Dear Admin,
I sent you this complaint because of the changed flights from aerobilet flight office which on 27/8/2019.First, my flight from (KL Malaysia) was at 09:20 on 27.08.2019. Now it is at 7:55 in the same day. The problem that when I leave to KL airport there are no flights before 7:55 am which means I have to come at KL airport 12 hours before which is a long time to wait. If it is the same flight date there would be no problem because the first flight from the town I live in is at 6:00 am that gives the chance to be on Time.
The second issue which is more worse that the flight from Dubai to Kuwait was at 19:00 on 27.08.2019, now it is at 7:00 a.m on 28.08.2019. Do you imagine that I will wait in Dubai airport more than 14 hours. So please if you have the authority on such offices send them the complaint. Of course I sent them but in vein.

Dear Turkish Airlines,
I booked for my family on may 2nd from Khartoum to Doha via your airlines, TK681, with a 10+ hours connection period in Istanbul Airport. Basically I though there will be provision of hotel as per the norms and tradition of decent service providers in this field. They were not allowed in. They have no money and no guidance as how to get food throughout this long period . My wife and three children had to go through it all. further, the flight from Istanbul to Doha, TK780, was delayed for around 4 hours. Only then, when complained to the officers they gave some coupon for food. On arriving at Doha airport, after all of this struggle, one bag was found missing. This needs to be compensated fairly as all of it happened because of your services.

I am complaining about a turkish airlines check-in staff in bodrum.
On 10 August, 2.30 adternoon, my family and I were queing at the check in counter for flight TK2529 flying from Bodrum to Istanbul. At Bodrum airport, a ground hostess called Ms. Neeibe Soenmez was sitting and not serving any passenger. A passenger before us asked her if he could be served by her. She agreed. The passenger went to the counter but it seems he did not have his ticket with him. He tried to locate his ticket on his mobile but could not. He called somebody and was on the phone for a few minutes. The Ms Neeibe Soenmez was indifferent playing with her nails and did not care to deal with the next passenger. I stepped towards her and asked her to check us in untill the previous passenger can find her ticket. She was very rude to me and told me "go and stand there!" I told her that there was no need to be rude and that she can finish with the previous passenger when he had located his ticket. No way! she just sat there sitting there and waiting. I told her that she lacked professionalism and that there was no need to block the queue and waiting unnecessarily for a passenger who needed time to find his missing document. I asked to talk to her superior. I was told somebody will show up to take note of my complaint in 5 minutes. I waited for 15 mins, unfortunately nobody showed up. I asked for her name and decided to lodge a complaint. I think A well known airlines with a good reputation do not need such irresponsible staff.

Attached you will find my original itinerary, booked through CENTRAV withTurkish Airlines, travel dates June 25 - July 17, Airline reference SDFZU5, flying from the USA to Kazahkstan, then to Germany, and back to USA, for $1, 862.73 . I accidentally missed the day of my flight as it was 12:10 AM and instead, went the day after my departure by accident (please change these times to ll:55pm instead, as I was told it happens often by your own agent). My mistake, but you cancelled my entire itinerary for the next three weeks! Someone had to rebook all my flights using my original itinerary that I handed her at your counter. When she asked for an additional $2, 973.00 to rebuy the same tickets that you cancelled I was absolutely shocked.
What started as a price saving fare with layovers gave way to me paying twice for the same itinerary, and much more money! I am asking for a refund of $2, 973.00. I should not be punished for my error by having to rebook the entire trip to different destinations? I am a professional, well traveled and I have never experienced anything like this. Your consideration of this matter is greatly appreciated.
baggage damaged and they do not pay from turkish airlines
my Samsonite lagguge was damaged by Turkish airlines flight from Barcelona to istanbul SAW, TK1836.
Samsonite wrote a report that it can not be reparied. Cost of lagguge 170EUR.
I have discussed with Turkish airlines and they offer me 50EUR.
I didnt accept it and I was waiting for another lagguge with same brand.
Turkish airlines said that this is last offer..
How it is possible that 170EUR lagguge value and they offer 50EUR.
Even they do not repair the same lagguge..

misleading information during the reservation process
Dear Complaint Team,
Further to my telecom yesterday with one of your agents (Victor), i got a verbal confirmation that whenever i choose the flight type 'Economy Flexible' i can be entitled a full refund without any charges, considering the fact that we are paying more to secure the booking.
Subsequently, i proceeded yesterday with a booking yesterday to Mauritius (booking ref# T2JPBE' and i chose for the mentioned purpose the trip that is much expensive on the way back from Mauritius (Inbound flight Maur - Beir), considering the fact that there is a high chance that i will cancel it after arriving to Mauritius (i am meeting my Fiancee); however, i am surprised now that i cant get full refund and when calling your agents again they are argued that because of not taking both inbound and outbound flexible (the thing that wasnt clear at all neither with your call center nor on the website where you have the right to choose ticket type for each trip ..
please advise if there can be any solution for such misunderstanding, or else i am going to be forced to cancel the whole ticket, lose 130 usd in unjustified manner, and of course by a new ticket with another airlines.

28 hours delay of flight
It is great to fly with trukish airline but this time it was the most dumpest, most non-attending, most mismanaged flight I have ever flew with it was the worst moment of my life so far it all started when I bought ticket No [protected] and mydeperture was at 14:46 but it was late and flew at 16:46 due to which my flight from istanbul to karachi missed and I stuck there for more than 24 hours it was like 28 hours to stay there with no management attending me, no basic facilities were given to as a loss of many hours there was no one there to give us a one night stand or give us a room to sleep and to stay there it was very hard for us to stay there due to which it was not easy for us to live comfortably there and due to which it caused me a lot of depression, Anxiety and mental illness and disturbed I struggled to live comfortably there I wish you will manage this stuff and your staff behaviour was so bad not giving us enough attention and to our problems.
bag lost on my daughter flight from amman to san jose in california
I booked my daughter a flight from Amman to San Jose in California on July 27th. When she arrived she never found her bag. She filed a claim with Alaska airline which was the final carrier from LAX to San Jose. the bag was not found . I caused my daughter a lot of grief because she has all her clothes, books and even cash money. She is on study trip for 2 weeks to make the problem even worse. Unfortunately, Turkish airline never answer the phones and when they answered they never cooperate or at least express some sympathy! I am really very upset, especially that the bag is checked in to final destination in San Jose in California which make me wonder if this is professionally orchestrated theft ! While returning from Antalya to Istanbul we checked in 3 baggages and could not find one bag at Istanbul airport upon landing and lodge the complain with your office under file reference ISTKK31136
I stayed 3 days in Istanbul and daily checking with your office about my lost bag but understand you are unable to locate the same
I returned back to Dubai as scheduled and till date also no information or intimating from your side about my lost baggage
It contains all my husband new clothes like Business suit, blazer, new shirts and trousers, shaving kit etc etc
3 days we suffered in Istanbul without clothes in Istanbul and our tour left bad taste in mouth, as there is no response from your side in spite of repeated phone calls and followup
Pls inform how Turkish airlines will compensate my loss and stress caused because of your unprofessional behaviours

Regarding lost luggage - Ref [protected]
I would like to make a complaint regarding the way my issue is being handled. I traveled back to the U.K on Saturday the 13th July from Istanbul to Manchester on flight TK1995 and we checked in 12 pieces of bags (there was 7 members including me in my family) and when we arrived in Manchester only 11 pieces came to us.
In Manchester we checked our tags and realized that the lady had only given us 11 tags which means she did not tag one of our bags. The lady at the lost luggage at Manchester airport was not helpful to us and said because our bag was not tagged at Istanbul she could not do anything for us.
We then got in touch with your luggage irregularity department online and explained everything to them including sending them all the relevant information i.e. tags, boarding passes, passports and description of what was inside the suitcase. It has been nearly two weeks and your department is still asking for the value of the items.
It is not the value I am interested in, it is the fact that the department dealing with this is not understanding the situation, how hard is it to find a lost suitcase? The items inside included my cousin's sons medical reports (which we need) as well as other items which where we bought as gifts, we are all deeply upset that we are unable to get the suitcase back.
We even sent a picture of the suitcase so why did no one take ownership of this lost luggage by locating it, opening it and seeing that our description of items match what is inside it and then to send it back to us.
We took this trip to Turkey after a long hard couple of years of personal problems and we needed a well-deserved break which has now turned into a complete nightmare and due to the incompetence of the lady who did not tag our bag at Istanbul airport we are suffering. This had left me being very distressed and nervous and I feeling like no one is willing to help.
I have called many times but no one is taking this seriously and I'm fobbed of with silly excuses which is getting me nowhere.

flight delayed, irrespective treatment, false hotel booking.
I missed my connection flight number TK152 because the first flight delayed (TK1970).
When I reported that to the help disk, the were unhelpful, and disrespected me, the airline employee said claimed that he was feeling tired and left me on waiting for 30 minutes.
Furthermore, after they gave me a replacement flight that was not suitable for me but they gave me no options. After that the hotel disk gave me a reservation for a hotel 100km away from the airport, moreover by reporting to the hotel, I shocked that there was no room available and the reservation that made by the airline was unconfirmed. I felt so bad and felt abandoned in a place where I have no idea about.
Customer care was not responsible enough nor the help disk. League service refused my request to claim, and the hotel reservation was false, I had a very hard time without even have a basic kit or place to stay, or any clue.
I wish someone would take my claim seriously, and insure that this would not happen again to anyone else.

I went on a trip with my family (4 people) on June 21, 2019 to Turkey with a transit in Paris but unfortunately we had to stop in Paris for a medical emergency for my son. I went to the Turkish Airline counter in Paris to tell them to keep our luggage in Paris. The representative assured me that if the passenger is not on the plane they are not allowed to send the luggage and she had told me that I could pick them up the next day 23 June 2019. On June 23 I took a taxi to the airport to pick up the luggage but they were already sent by mistake to Turkey. (1st mistake made by your airline). We stayed in Paris for four days without luggage and everyday I call they tell me that our luggage are still in Turkey. Arriving in Turkey on June 25, 2019, I went to the counter to pick up the luggage but they had returned them to Paris by mistake (2nd error) I opened a file and the representative told me to go and buy the necessary for me and my family and send the bills and we will be refunded.
On June 26th I went to Lebanon still without luggage for 3 days. I finally received them on June 28 and after 7 days.
These errors cost us 1391.65CAD. The amount of expenses I claimed for 4 people for 7 days is 1391.65CAD.
I received a reply on July 11, 2019 that Turkish Airline has evaluated my file and they will refund us 300USD for the 4 of us. I FIND THIS DECISION VERY unfair. 75USD per person for 7 days does not buy anything.
I could not accept this decision so I wrote back asking them to re-evaluate my claim because I need a full refund. already our vacation is ruined because of these mistakes and I spent my days on the phone with your team trying to locate our luggage. I called you so many times to see if someone is working on my case and each time they tell me that they sent a note to accelerate the procedures but when I go on line to verify my claim status I don't see any changes. today is August 01, 2019 and I don't have any feedback since July 11, 2019. Please help me with this matter all I am asking for is to reassess my file because this decision is not fair.

On 27/7/2019, i have faced a flight delay about 2 hours from Basel - Switzerland to Istanbul. (My expected flight was at 6:15 P.M, the take off was about 8:00 P.M and the plane stopped at 23:48 and to go out for sure it took more than 10 min ). This lead to miss my flight to Beirut which was at 23:59 . The communication with the employees at Turkish airlines was so difficult and they weren't helpful at all. Some of them ask to buy a new ticket . I stayed more than 1 hour discussing this issue with them. Finally, one nice employee helps me and took my missed boarding pass to change our flights reservation. I waited for an additional 30 min without issuing a new boarding pass. Then i asked them about the problem and i discovered that they lost my boarding pass. Finally, they gave me a new boarding pass with another flight at 6:25 a.m in the morning. As a result, after those hectic steps, i waited all my night without sleeping in Istanbul airport.

I am a leading international celebrity chef & global masterchef jury that have been using your airline on routes mostly Dubai & Sofia and return.

Never ever I have had such poor experience... the connection between Istanbul and Sofia and the return are very tight, I never know if I would make the flight and I was like a marathon runner only loaded with a case in the old airport.. not once your staff didn't offer help or a ride, not once your staff didn't alert the ongoing flight to Dubai that my incoming flight is late... So tell me what is business about your business class! It's shameful how you treat me as a world traveller!
On my last flight via your new mashallah and mabrook, Airport, with the most stunning longe with the most delicious food MASHALLAH, I was loaded on to Dubai on what was not the usual business class, in fact I didn't sleep at all, was an old aircraft! The seats hardly went back!
So I now want to be compensated for that, s I had to use all my points to upgrade... and you didn't deliver
But here is what is the most important part, I have anew TV season of Masterchef and I need over 16 flights all on business class return from Dubai @ 2800 euro each... Tell me why should I use your airline ? That is a huge 45000 euro!

On 11 July 2019 I had a flight from Kuwait to Antalya with a connection in Istanbul .. or flight from Kuwait to Istanbul delayed more than 30 min. And as you know that Istanbul airport is too big and we couldn't find the proper help and direction to reach earlier than 15 min. They also refused to let me book a new business class tickets with less cost on any other company or even yours as they told me that I will be no-show which will cancel all my route back😡😡 so I had to pay more money and wait more that 12 hrs in the airport to take one of your company planes. By the way we reached the gate on time before 15 min of scheduled time and the man scanned our boardings. And the great mistake is that our luggages sent on the original plane without us being on board against to the international regulations( imagine that there was something wrong in our bags?!) and we waited in Antalya airport for more than an hour searching for the luggage's and we found them in lost and found as they arrived in the morning missed plane.
I need to compensate me that money paid for the new connection tickets and to take all the official proceeders regarding my complain.
I have 2 kids
1 years old and 8 years old with no food or baby milk or diapers for more than 12 hrs in the cold airport.

Hello, I was flying from Istanbul to Tunisia on 27 if July flight number 0663 and I lost my baggage, I was offloaded and my bag never came bac in Istanbul. I had to book for the next flight to tunisia without my bag but nobody helped me to find my bag and they said I have to complain in Tunisia which doesn't make sense for me cuz turkish airline lost it in istanbul aiport it was not even loaded and they don't know where is it. Is that even possible? Lost and found said to check if it s in tunisia but it s not there however nobody could help me as I lost my baggage number. Is there anything u can help me with?
