I would like to complain about the service I received at Checkers, festival mall branch. On the 16th of February 2024 I visited set branch requesting assistance to collect money that was sent via wiCode. I went to the money market and I was turned away and sent to the tills. Apon my arrival, I was told there was no money and I waited. That is when one lady as me to move away, to make way for other customers. When I asked if I would be assisted she continued to say there was no money and I would wait. I then decided to leave as I was anxious the shop I needed to visit was closing soon. Without any altercation I left. I then return to Checker on the 17th of February 2024, with the hope I would be assisted and instead the same thing happened, the money market turns me away and I get to the till. I meet the same lady and I ask for assistance. Instead of helping me she drags me for leaving and insinuated that I was rude for leaving and refused that I talk even when I try to explain that I couldn't wait.
Please try and treat your customers better, leave emotion and pride out of your interactions. Instil the values of client centricty.
I was belittled for wanting service.
