The drivers are stating they attempted delivery and have not attempted delivery, this is an ongoing problem.
My name is Linda Seay, I live at 1266 Rossview Road Clarksville, TN 37043. I wish to file a complaint against the UPS in Clarksville, TN. I have several examples that i will attach as documentation. For the past year I have had many occasions where the UPS drivers are saying they have attempted delivery at my home and they have not been to my home to attempt delivery. 1. I have a ring doorbell that picks up anyone that comes down my driveway and anyone that comes to my door. 2. I work from home and have since March 2020. I work 10 hours a day, my desk is beside my front door, about 3 feet from the door. I face the window in the front of the house so i can watch my dog when i let her outside. 3. My dog is blue heeler and will let the town know if anyone comes near the front door. She is a inside dog and is a excellent watch dog. I am more than happy to get the recordings of the days that the drivers are saying they attempted delivery. Most recently yesterday at 6:48 pm the driver stated attempted delivery and did not attempt delivery.
I live on an extremely busy road right off of the interstate and across from 3 schools. The road is busy all the time, it's impossible for me to leave my home during the day and pick up the packages that these drivers are not delivering. I cannot get back to my home in an hour. understand it's no fun delivering on a busy road where people won't let you out of the driveways but this is their jobs. I have complained so many times to the supervisors here and they are supposed to be checking the location of the drivers when they say they attempted delivery. It has gotten so bad that the supervisors won't speak with me anymore. Which tells me they do not care about their customers. I have spoken with Amazon and asked them to either mail my packages or use Fed Ex to deliver to me. They have finally agreed to try this route since Clarksville UPS has many issues and misrepresenting a delivery attempt is ok with the supervisors here. I feel like this needs attention, I try very hard to order from places that will mail at my own expense or use other delivery means.

A few of the dates that the drivers falsely said delivery attempted are as follows:
January 7, 2021. I was able to catch the supervisor and after work she brought my package to my house on her off time that night. The tracking number is 1Z8162011250616559.
JUNE 26, 2021 The tracking number 1Z8162011250616559. I had to go to another location and pick up my package even though i had been at home waiting for the delivery. The supervisor was notified and refused to have the driver deliver to me.
September 14, 2021--I'm unable to locate the tracking number but UPS driver said attempted delivery and holding for pick up at another location. Again I was at my home awaiting the package. Amazon got involved and had a UPS supervisor call me and had a different driver deliver to me two days later. This was a package for my elderly mother, she had just lost her home in the flood in Waverly Tennessee. I ordered a print that she had in her bathroom that she loved. I needed it to lift her spirits as we tried to get her moved in an apartment away from the flooded town.
November 10, 2021 tracking number : 1Z975E630319162688, the driver shows attempted delivery at 6:48 pm. I was sitting in my living room with my husband. The front door open and we can see out of the glass storm door and the front windows. My loud dog laying in front of the door inside watching traffic go by. No attempted delivery was made. I tried to call the supervisor and they would not answer. I tried to call twice today and the Clarksville office won't answer. I complained to Amazon and have an email where they will do what they can to get my packages delivered through a different source. Since I pay for delivery I feel UPS owes me alot of money because these are not one time things that has happened. I have more instances along the same lines.

I order a replacement phone from asurion thinking and going to get it today when mind you it was one day shipping and it's already been two but that's because of a Sunday so that's whatever but then I have been Hawking over this tracking number watching it all day it says that it's going to be delivered 7pm/ late at night but then they supposedly deliver it or try to deliver it at 2:45 I was never contacted when I literally went out of my way to add something on top of my mailbox that said exactly how to get a hold of me or what my buzzer code was but nothing.

20mins of telephone prompts to attempt to get to a live person, 9/10 your call is dropped, ONLY after you've patiently been on hold and gone through 2, 000+ prompts, G-d forbid I still had a rotary phone.
Once you do get through, they know nothing, which isn't their fault, not like they should be expected to have updates.
Real time updates, are rarely accurate. Just today, I was told they have no idea where my packages are since they were out for delivery last friday, they do know they weren't delivered.
COMPLETE disgrace.

Delivery/Customer Service Issue
I have been having issues with delivery since last week. My bell is currently out of order so I placed a sign written in red marker on the main door to my building to make all of the delivery companies aware of the situation. Although a notation was left on my account for the driver he still decided to put the sticker on my door instead of ringing the bell above mine to get into the building to deliver my package. My building only has 4 apartments in it. I work from home so I am here my notice asked for them to ring the bell or call my cell to deliver my package. I was told on November 1, 2021 that my package would be held for 5 days at the UPS location in Newark, & I would have to pay a $8 fee to pick up my package. At this time I also made another complaint which the rep informed me at this time that she didn't see any records of my complaint from 2 days prior however, she assured me she was definitely doing her part & a supervisor would call me back. At that time I respectfully told the rep I highly doubt I would receive a call back which I was correct. If my package was going to be held for 5 days how was it sent back to the sender on November 1st? According to your rep that I spoke with today they held my package from 12-5pm, I didn't want to pay up so yall sent my package back Say What Now? What if I worked until 6pm? Further more that is not 5 days. I ended up asking for a supervisor due to the rep continuously speaking over me only for him to place me on a 30+ minute hold while he searched for a available supervisor. I wish I could say this is due to covid but the truth is covid just made it worse.

Your carrier was on an elevator at 3003 new Hyde Park Rd. in new Hyde Park around 215 this afternoon. The elevator door opened and the handtruck was a foot in front of the entrance of the elevator and I said coming in. I I said can you please move? Your carrier did NOT have a mask on and told me to take a time out said what do you want me to do. I said a gentleman would move the handtruck and move out of the way. He stood there with the hand truck and did not move and I was almost up against the door. He was extremely rude and demeaning.

Twice the driver refused to take a return package
Automated ups pickup phone service says driver will take to the nearest ups store if requested; driver says he won't; was charged 3 times for same package (as I am trying to pay for the return shipping myself) but, the package is still on my front porch, driver has been here to pick it up twice. How can you charge me for nothing? For refusal of services? And then tell me you won't refund my money? The company that sold me the $1600 item said that they won't refund me until they receive it. Was delivered to wrong address and I never received my package. So I filed a "claim" but what is that gonna do? I still don't have my package and crazy as it sounds, but part of my order was delivered. By FedEx. Go figure! So now I have wasted 2 hours trying to figure out what happened and my job is delayed another week, after waiting 9 days to receive package! Driver destroyed my front lawn
After delivering a package sent to.our address, the driver drove off into our front lawn getting stuck. It was raining heavily and UPS sent a wrecker out to get the truck. During all this my front lawn has been torn up. The wrecker (employed by UPS)contacted his Superviser and told him of the damages. They said they'd fix it. After not hearing back I contacted them and they never filed a report. I filed a complaint and they said they'd get back and have not.

Driver responsibilities
I live at 209 river road, Lisbon ct. I witnessed a ups truck across the street from my house, then I received a message that my package was delivered. I called the customer care center in bozrah, they informed me that they contacted the driver and he was supposed to come back and get the package to the correct address (which is clearly labeled). I never heard back from anyone that day, I tried calling back customer care the next day, and no luck, just busy signals for a while. I blame the driver for not paying attention to my address, the house he delivered to has an address on there mailbox as well. The driver needs to pay attention, it is not difficult to learn address locations, zero excuses. Fortunately the neighbor across the street was kind and honest and brought the package to me. I have ordered a goods from China and have contacted a shipping agency in China called"Shenzhen HXSTAR Technology Co., limited to send it to via UPS DDP. I have paid $106 for the express freight. Goods arrives at my country Angola, and UPS local office call me to get the invoice for the goods because it goes for the inspection and I have provided the invoice.
Today, they sent me an invoice to pay for customs clearance services for my goods, whose value is more than double the total value of my order, which is unacceptable!
I have paid a door to door service and now they request me payment that have paid already at the origin of the product.
Even if I have to pay customs taxes, how my invoice is $96 and customs taxes $222?
I have used UPS dood to door service and I have never experience this situation.
Now, my goods are stacked at airport facilities and no one wants to take responsability.

During the week of October 18 Amazon shipped 3 packages to me and claimed they were delivered. No way to contact local UPS. If they want to send a rep to my house i will let them review my security cameras to show they were never here. Amazon had to get involved and will credit my account. The amazon rep did a three way phone call with UPS and said they would open a ticket and have someone call me on the 23 of Oct. Guess what happened. Surprise they didn't call. ?

I am writing in reference to the above mentioned claim number. I was told by customer support that I would receive an email with documents for me to send to ups claims. I did receive and I went in to upload the documents and received a message telling me that "document upload is not allowed due to the current status of the claim" —
I immediately contacted customer support and was told a claim representative would get in touch with me. This never happened. I am now on day 6 waiting. Customer support again told me I would hear from someone. This has not happened. I am upset. Ups literally destroyed a beautiful antique piece and now you're making me jump thru hoops to get this claim resolved. What is the problem?

Yr long issues with the delivery route driver including watching him throw packages, hearing him yell aloud about ups needing to impose weight and or package limits on people "who order the world and expect it brought to them" watching him spin out on our rural driveway spewing gravel, but never filed a complaint on him. Last Friday my handyman was accosted by the driver in full irate mode and when the handyman"talked back" the driver took of stating he would never deliver to us again. Monday, Tues, Wed, packages from Amazon subscribe and save began arriving but tracking from Amazon kept saying "delivery attempted, unable to complete" and "reciever requested package pickup". We are 47 miles from the nearest UPS facility and I run a daycare for medically needy children. I never spoke to the driver. He falsified the delivery statements and customer service apparently doesn't believe that I did not make the request to hold all my packages. It's insane and I cannot get any resolution, there was no attempt even at resolving with us what his issue is with our address or persons.
Desired outcome: Resume delivery to our rural address. Attempt to resolve whatever the driver's issue with us is. Discipling him re falsifying UPS records would help prevent him repeating this behavior with other clients
My Orders
I live in a house with a picket-type fenced porch that adequately hides packages and additionally, in spring thru fall, there are tall, thick flowers further blocking the view, which are there right now, but the driver today has again chosen not to deliver my packages. This is a predominately African-American neighborhood, so I am left with only reason they won't deliver is because they are racist. Other UPS drivers will deliver here. I have lived here over three years and this keeps happening, but only with UPS. These racist delivery drivers are completely interfering with my health and income by not delivering or delivering to a pickup site. I am handicapped and have mobility issues and have subsequently had to let items be returned. And because I am handicapped, I can never get to the door before they leave. THIS IS VERY WRONG!

Packages not being picked up
We usually have a regular driver that comes to pick up the packages and sometimes when he's off no one comes to pick them up.
For the past month the pick up is up to a week late and this obviously affects affects our business to a great extent.

Broken content of a light fixture shipment
I shipped an expensive ceiling fixture UPS 2 day Express. The fixture was packed carefully and had "Fragile" written on all sides of the box. The fixture arrived broken. Attempts to file a claim on line was unsuccessfully. Customer rep told me UPS would have to pick up the fixture in its original box. Instead of returning to the recipient with an explanation of what action they would take, they shipped the package back to me, this time totally smashed.

Lost deliveries through Spartanburg UPS
Here is my latest UPS package being routed through Spartanburg (see routing info below). This is not atypical when a package goes through that facility - in the past year, I've had 4 or 5 packages get lost when going through that facility. My neighbors experience the same issues.
