying to keep you safe from yourself! If you think a company has taken your credit card and I know this company never does you need to prove you did not do it. And if there is credit card activity on your card after you have signed up and you report your credit card as stolen then its fraud on you and you probably will go to jail! So people please start taking responsibility for yourselves and before you knock a company you better make sure, what your saying is correct! I don't like to see companies that are out to help people be unfairly accused. Thank you for reading. And remember no one makes you put your info into a computer if you do it freely then you need to take responsibility for your actions.

Bravo Jessie135!
My thoughts exactly- Score Sense(less) is sucking the life out of me, just as they were 1 1/2 years ago. Score Sense did the same scam with me, they took $1.00 for the 7 day trial, which I agreed to, then on the "7th" day, I cancelled, THEN, approx 8 days later, they charged my account/credit card the $29.99 not once, but TWICE for TWO accounts, every month for about a year plus a few months. I'm too trusting, and often go paperless, so I don't receive a bank statement per se, so I rarely check my bank account (bad, I know) cause I rarely have enough cash in it anyway. I called customer "care" (HA!) and they practically accused me of being stupid and forgetful, and that maybe I forgot that I signed up twice and maybe I didn't cancel, after convincing the rude woman that I was of sound mind, she snottily told me that she would see if the credit dept would CONSIDER a refund! Well, after more phone calls, and follow ups, I NEVER got ANY refund! Now guess what? They are back at it, they popped up again taking unauthorized monthly payments from my account, prey on the weak and economically disadvantaged? you bet they do! What kind of people do you have to be to do something like this? I wonder if they stalk the disabled and elderly, so they can steal their wheelchairs and walkers, only to post them on __ Bay for a nice price! They need to be shut down!
Dear deemar...regarding your [protected] post, I hope you are still thrilled by the "excellent" service ScoreSense has given to you. Now that it's been a year since your post, I wonder if anything has changed with your situation or opinion of this fraudulent, blood-sucking, totally unethical "company". Maybe you're the miraculous "one-in-a-million" American who didn't fall prey to this scam that has affected thousands, perhaps millions, Most were probably not rich or even somewhere in the ranks of middle class . The "Great Recession" has had a catastrophic effect on so many of us...loss of home, loss of job, and definitely great difficulty in providing for our families (not to mention the raw effects psychologically of being hopeless, helpless, and unable to know if their situation will ever change.. Many would certainly be more than curious to find out their credit scores to see their potential of ever being able to make a better life for themselves and their loved ones. I feel that this company is intentionally preying upon people during difficult times and was designed to do just that. I'm sure that there is some good in "Score Sense". I don't doubt it, but I also believe they know what they're doing wrong. Thank goodness things are improving in the job market and housing. By the way, would you happen to be employed by this company or know anyone who is? Peace.
refund
My first complaint was meant for scoresense.com. I would also like to request my refund personally, since I couldn't get any progress with your csr. If you continue to deny my request then I will be forced to take further actions. I have no problem filing a claim against your company.

Scoresense.com has been taking money from my master card, first 1.00 than two more times for 29.95 ea. I called the company to ask how they got my card number and they said I must of made a recent purchase and my info was sold to them. They said they sent me an email asking for more info, which they never did so they could enroll me into their program which I didn't want. But they started taking the money anyway until I noticed it on my statement. Now the credit card company is holding the money until they investigate. I was told by the card company that there was very little they could do to prosecute this company. But they would eat the charges if score sense refuses to give the money back. To me the selling of my info is a violation to my right to privacy and should be punishable by law. And the fact they took the money without my authorization should also be punishable. And the government should be responsible for protecting our rights.

refund denied
I just wanted to check my credit score, which I hadn't ever done before and I was to give my credit card number to pay one dollar. I went to credit score.com. Anyway, just a couple of days ago I called my credit card company and they said that there was a charge of $29.95 in process of being charged to my account. I told them I didn't even know who ScoreSense was. They gave me a number to call and I did, talked with a man and he said he would put in a request to refund my money. Today, two days later, I called to see if my money had been refunded, and it hasn't. As a matter of fact they denied my refund and said the same they have told others, that my time had run out to get a refund. I didn't even have a clue I was joining anything. Mind you I am on disability, I can't afford a scam like this, and at christmas time, too. Every penny counts. If I would have known this was a scam like this, I would have never checked my credit score. Some one please help me and those that are in the same boat with this company. Some times people just don't understand all the ins and outs, but I try.
This company should make every employee give out thier debit card numbers - CEO's to the bottom of the list. Then anyone could debit from thier accounts at random WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. As they say...### runs downhill. How DARE they lie to me and say that it a Free service and the the $1.00 was refundable. Then yesterday...they took an unauthorized $29 out of my account. Where the hell is the Better Business bureau when good, hard working, and honest people need them?

Claims that the free credit score report under terms and conditions says will be automatically enrolled for credit score monitoring and I should of received email that must of gone into my spam folder... They are full of bs. Linda emaplyee # 211980 claims she will request refund but cannot promise. I will post everywhere I can that otl*scoresense.com are total scammers!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Yes they are thieves! I called and cancelled within the 30 days, actually it was the same day. Even got a confirmation number, they charged my account 3 months before I caught them, they said someone logged back on from my computer and authorized it.
Total nonsense and lies. Said they could only refund within 30 days, so two months of $29.95 was not recovered. Beware, stay clear of Scoresense.com and anything they may change their name to...
fraud
I was online with chase bank on 12-07-11 when I got a "pop up" notice that my bank account my be in jeopardy due to a company hacking into jp chase mortgage's database. I was told this cost $1.00 which would refundable once my account was cleared of fraudulent activity. I was charged $1.00 and charged nothing today and nothing more, thank goodness. Today I got this feeling that this was not on the up and up. So, I called chase and they had not heard of this company and said they could not report it because there are so many scams out there that I was told I had to close out my debit card and be reissued a new debit card. Since, I have read others on line with my same problem they have encountered online with scoresense. Shame on scoresense and this fraudulent activity, and shame on chase who chooses to ignore this - it's out there. Thanks for hearing me out and I hope chase takes notice and will take action promptly.
Please, I need to clarify myself from my previous post of about 10 minutes ago. The $1.00 charge from Scoresense was to monitor and clean up my credit account in case this "unknown" company hacked into my checking account again.
This company is a reap off, they will take your money out of your account. If you do not know how to use the system do not give them your information. Also, read everything before you give them your bank information. READ, READ... Their customer service are trained to be so nice (do not believe a thing that they said). They will tell you that they will request a refund for you from Corporate, you not get your refund. Go to your bank and request a copy of you report.
Be aware with this company, on past 8 month they was collecting unauthorized money from my bank account came with a total on $215.30, Never Never give your debit card or financial information is like you are giving the entry key of your house to some one that you have never know.
(scoresence contact me at castilloj1@live.com if you want to discus about this Matter)
I'm working in a claim in the Wisconsin Customer protection and I will send it this afternoon.
I signed up with Scoresense on 6/22/2017 and gave permission for them to debit my account
for a $1.00 fee. On 6/29/2017 I called them to cancel my membership and found that a fee of
$29.95 had already been debited from my account. I told the customer care representative that
I was cancelling in the one week time-frame, and he said he would take it to the administrative
people of the company. I received an email today saying my request had been denied.
I MADE THIS ACCOUNT JUST TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THESE ROBBERS AND THIEVES
You know the story by now - signed up for a free trial, realized a few months later that I was being charged $19.95 a month. I DEFINITELY never did/would have signed up for this knowing how much it cost. They only got me signed up by promising a $1 trial or free report or something, can't remember the details but I just KNOW that I would NEVER have signed up for this service.
Contacting their office today as soon as it opens to cancel FOREVER and hopefully get a tiny bit of my HARD-EARNED MONEY back.
I'm afraid because this company has my credit card number but no MORALS
Well, "a fool and his money are soon parted."
SCORESENSE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. I CALL ED THEM AND COMPLAINED AND THEY AGREED TO REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT BUT REFUNDED ONLY THE FIRST $1.00.
I signed up for 1$ for my free credit report and got the dollar back. Printed my report and called immediately to cancel THE SAME DAY! The ScoreSense representative told me I would have 30 days to review my account FOR FREE but that he DID cancel it. I have since been charge monthly $29.95. I called again today to cancel AGAIN. I got the same email confirmation of this cancelation and now I have to wait for THEIR corporate offices to DECIDE if they will refund me! I’ve called my bank and put a block on ScoreSense and have filed fraudulent charges. It’s now under a pending investigation. If this has happened to you call your banks and file a MERCHANT DISPUTE it is the same thing as a REGULATION E CLAIM (E for electronic) and please report to the Better Business Bureau.
hello, my name is Ezekiel gaynor I recently went to monitor my credit on your web and got denied to go in. I was told to call customer service when I did one of the agent I explained it to did not know why it was canceled and I replied maybe because I had disputed a problem of an alert on my report as FRAUD that someone may have used my info to get a certain item I was un aware of but I never canceled my plan with scoresense can someone please make since of this matter as too im confused about the situation my phone number is [protected] in need of immediate response please and thank you.
I have been trying since before 8AM this morning to reach ScoreSense to cancel my membership number [protected]. I did not dream that a company responsible for members credit scores would not allow a new member to cancel their membership. After reading the information regarding their flagrant misuse of customers accounts I am very regretful I did not look before joining.
Can anything be done to forewarn other innocent people that their new account cannot be cancelled. It appears that once you have given them your credit card number they will use it monthly forever.
They and others like them are giving companies on the Internet a very bad reputation. I am going back to using my credit card in the store. I'm finished shopping on line, this is the final rip-off.
What a shame that cheats and liars have used such a wonderful convenient for their own profits.
I am handicapped and using the Internet has been very valuable to me. But apparently the thieves and robbers have discovered how trusting we are with our credit cards.
i was scrolling thru my bank statement i noticed where scoresense held out 29.99 i had tried them last year for the free trial i never got an answer when i tried to check my credit so i cancelled it they charged me for several months i called and cancelled again it stopped til now i have been calling for the last 2 wks and they are rude as hell still not given my money back
I was going through my bank account when I noticed a withdrawl for $29.95. I called the company and ask why did they withdraw money from my account they stated I signed up for this in May. The customer service rep I spoke stated, "you have never used your service" and I am going to request you a refund. I have never used this service I have been charged nearly $90 dollars and yet they refuse to grant me a refund even though they agree I never have accessed the account. I got robbed without a pistol.
charged my account and can't access the site
My debit card was charged to access website and now I can't even get to the website to view it or cancel membership and i'm using the correct username/password to log in and i'm told that the account is locked out to try again later! I want my account refunded and my membership cancelled immediately! No questions asked! I have no use for the website! I feel that I am getting scammed!
you took too much out so cancel me out
Igot a sour stomach after a feeling of being wronged. Therefore I lost all trust
I would like to cancel my services. I was under the impression that at first $1 ill be taken out of my account, but $29.95 was taken out which made my account overdrawn. I no longer want to be en rolled in your services.
Thankyou
Vickie Moss

Me too! was told I would get an email stating service was cancelled and would take 1-2 days for a refund and I haven't seen the money posted back to my account. Has any one had any luck getting their money back?

This company must be stopped! The word free, means free, not a dollar. that is the scam, just to get your credit card #no, they did the same to me, they charge me a dollar, and seven days latter they took $29.95 out of my account. and I called them the next day, they did not want to give my money back, I started sending them E-mails and they finely gave me back my money. that was in June, now it is august, and they took another $29.95 out of my account. after I canceled it in June, and now they do not want to give me back my money, again. But this time I gave them 24 hours to put the money back in my account, by E-mail. after that I'm going to file a class action law suit against them, I have tried to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, But they are not listed with the BBB, I'm still working on it, I will find out who they are, and bring this to a stop. If you wish to shut this company down, and become part of this class action law suit, Please contact me at jimmied43@yahoo.com, I will need your help to shut them down, Please send me a letter of what they have done to you, I will need them to go to court with. with out your help this class action can not be filed. let us stand together and shut them down. .
