Victoria's Secret customer service

I call every month before my due date to make sure that I'm paid up on my current bill last month I called and asked if I was caught up on my current bill and told them that I didn't want to get a finance charge just like I always do the first person I talk to didn't know he said that I made a lot of purchases and I made a lot of payments and if I wasn't sure then I should make another payment so I called back in the second person I talk to you said that I should be caught up my bill and then a week later I was looking at my account and saw that I have a finance charge so I called customer service and was told that they didn't know why the person I spoke to didn't know anything and told me there wasn't anything they can do about the finance charge so I talked a manager who told me the same thing and then the manager proceeded to tell me how much I owed for this month except it wasn't what I owed because I had already made a payment on my account so obviously y'all need a new system of figuring things out because dealing with stuff like this makes me want to go back to paying cash and not using my card are using my Discover card instead since I don't seem to have any problems with them and the thing is I just started using my Victoria Secret card full time because I was trying to help my sister build her credit so I added her as an authorized user I usually just pay cash for my stuff or put it on my Discover Card or bank credit card with no problems and seeing as how I spend so much money in y'all store I would think you would want to keep you all's customers happy but instead all I have is problems when I try to talk to somebody at customer service they don't know this and they don't know that and they can't help you with this and I can't help you with that I just feel like it's so not worth using my card with y'all because it's so much trouble

Victoria's Secret bras

I have a bra that I have had for about a year and I know this sounds like a long time but I don't wear my bras a lot and I have a total of 17 bras from vs and my bras are all like new and this is the third bra I have had issues with. The underwire keeps poking through and on two of the bras it poked through under the arm and I had to sew them but today a different bra vs my under wire broke in two pieces under chest I don't get it I am not hard on my bras I would like a replacement or refund I pay to much for these bras for quality like this its ridiculous date of incident may 13 2017 thank you

Victoria's Secret exchanges

While on vacation I stopped in a local store and purchase $250 worth of product the worker measured me and handed me a bra to try on once I agreed that it was nice she filled my bag with beautiful set I purchase them now that I am home from vacation she gave me all the wrong size bras I am not able to return them as it has to be in store only again I was on vacation and the nearest store to my home is 200 miles away this is very inconvenient for me because now I am stuck with that I will never wear it was very expensive lesson learned and I will no longer purchase from Victoria's Secret for this reason

Victoria's Secret poor product

Why is Victoria's Secret being lazy and not stitching there thongs all the way up. They just stitch the front part and just leave the cut pattern on the back. The thong is rolling up because of no stitching along the sides. I will post pics everywhere and let people know not to buy anymore. You guys want to make the money but no longer want to give good quality products...lazy...and greedy..

Since I am unable to find out if my previous letter went through, I will briefly reiterate that today I was seriously frustrated with the lack of & rude customer service received.

The store was not busy and as I approached the register, there were three employees standing next to each other talking. I was surprised when no one acknowledged me. I waited a reasonable amount of time before asking that someone help me. The employees continued their conversation another minute before someone called to another person to take care of me.

When the employee approached, she replied in a rather rude manner; "I can help you over here." She appeared to be annoyed that she was told to stop what she was doing in order to take care of me.

I spend to much money at Victoria's Secret to have anyone treat me as if I am doing them a favor by letting them wait on me! If it were not for the fact that had promised daughter a $50 Gift Certificate for her Birthday, I would spend my money elsewhere!

Victoria's Secret sherpa sweatshirt

Hello! I got my light blue Sherpa quarter zip sweatshirt pink brand that I love so much this past Christmas. After only wearing it maybe 6 times and washing it 2 or 3 times, something horrible happened. I washed it in the washer at my school as always and then put it in the dryer on low as I always do and the directions say is okay. Well I don't know what happened but the fabric literally melted and created holes. I am so upset and it was an expensive purchase at around $90. I have pictures as well. I really love all Victoria's Secret and pink products and I am extremely upset about this.

Victoria's Secret misinformed workers

On March 20, 2017, I made a special trip to Victoria's Secret in Bay Terrace, Queens to buy items from the panty party. When I arrived no one asked if I needed help then I walked over to a sales person inquiring as to which panties were on sale for the panty party, she then stated the sale was yesterday and it was over. I asked, "Are you sure because your signs are still up?' She insisted it was over, I left the store upset only to find out later that the sale was still on. I was unable to travel back to the store due to health issues.

Victoria's Secret ordering online

I spend a lot of money with this company as i am a forever angel but i have had it with the online ordering system..i wait sometimes up to an hour yo get an agent so i then place my order on the items i want then to be told a week later sorry we mo longer have it when they go to ship out? So what were you doing for a week? You wait a week to send my order out and of course your gonna be sold out. My item should have been filled the day i ordered. This happens all the time. Fix your system already. Its obvious you dont care about your customers and the customer service agents are rude. Bad business VS. You lost a great customer and i will make a complaint with commenity as well because i wont be using my card online anymore. You tell me you have something in stock and wait to fill my order a week later to then be emailed oh sorry we dont have it anymore? Wow! This is the third time in 5 months this has happened.

Victoria's Secret customer service

My name is Cora Chesson. I visited the Victoria's Secret store at Bowie Town Center, 15501 Emerald Way, Space E-01, Bowie, Maryland 20716 on March 9, 2017. The Store phone number is [protected]. The cashier who became belligerent with me even after asking her not to speak to me the way she spoke cashier number is 1453468. I'm using the number because the cashier refused to give me her name or customer number to complain as to how she treated/spoke to me. I got the cashier number (1453468) off my Receipt to help identify her on my compliant. When I asked her for a Supervisor she started "I'm the Supervisor." I then stated " May I then speak to your Supervisor." She started "I'm not giving you my Supervisor number or information." "You can call the phone number on your Receipt to complain." "They will look at the cameras in the store to see what happened." I could not believe how I was being spoken to or treated as a Customer for over ten(10) y or more years with Victoria's Secret. I then got out my receipt to retrieve the phone number. She then said "You need to step out the store to make your call." "You can not get any phone service in here." I then said "I'm making my call from right here." As I dialed the number [protected]. I then asked to speak with the District Manager of the Store. I was informed my complaint would be forwarded to the District Manager. I then asked the Representative if they could please inform the District Manager I would like to receive a phone call from him/her about my compliant. I was told my request would be forwarded with my compliant. I then requested a complaint number. The compliant number given to me was 872 986. Today is March 16, 2017. Still, I have not been contacted by the store District Manager nor anyone in response to my compliant.

Victoria's Secret love is heavenly perfume

I opened my brand new bottle of perfume and it was half of a bottle. It must had a crack at the bottom and leaked out. I'm a faithful customer and this never happened to me when i open a brand new bottle of perfume. I had to throw it in the trash. which i paid $68 for. I, m very upset about my defected bottle of perfume. When i brought it it wasn't like that. i shop there all the time for my parfum

Victoria's Secret bra

Hello I am trying to reach out to someone about this …….

Thought I was going to buy me some nice underwear and bra sets, only to find out that they stop at size 38 in bra size! So I ask the associate do they have my size which is 42 😳. She said "oh YOU will have to order online” I felt so offended and discriminated because of my bra size. I called the headquarters and submitted a ticket of complaint because it's not fair that I can't walk in the store and buy bras like every other woman. I told them I am not custom made I am normal and it not fair! I don't wanna have to order my stuff and wait for it and every other small breasted woman can walk in and get there's right then! This is not fair and I would like to get this in the publics eye. I did call the headquarters of Victoria Secrets and she just wrote it down and kind of hurried me off the phone.

Victoria's Secret store associate that was apparently a manager, store 51074; 2/25/17

Deer Park Town Center IL Store

Had a horrific customer service experience. Did not encounter such rudeness since I left Russia back 25 years ago. Unbelievable that in US in today's day and age this is still possible.

I usually experience a wait time when I need to try something on in a fitting room, so I am somewhat used to it. However, waiting near a dressing room I overheard that there is a button to press in order to call an associate to open the fitting room. I looked and saw a bunch of bells but they all seemed to belong to specific fitting rooms, and not to call a sales associate. So when I saw a first sales associate, apparently lady named Brittany I wanted to ask her which button I could press. Brittany was with another customer to whom I overheard her also complain that she is not supposed to be helping them, but be on a register. I saw she was busy but since my question was very easy I asked. She looked at me, didnt smile, didnt nod, did not acknowledge my request whatsoever, and kept on with her customer. After about 5 min she freed up and came to me. I pretty politely stated that it would have been nice to acknowledge me in some way as that is a normal customer service practice. She told me that actually I 'interrupted' her. I was taken back by this attitude so I asked for her name, and she said "my name is not relevant and you dont need to know it". I was shocked, so I asked if I can see her manager, and she responded she IS a manager herself..

So I just let it be, tried my bra on and when I went to pay for it I asked for her name and was told it is Brittany. She was a young pretty skinny girl with blond longer curls, that looked like she fit right in to your brand until she spoke.

I hope you can forward this email to your corporate client relations as I definitely was very turned off by this welcome at your store and can assure you that she will scare off much more clients than just me if she continues to represent your brand, especially as one of the managers.

Victoria's Secret customer service and being misled

We spend thousands of dollars there a year, but never again. We received gift cards as that is what we were told at Christmas time, if we spent hundreds of dollars we get a bonus gift card, well they went in to my purse. Went on line today to use them and had an additional 248.00 in the cart, well they are not gift cards as told, and they expired 5 days ago, if we would have known that we would have made sure we used them within the time frame, tried to explain this to customer service and they don't care. Quite honestly with all the complaints I was reading after this happened no wonder why they are hurting. They just lost 4 people out of my family shopping there. Finally I think they do that so you don't look! So they don't give you that even though that was a selling point for me when I was shopping. To think they lost customers for $40

Victoria's Secret bra's

I fought the criwd on black friday to have my daughter fitted for a bra. They measured her and she picked out 4 she liked. We are 350 miles from a VS store so when she got home and went to put one on it didn't fit. I called right away hoping to mail them back and was told I couldn't do that I had to bring them in. So here we sit with 4 bra's the wrong size. I already knew if I didn't get them returned on time I wouldn't get my $ back so I had a friend take them and return them for me. After she went thru a 30 minute hassle, yes 30 minutes they only gave me credit for 3 but kept the 4th. So now I'm out 50.00 and no bra's. Last month I made a payment to my account and was 2. Short because of poor eye sight and got Charged a 25.00 late fee. I am so thru with all of this.

Victoria's Secret pink pullover sweater

I spend to much money there for me to wear this shirt one time and wash it and it to fade and bleed over everything else I had 2 other pieces in with it that was also victoria secret that is pink product .
I would like this matter resolved or I will not be buying anything else from you.
I live your stuff but I can't keep spending that kind of money for it to do this

Victoria's Secret cotton line

I have noticed that you discontinued the cotton line of bras and undies. My friend and I have skin issues and can only wear cotton. I have been wearing your cotton pushup bra for years. It is the only one that I have ever worn, as well as my friend who has psoriasis. Same with cotton undies. We must wear cotton undies or will get a rash. I loved the lace trim cotton panties because it still gives you the seamless look (no panty lines) and has the cotton so no rash. Please explain why in the world they would discontinue such an important material like cotton! So disappointed and do not know where to go to buy a bra now because I always wore yours. What is happening to V.S?

I totally agree. What is up with discontinuing a popular style? I have worn the cotton collection for years. Are you trying to make your customers look elsewhere? That is what I am doing, because I don't want to pay for a more expensive bra which I believe is the purpose of discontinuing the cotton line.

Victoria's Secret makeup products

Why? Why do you kill me with no makeup! I loved all of the makeup and purchased several items including palettes and bronzers... Now I dread not being able to pick out my fav lipsticks and single shadows that I use them sparingly.. It's really depressing! Please please bring back the makeup oh and the self tanners too! Atleast to be purchased online!

Victoria's Secret account assure

I got Account Assure originally just to get the person off the phone. 4 months or so later I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I am unable to work because of my illness and am on Social Security disability. It has been two years and they still haven't done anything. I can't even get them to send me additional paperwork. DO NOT sign up for this. It's a scam.

Victoria's Secret unethical behavior

I was shopping at the paddock mall in Ocala, Florida.. I spent almost $200.00 that day, I'm a Victoria Secret card holder and that day I received a free beanie and a free bottle of sweet and flirty mist. I left and went home I live about 35 miles from Ocala I got home and my bottle of fragrance mist wasn't in my bag.. I called the store and told a lady that it wasn't in my bag, and she said that she remembers that and when I come back just bring my receipt and they will just pull it from inventory and give it to me, ok I had no problem with that. I work for publix and work 40 to 50 hours a week and it took me about a month to come back, I didn't think it was gonna be a big deal but when I spoke to the manager her name is Debra she scolded me in front of associates and customers and told me that I should have came earlier and that she didn't know anything about the situation, and I said can you not talk to the girl who rang me up she would remember what happened, I said I was sorry that it took to long but I was the one that was inconvienced.. She said that she would have to pull cameras and I said ok do what you have to do, I said that I live 35 miles away and she said so I live in Lecanto and I drive that far I said ok why does this have anything to do with what happened to me? She talked to me like I was a thief or was trying to get something that didn't belong to me or something, i"ve never been talked to like that before, my husband had to intervene and he never says anything impolite to anyone.. Thats not the way that you treat customers, I was embarrassed of the way she was speaking to me and im really thinking about tearing this credit card up and never shopping at Victoria secret ever again. Its really a shame because those are the only bras I wear...

Victoria's Secret store manager angela

Horrific experience with the manager angela. She was very nice when I purchased several bras and perfume sets handing me a promotional tote bag that I didn't expect. Went to return some of the bras and she said I had to bring back the tote bag. Went home, checked my receipt and not only was I charged twice for one of the bras but it says right on the receipt: free tote with $75 purchase. The items I was keeping totaled more than $75. Called corporate and they confirmed I could keep the tote bag. Started a case with corporate and they advised me to go back to the store for the return. Went back and she said they didn't charge me twice even though I was short one bra and the same bar code twice on the receipt. Also I counted each item in bag. She shorted me once once again and refused to give me the original receipt telling me that I never gave it back to her. She conveniently finds it after I wouldn't leave without it. She refused to give me the tote bag. Victoria secret now owes me two bras and a tote bag! Reported angela to the corporate office. Never in my like have I ever met a manager so I unprofessional and rude as her. Sad that she represents victoria's secret. Will never step foot in that store again!
