gippsland watermelon and strawberry twist yogurt
I have no complaints about this company it's the best yoghurt ever. What I'm complaining about is woollies seems to not stocking this anymore and I can't understand why. Just from me saying to friends and family how good this product is they have all started buying it. Please keep restocking it it's a tad dearer but oh so lovely.

staff
shop always at my local Woolworths Beresfield nsw 2322 and you should train your staff old and new how to treat our groceries when packing them as this happens all the time at this store and if continues I will find else where..This operator always just throws /drops our products in the bag without giving a thought on if they break/ crush /smash our groceries ..Ive had enough and this store need to do something !

lack of service
I have been a customer of woolworth wynyard (Tasmania) for many years, never have i experienced such poor service as of late. You might cut your prices to win or retain customers, however service must be a priority, to go into a store and then have to retreat back to to the carpark for a trolley is the first example. Trolleys of m/t cartons on the one hand, plus trolleys of groceries to be shelved, on the other (Mostly unattended) blocking the aisles - not professional! Last week i shopped and found the manager running the bakery because someone had resigned!
Monday last i go in, (Yes, it was a public holiday,) after a roast chicken, lo and behold where was the manager, in the deli! I peruse the hot chicken counter - m/t - any chickens boss?, i address the manager as he apologises to yet another customer because the showcase was nearly bereft of produce! As he runs to the fridges he looks at the chicken counter, "sorry mate haven't had a chance (To get them in the oven) , they should be there, sorry mate!" this was 5.30, yep close to dinner eh :) and no chickens! I haven't yet started on the waiting times at the checkouts, recently i heard the service manager call 6 staff to the checkouts, guess how many came - just one - the manager!. Also where are the elevated product signs for the head of the aisles, i know these have been promised for months as i do communicate with your staff, obviously unlike yourselves! Are you starting to get the message, this shop is grossly neglected and understaffed, the management is frustrated, i will be apologised to only so many times! Get your act together or i will shop totally at coles, they already share my dollars due to my frustration with your supposed service. If you don't want me in your store, just let me know! From the above, you will agree with me that dale is a great and versatile manager but he can't do it on his own. Get your act together and support your people..
explorer cards
Spent $237.44 in woolworths, upper burnie, tasmania, 7320 this morning, when i wasn't given any explorer collector cards i asked for them and was told, haven't got any, i asked if there would be some more coming in 'dunno ' was the response. I then went to, what you refer to as, the 'service counter ' where i usually receive anything but, and today was no exception.. When i asked if any more cards would be coming, i was told, 'no, because it finishes next week anyway 'i don't think this is good enough, young children take these collections very seriously, i have had several people collecting for my god son, and we don't have a folder completed yet. If you state they are available for a certain time they should be, if a store runs out, at least they should be able to help me get some more from somewhere.
Not impressed... If you are able to send me the 11 cards i am owing, my address is ;

roast chicken with foreign object inside.
To whom it may concern,
I purchased a Hot roast chicken at Eastwood Woolworths today at 7:11pm on the 7th of November. As I was eating the chicken for dinner and halfway through I found something black and foreign which drew my attention to it. I picked it up to realise it is the frontal part of a tong as I have seen some before and it seemed to have broken off from the bottom half of a tong.
I was very disappointed and horrified with a tong inside the packaging of my chicken. I am a regular and loyal customer of Woolworths and have never experienced such a mistake. I regularly buy the hot chicken from Woolworths and have never experienced such an occurrence.
I hope to receive a respond on this regard and respond to my email at grace.[protected]@gmail.com
Regards,
customer.

complaint about product
I purchased a box of Aurora coffee pods. I have a café Italia system which I purchased at woolworth's and use it regularly. I assumed that the product was suitable for the system, however when I opened the packet the pods were to small. I took the box back to the shop, however I was told as I had opened the pack it was not possible to get a refund. I felt this was unfair as the pods were in the same section as other pods and to find out they didn't fit I had to open the box. When I asked what I should do, the assistant told me I could try and find someone else who could use them. I didn't find that comment helpful.

lamb steaks
I guess this will fall on deaf ears but here goes I will have may say.
We purchased a try of lamb steaks today for our evening meal, what a disapointment.
The meat looked great but when I opened the package and turned the steaks over they were all thick with fat but cooked them as we had no other choice.
The meat was that tough we had problems it was very hard to cut and even harder to chew
"Again what a disapointment"
"We will not ever again purchase meat of any kind from Woolworths again"

activity and collector's album - world explorers
Went shopping on Sunday 11am at Woolworths @ majura park Canberra, with 3 kids very keen on doing the world explorer collection, we also bought the album then spent ~120$ to be told that they have run out of cards? We came here to woollies only and specifically for the cards. There are dozens of sign re this activity collection around and just outside the store but none indicating that cards are not available. Had we been told, I mean, if they had put on a sign warning that cards were not available we would have not entered and would have gone somewhere else. My kids were so excited about the cards, mentally counting how much money we were about to spend and hence how many cards we were going to get, they are now so disappointed and so am I. This is extremely poor management.
Regards,
Silvano Sommacal
Do you need a sign for everything? They ran out. They haven't gotten more in yet. Teach your kids that in the real world store run out of things. Jesus. I have read some stupid complaints before but this one takes the cake.
delivery & customer service
My girlfriend bought many items from woolworth's and decided to use delivery service, but she got a message that it's been delayed. She decided to call the customer service to ask about the delay because she has an appointment so she need to go, and nobody can stay to wait at home until the delivery order comes. The answer she got on the phone was not friendly and a bit rude, the lady on the phone didn't give proper answer and her tone was rude and not friendly. This is such a dissapointment for a big company like woolworth's
driscoll's strawberries
I purchased a punnet of strawberries on Monday the 31st of October at your Raymond terrace store. My daughter daughter had been eating the strawberries fresh from the container when I noticed something in the bottom of the container it was a nail I am so so lucky that my daughter did not put it in her mouth as she is only 2 years of age! I am quite upset about this as I can only imagine what could of came from this had she swolloed it :(
woolworths prepaid visa card
My niece purchased a prepaid card loaded $125 goes to use it online zero balance, Woolworths Ingleburn after 2 weeks provides statement stating card had 5 transactions 4 of which been Macdonalds meals. Your staff attitude is you've used the card! FOR MACDONALDS ? When purchasing card it was brought to my niece by a staff member. I believe that card was substituted some time earlier . My family and friends believe this to be the case unlike your store personnel as a result we have decided to avoid your Ingleburn store like the plague i had been a loyal customer of said store for a number of years as it is close to work. Who uses a prepaid credit card for Macdonalds? I don't expect any thing in way of a response from you after my experience with your store personnel however if it could happen once who knows how many other customers could end up been defrauded in this manner the cards should be sold over the counter to avoid tampering and your Ingleburn Staff need better customer relations training.
homebrand sundried tomatoes
I purchased a jar of your homebrand sundried tomatoes 500g jar about a month ago. It has stamped on the lid 2-533/16 with BBE 18.05.2018. It says it is made in Turkey.
The tomatoes are hard and unable to be chewed or eaten. They look OK but have been dried out far too much so are like leather. I've tried a number of them to see if it was just a few odd ones...but no, all that I tried were inedible and tasted horrible. I will not be buying your homebrand items made in other countries anymore.
baby formula
Hi there,
I live in a small country town 1800kms away from Perth, in sunny Port Hedland Western Australia. A couple times a week the seafarers deliver a bus full of men who are working out at sea. Today I found out that each customer is entitled to buy 8 tins of baby formula. From my understanding talking to a couple of the men they take it back to their country and on sell this for triple the price that it is worth. This breaks my heart that "us local" mums who need the formula for our babies can not purchase the formula because it is all sold out resulting in us having to post on social media "does anybody have a spare tin".
1 why are these men able to buy so many tins all at once?
2 why don't Woolworth's accommodate for this and have extra tins available for us local people to buy?
3 how is this issue going to be resolved?
Woolworth's Port Hedland you should be protecting our local babies ensuring that formula is available for each and every one instead of worrying about make a profit.
We live in NSW south coast Batemans Bay which has a small population, the last few years we have the good $3 bagain special for the fruits and veges which is about 3-5 days old and it's still fresh. But the head office decided to cancel this specials because they wanted to sell fresh food. It is sad as the fruits and veges are still pretty fresh and it helps the family with low income and their weekly budget.. It's sad to give it to the zoo animals where they can still make a small profit and look after the commumity. Hope the head office think again and revoke the situation. Thank you.

customer service
This complaint is about the checkout operator attendant called Nikula at Woolworths Karrinyup who was overseeing the self checkout machines when I was scanning and paying for my groceries. Firstly, she had no customer service skills and doesn't greet customers with any sort of greeting or acknowledgement. Then as I was in the middle of scanning my product...
Read full review of Woolworths and 5 commentscheckout operator
On Sunday 23rd October 2016 at approximately 4.15 pm At Woolworths Colonnades, Noarlunga Centre.
My husband and I entered the checkout placed our 3 x bags and groceries on checkout conveyer. Awaiting the customer in front, as she was being served.
As I was waiting, I noticed that the checkout operator was aggressive and appeared upset, not treating the customer with any form of friendliness at all.
As we approached the checkout operator, whilst the previous customer was still, organizing her trolley. The checkout operator wore a name tag with the word "Flo" She was wearing black glasses and a headband around her hair.
She looked at me and in a loud voice said " Your bags smell of lavender". She screwed up her face and took a step back. I was very embarrassed and upset due to the people in close proximity that had heard her comment to me. I said "I am sorry, I hadn't noticed. She gave me a look of distain and said in a loud, aggressive voice "I am allergic to lavender". My husband and I stood by silently. The operator stepped back on several occasions and placed the inside of her arm across her nose and mouth coughing.
She handled groceries without respect and in an aggressive manner. Placing them into the bags in the same aggressive manner. She said do you want another bag. I was so upset that I said "No". I didn't want to upset her as she was clearly not coping. She put the remaining items through at the top of the packing Mechanism. My husband reached in with his right hand to remove an item and she through a piece of pumpkin in that hit him in the hand. She then stepped back covering her nose and mouth again and coughed.
My husband said to the operator, "I hope that your cold gets better soon". She said, in a loud, aggressive voice "that it was the lavender, and you are killing me".
We were very distressed and upset about being treated this way. I don't wear, nor had come into contact with it.
I immediately attended the service desk and related this incident to a supervisor.(Name unknown).
The supervisor said that she would say something to Flo as she had no right to speak to us in this manner.
We are very reluctant to enter the store again.
Information on the docket indicates that the store manager on the day was Paula.
For further information the docket indicates. Store 5679 POS 6 TRANS 991 6 16.24 23/10/16
The amount of the docket being: $186.95
employment discrimination
My daughter went for a job interview at our local Woolworths. My daughter was asked what days she was available to work when she mentioned that she choices not to work Saturday due to religious beliefs my daughter was told by the lady interviewer her that was not a good enough reason not to work Saturday.
I know of someone else that the same thing happen at the same store and for the same reason.
This incident happened 12 months ago but i think this matter needs to be bought to your attention and needs to be dealt with. This is religious discrimination and is not acceptable.
customer service
My friend bought 1 Tim Tam at Woolworths in Parkmore Shopping Center around 6:30pm on Saturday 08.10.2016. It was a perfect evening for us but was ruined by a self-checkout assistant. She asked my friend to check her bag and I felt a bit shocked because she didn't check anyone except my friend. I think it's fair to say that we felt a bit offended because we don't think it's fair to treat customers this way, especially not because we're Asian. In addition, when I looked at the self-checkout assistant from where I stood to wait for my friend near the self-checkout area, she kinda rolled her eyes at me. I don't mind if anyone wants to check my bag but Woolworths' employees shouldn't make that kind of expression and should treat costomers fairly.

Grapes
Tonight wednesday 5th october 2016 at 7:30pm my husband and I bought some groceries from woolworths and when proceeding at the checkouts I noticed that the grapes we were purchasing can to $8.91 for less than a kilo. My husband said that that was wrong because the grapes were 3.90 a kilo, when I went over to check the price the wrong ticket was displayed. I...
