Dear UPS,
If you want to be a relevant company in the coming years, consider revising your policies. You should not be taking on more deliveries than you can handle. In addition, stop giving customers vague reasons as to why their package is delayed. For example, "delayed delivery due to operating conditions." This does not mean a damn thing to a customer. The reason is invalid; it would be much better to say you can't deliver the packages on time because you took on too many orders.
This is not a new problem, every year there is a Black Friday weekend. Plan for it, come on. FedEx is doing just fine.

To whom it may concern,
Over the last 4 months, my husband and I are experiencing problems with every delivery to our home. We have lived here for 3 years, and never had this much trouble until now. We live in a gated community and there is a sign on our gate that says, call this number to open gate, with a number below which is connected to the office. They will open the gate if you call that number but Ups delivery drivers stopped doing that. Our gate system is opened with a clicker, my landlord time and time again, has given the drivers clickers to help with the problem. Every single one has been lost by UPS to insufficiently, laziness, and complete disregard for the job. Now, they throw our packages over the gate, I just went out to find my package in the street and I'm furious. We can't order fragile items online, because if UPS is delivering it, we will find it broken, again due to them just throwing our packages. I'm having to cancel my amazon prime because of UPS and the poor delivery standards. This is ridiculous. I can't even order a dvd if I want it in tact. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, I'm begging you, do something about this or I will be forced to not use UPS again, and we really like you, just not recently. It is not that difficult for a driver to call a number to open a gate. Or if UPS could release a new system for delivery drivers and gated communities, that would be helpful too. I work for ups haven't got paid and 3 weeks and a worker threatened me!!!
Well i started as a Seasonal Helper and was told we get paid every week. Iits the 4th week and still havent got paid for the last 3weeks and ive been calling since the first week i havent got paid. I talk to supervisor they jang up in my face in had me on hold for hours just to hang up as im waiting. I kept calling today 12/05/2017 in the girl who put me on hold told me to stop calling ive been calling all day and call me from a different number and threatened me told me " Come up here and when you do suit up" which means fight i feel threatened for my life i dont want to continue to work there. I just want my money! Also lost my room because i havent got paid to pay my room mate for this months rent!

my name is william huber i own a business in stockton ca. we are gated for safety, our ups driver is terrible we have had several packages returned to sender . fed ex and usps have no problem getting our deliveries to us. our ups driver is not doing his or her job on a couple of items no tags or knowledge ups has even been here and items returned to sender these parts are needed to run our mfg plant. furthermore when two tag were left recently they were left unfilled out no info or tracking number. i took them to the local hub and they found my item, they too said the tags should be filled out to contact corp to complain . this cost me and my vendors time money and is upsetting that this driver can not honk horn fill out tag or make honest effort . fed ex and usps know us, greet us and are very friendy wtf with ups

Hi, this is Shashikanth Enamanagandla, i have shipped(Overnight delivery) an item through UPS on 30th Nov 2017, Thursday evening from Plano, TX(Source) location to Houston, TX(Destination). It was supposed to be delivered by 1st Dec 2017, Friday morning 10 AM. I have been calling since Friday and talked to 10 people already and every one says it will be delivered the next day, but nothing is happening. I have some important documents in that package and it has to be delivered ASAP.
Some of the agents are very rude they just hung up on me and again i have to wait like at-least 30 mins to get hold of another agent.
This is very very very very urgent to me and someone please please please helps me on this.

package delivery to my home
Last week i was expecting a package on a certain date. I left my garage door open because in the past the driver usually left it at my back door. The garage door was left open all day for delivery. I found my package at 6:00 am the next morning left on the main street in front of my house propped up under my mail box. Anyone driving by could have just stopped, tossed it in their car and driven off. Is this delivery because the delivery driver was to lazy to get out of his truck and walk to my door...I'm sure it was. Seems as though the drivers are getting lazy and inconsiderate of the money folks spend to have packages delivered to their home. Someone needs to have a "SERIOUS" conversation with these folks about delivery services. I hope i run into the next delivery person that has the gall to do this.
ups is the worst
I had a package on the truck for delivery on 11/30/17. It was not delivered. I called customer service and spent an hour on the phone for the rep to tell me that there were more important packages to be delivered that day and since min was ground it would definitely be delivered the following day. The following day it just sat in the facility and never moved. I called customer service and spoke with a supervisor and was told it may be delivered that day but hey are busy. Spent an hour and a half on the phone with customer service. The following day it was still sitting in the facility and had not moved in more than 24 hours. I called customer service again and spent 2 hours on the phone to be told by a supervisor oh it hasn't moved in 24 hours so it must me lost. Filled out the proper paperwork for a lost package and suddenly it appeared. It was on the truck to be delivered yesterday but was never delivered again. I was told by a supervisor today oh they are just to busy and didn't have time to deliver it, AGAIN! Spent 2 and a half hours on the phone. This is the most rediculas thing and most stressful thing to go through. UPS should not put customers through this just to get a package delivered. They act surprised that they are busy around Christmas time and apparently are to cheap to staff properly so that the customers can be serviced properly. I will file a complaint with the state attorney Generals office and the BBB as well because this is out of hand. They also keep deleting parts of the package history not showing all the drama they are putting me through.

I have ordered a cell phone from T mobile for my son They shipped it 11/24 and UPS Tracking ( 1Z30VV881265992773) was showing it would be here on 11/29 it was not arrived wed.Thur. Tracking showing they had tried to deliver on 12/01 at 1.35 pm I was at home no one knocked or ringed my door also there was no any notice I informed UPS via twitter twice .there is no other way to reach them When I try to chat there is a virtual assistant is giving the same information to tracking number and advise me to contact with sender I contacted with T mobile they checked to Tracking and informed me about it ! This facility is very bad my packages have been setting there since 11-29-17 it is now 12-4-17 and still no information on when it will be delivered. This place either needs to be under new management with new and more more workers or shut down because I know I am not the only person that is having the problems with this facility. I have 2 packages but they are worth 4000 dollars and I am so very upset at this time.
Everytime I order any packages it seems it flies thru facalties very smoothly . I usually pay extra for 2 day shipping but, when it arrives at the west Columbia, sc facalty the scanning stops. I've already had lost packages from this hub and currently waiting to see if a departure scan comes up on a package that is suppose to be here tomorrow. I dought very seriously I will receive this package on time if I receive it at all. The higher ups of UPS need to do something about this.

I'm expecting package to arrive 12/1/17, i did track it on their website and it shows out for delivery. That never happened, i called UPS they said there was some delays so it will be deliver Monday 12/4/17. Again it was not delivered, they said they attempted to deliver but nobody to receive the package. Which is not true ‘cause my daughter and my mom were both in the house that time, i think they even did not go to my place, since there was no note or message that was left on our door.
I called again they said it will be deliver 12/5/17. Very upset. UPS needs to be boycott.

I was supposed to get my delivery on Friday 12/1/2017 at the time it said out for delivery and today Monday 12/4/17 it still say out for delivery it's 9.30 now and I called customer service after 30+ minutes waiting on hold I been told that it's rescheduled for tomorrow! Delivery time 6pm, dropped off item near Kittridge st and eton street in Woodland Hills CA 91303. Driver blocked drive way as i tried to turn and once i started exiting he stepped on the gas as to hit my car and then started honking, driver also had the courage to flip me off and yell profanity with my child in the car. I was expecting a package in the mail to arrive 12/01. It was shipped via " Next Day Air Mail" today is 12/04 i have tracking my package all day at around 8 pm they claim they have attempted to deliver which is absolutely no at all true they did not come at all. this is always an issue with ups they never deliver on time and caught them just tossing my packages by the door. I went to the local UPS office this evening to ship 2 small packages. I handed the clerk a U.S. 20 dollar bill for payment. I was told UPS no longer accepts cash and would only accept either check or debit card.
This is a further lowering of customer service. US currency is LEGAL TENDER FOR ALL DEBTS PUBLIC AND PRIVATE. It seems to me someone at UPS has decided UPS is willing to sacrifice customer service for cost savings. TERRIBLE MOVE.
I will not use UPS if at all possible. I will promote the boycott of UPS until this stupid, decision and policy is reversed.
delivery keeps getting changed
Where are my packages? I ordered in plenty of time, in fact I did so Thanksgiving day.. My dates keep getting changed . Although I did receive 2 pkgs of the order of 5, the others keep getting the dates changed.. I have to sign for these pkgs and today makes day 3 I have had to stay home and sit around and WAIT. I have another pkg that has sat in Alabama for over a week and was suppose to get that last week and will not get that ( supposedly) for another few days) So I asked a UPS driver, what gives ? He said, it means they have too much stuff and they cant get it delivered.. My suggestion is HIRE more drivers because this is getting to be a bunch of BS.. Once I get my pkgs I refuse to use UPS anymore.. Worst service ever !

Some how he ended up on a rt that included us. I simply ask that you advise him to drop his packages and do his job and only his job before i start getting really pissed off. I was receiving 2 packages today that both required signatures. I have a gated fence, but since I knew I would be receiving these packages I left it open for the driver. When the driver came I was waiting for him to come to the door but he never showed. As I go outside to meet him to sign for my packages, I see him leave and see that he left my boxes in front of my gate for everyone passing by to see. He did not bother to come inside the gate and get my signature. My packages were left in plain sight for anyone to come and steal. I'm greatful that I was here at the time because I don't know if my packages would still be there if I wasn't home.

I received a package delivered to my residence at 10:30 PM 30 Nov 17. My tracking number was 1Z7171680350695840. While I do have a concern about such a late delivery time my biggest complaint is the driver used my yard to turn around in. I have a circle driveway and when at 8pm the package hadn't showed I moved my vehicles around. Doorbell was rung and before I could get to the door he was already gone! I noticed the marks in my yard the next morning. I don't expect to hear anything back but that driver doesn't need to come back to my house again!

Today an employee was driving recklessly through my subdivision. It's been happening too often this holiday season. I'd guess today he was easily going 35mph in a 25mph zone. There are young children in this neighborhood and it's less than half a mile from a school. The driver was also swerving around cars erratically and driving through the leaf piles on the edges of the street.
Luckily today I was outside and took a picture of the license plate. The number is BA26006 and it's a Michigan plate. My grandfather was killed by a UPS driver years ago and I'm fearful waiting to have this happen again. I don't know if it's the supervisors pushing these people to rush deliveries or rogue employees trying to finish work early, but this is truly deplorable behavior and I'm worried an innocent person will be victim to this recklessness again. I have the picture saved with the plate number if it's needed to follow through on this complaint.
