Amazon Geniux Extra Strength

On September 25, 2015 I placed an order on Amazon for Geniux Extra Strength - Limitless Pill Brain Booster Dietary Smart Pill Brain Booster The Best 30 Pills Capsules Sold by: Skinny Store $64.00 I received the pills about 1 week later. I tried the pills on the 1st two days I didn't see any changes or improvements, so I figured I would try them at least a week thinking that with most medications they take time to get into your system. Well nothing changed or I didn't feel any different. So I contacted Amazon and wanted to refund the merchandise, they put me in touch with the seller and the seller says because I opened the merchandise they would not refund my money. I was shocked because how do you know if it was going to work or not unless you tried the product. After back and forth with Amazon they too said that my grievance was not substantiated because they say their policy is that if it is opened they don't take it back. Amazon also has on their site that you should look at the product on the company website before you buy. Well I did that and GENUIX policy has a 30 day money back guarantee. So after reading that I thought surely Skinny Store/Amazon would honor that, however neither company will. I feel like I have been scammed. If I go to GNC and a product is not what it says it is you get a refund or a store credit. If you don't use a product then you don't know if it works or not. For $64 I find this unacceptable. If Skinny Store is going to sale GENUIX product or be a GENUIX representative then they should honor GENUIX policy on satisfaction guaranteed or your money back, that's a 100% guarantee. I want either Skinny Store or AMAZON to refund my money. I feel like Skinny Store should follow GENUIX policy. I feel like AMAZON should have stood by their own suggestions that I go to the products website before I buy, which I did. Someone should be held responsible. Furthermore, GENUIX is a scam it does nothing for the brain or energy boost. AMAZON should do more to protect their consumers.

Amazon third party vendor — my office innovations

I ordered an ink cartridge online from Amazon.com on October 10, 2015. I received a confirmation, and was advised that the order would not ship for 4 days, and would be delivered in 10 to 16 days. I immediately contacted Amazon to cancel the order because of the excessive delay in shipping and delivery. Amazon refused to cancel the order even though it had not yet been shipped; it hadn't even been packaged for shipment. I was told the order could not be cancelled, there were no exceptions. There is nothing on their website that warns the customer than an order can not be cancelled, even if they are advised to cancel the order before it is packaged and shipped. Frequent contact with Amazon.com customer service resulted in their promise for support, they offered me their A to Z guarantee, then they said their A to Z guarantee had been denied. This company is deceptive, unprofessional, and their customer service department is totally worthless.

Amazon closed seller account and restricted access with all my inventory

I had a amazon seller account for a few years now, and from one day to another amazon closed my seller account and about a month after that they completely restricted my access, and as i have been using fba i still have about 100k worth of inventory in the warehouse over there which i dont have access to it. These price of these are going down every day because they are current cameras and they will be old models soon, i am looking for a way to get back my inventory from these robbers, i would take my business to other places but they wont give me back my inventory, i am looking for legal help for a lawyer who know this filed of business. For you other seller, this will be your complaint in some time from now, so please work on plan b, right now before you look like me, i also read these reviews not long ago thinking that this will not be me, but here i am, the reason they claim to suspend my account was that it is linked to another account, which is fully bogus, so if you have any idea please relpy to this post,

Amazon seller central

We have been suspended from selling now for the best part of seven weeks.
Despite many attempts to have Seller Central explain to us why they did this they have neither returned our mails or contacted us directly.
From reviewing your discussion boards on this site it seems we are not alone in our problems. We are now at the point of closing our business at much cost.
Does anyone have a direct line number where we can contact someone who has a higher position in the company.
We tried sending a mail to the CEO but guess what, no answer.

Amazon charge for cancelled order

Order made by mistake on 8/9/15. Order cancelled 3 hrs. later. Received email on 8/9/15 confirming cancellation. On 8/10/15 Amazon charged my bank account for the cancelled order. Customer service first denied that the charge had been made. When that was proven false they said "no problem" you can have your money back in 10 days. When I objected they said tough, go tell the bank to fix it. When I asked why I should do all the work to get a refund for money that should never been taken they responded just call the bank right now. When I advised them that banks in the US weren't open at 7pm, they didn't know because they were in India. They then said they couldn't process a refund because they had never heard of Chase bank. Finally they said just wait and see maybe it will be refunded in the next 24 hrs. I am not optimistic Amazon gets to use my (fraudulently
obtained money while I wait for a refund.

Amazon canceled order to due price

I purchased on Amazon.com monoprice speakers 8521 for $72.59. I checked out and my total was shown and a message thank you for your order. and a confirmation. I went to look today to see what items shipped and I couldn't find my order from Store123. I get this message :This is with reference to your Order ID [protected]. We regret to inform you that we are unable to fulfill your purchase order. There was a technical glitch at our end, and the item was listed at an incorrect price. We cannot process the order at the listed price. We sincerely apologize for the mishap, and hope you will allow us to serve you again in the future. Your refund will soon reflect in your bank statement.

When you make a purchase from stores123, you can rest assured you will receive products and services of the highest quality. For any other assistance or queries, please do call our Customer Care Executives at [protected] (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm EST) The speakers are selling for more. This company pulled it after I ordered it because of the price error. After reading all the complaints this company is a scam. They are now saying oh we don't have the stock. These speakers were posted on many websites. Stay far away from this company. Not to trust worthy.

under A-to-z Guarantee Protection was not sure what Category of Complaint to put amazon under, but anyway this has happen to my account from a message under amazon, not sure again if my account has been compromised or if this was done by an amazon worker, who doesn't like people buying off 3rd party sellers, or something like that. someone from amazon disabled this option below on my account, that I use only gift cards balance, since I am an college student, , I only been buying with free amazon gift cards from both Bing and coke rewards, and no credit cards on amazon, I also email security amazon and spoof amazon under this matter, since again I am not sure this person should been able to do what they did, a lot of the amazon people from message center, told me to use A to Z with 3rd party sellers, who I could not work stuff out with etc., , and then this person on amazon came along and just disabled the following option on my amazon account, this person who wrote, this did so without thinking of what I do next about it, I don't like that they don't even give you a real name amazon should require them too, what ever happen to amazon people always saying the consumers right over the sellers or something like all those message center people where posting in their scripts to my the buyer.
note I did really have had a few problems with orders from 3rd party's and this person sent this message than disabled my access to this option of Accept an Instant Amazon.com Gift Card, no where on amazon does it say they have the right to do with to my account, would it be best for me to close this account once, I get all my orders, or overwrite the account, from an new one, and disabled access to my old account that been compromised by this person who posted this in my messages on amazon. Or email amazon to close this account, then open a new free account with them to fix what this person has done to my account, I need some advise on this matter.

Amazon guarantee not honored

The Amazon.com A-To-Z Guarantee Is A Joke And Not Usable and does not give you any guarantee!
I have tried to use this Amazon.com A-to-Z guarantee on several ocassions and they denied my requests for reasons not stated in their denial.

(After appealing their denial they told me that they denied my guarantee because I did not contact the
seller within 14 days of receipt of the products).

This 14 day window is hidden in their description of their A-to-Z guarantee but is not obvious when you
purchase a product. The product descriptions never say that "You have only 14 days to complain about this product".

When you purchase products that are sealed in hard plastic bubble packaging you do not expect that you
have to open the packages Immediately (or within 14 days) to try out or test the products.

For example, you purchase a wireless USB 801.11n adaptor and because the price is right you order 3 of
them. When you receive them they are all nicely packaged in fancy hard plastic packages. Do you expect
that you will have to open each package and test each item? Of course not. You would expect that the
products you received were working and that you could use them several months or years after you
purchased them.

Now this is the problem and the deception about Amazon.com's A-to-Z Guarantee: They require you to open and test the products that they (or their third party sellers) sell within 14 days or they will not honor
their A-to-Z Guarantee!

This is really bad. Who expects to review or use all products within 14 days?

My advice at this point is to not purchase anything from Amazon.com that you cannot verify that is good
and working within 14 days of receipt. That is, do not purchase anything from Amazon.com unless you
intend to use it immediately.

(So much for buying stuff for future use - Forget it!)

Amazon sent me a product which did not include everything as written in the description. They admitted this. A lame customer service guy made the decision to not give me any further help. It did not matter that I was an attorney who explained consumer practices to him and that this was unfair. Amazon is so big, they could care less! My advice is to have nothing to do with them. I would believe anything negative you have to say about them.

Amazon royalty payments

Just giving a heads up here to anyone thinking of self publishing on Amazon Create Space. They are the most incompetent, inept and indifferent bunch of people I've ever encountered in my 35 years of publishing. I requested to have a royalty payment direct deposited into my bank account and provided all the required info. Instead, they mailed out a check to an address I no longer use. Then they told me the check was voided and that they would direct deposit the royalty. Guess what? After waiting a month, they mailed out another check. All this after I made the necessary changes to my account on the Create Space dashboard requesting for direct deposit only. When I requested employee names and ID numbers that I would need when lodging a formal complaint, I was told that they could not give me that info. Which is their way of saying: No one can be held accountable. PLEASE do not use Create Space.

Amazon account suspended for no reason

On April 27, 2015 my account was suspended pending a review. I immediately appealed the decision and provided all information that was requested. I was informed that I would receive a response by April 28, 2015. The only response I got was this:

The item has since been delivered to the buyer and Amazon continues to hold my funds. The buyer has obtained fruit from the transaction, but I am left to wait in purgatory.

I have called Amazon Seller Support and have been told that the Sellers Performance team only communicates via email.

Only information I am being told is that my funds can be held for 90 days and I need to wait for the seller performance team to complete their review.

Amazon warranty cheating

I purchased a Lenovo Laptop (Model B50-70) through amazon.in couple of days before and received the product on 24th Mar 2015. One year of warranty was offered at the time of purchasing. But when checked in the Lenovo site for warranty, i was shocked to know that the product is in use since March 2014 (means more than year) and the warranty left is around 282 days. not 365 days.

Amazon suspends accounts for no apparent reason..it does not matter if you are selling a day or 10 yrs...AND they do not tell you WHY...This company needs to be investigated ASAP..look at all th complaints, , , every one is not wrong!

These were ordered directly from Dr. Myles H. Bader. I was unable to get them from my usual book supplier (Books A Million). They took a very long time, months in fact. Anyhow I no longer need them and I would like my money back. They have never been taken out of the box they came in. To whom should I return them?

I ordered a tandem bike from Amazon and they sent me two bicycles.I returned one bike but they charged me shipping on the bike I sent back.The order number is [protected]...I do not think I should have to pay this shipping charge for the return of the second bike

Amazon order & customer service

Hello, so I got my tax refund an ordered 8 items from amazon, the payment went through an I got a confirmation number, then 48hrs later I get 8 separate emails from amazon telling my my account and orders are on hold! I was suppose to verify my billing and shipping address to be correct to match their records?
Sounds easy enough so I literally had to reply individually to each email, one for all 8 items I ordered, I didn't hear back from them so i went to log in my account an check on the shipping, my account login keeps saying my password or email entered is WRONG!
I tried 6 times then I tapped the (forgot password) option, they sent my email a link to choose a NEW PASSWORD, I went through this 7 TIMES an every time I try to login it says same thing!
Finally I chose the CHAT NOW... I'm online explaining my frustration and the customer rep tells me it will NEVER allow me to sign in to my own account until a team specialist takes CALLS ME to talk about my address, I asked how long this process takes?
He replies usually 24hrs, I waited 2 days an I chatted AGAIN an explained everything AGAIN only to be told they can't help me only the team specialist can, I said FINE!
What is their number I will call them since they can't get around to CALLING ME, He explains You CANT CALL THEM, 😡 at this point I'm getting really ticked off!
I told the (chat now) rep to CANCEL ALL 8 ITEMS I'm sick of waiting for a call that I don't know when it's coming, they won't give me a number to watch for an make sure i answer it!... No number for me to call! No Refund available no ITEMS BEING DELIVERED! And to beat it all I CANT EVEN LOGIN IN TO SEE MY ACCOUNT!
Worst customer care I've ever encountered in my life!
At this point still to date!...
They took my money
Refused to send the items
Refused to call me
Refused me to call them
Refused to let me in my own account
I'm just IN LIMBO?
So today I will be filing a fraud report on the charges to my banking, I refuse to be stolen from!... Also there's NO CORPORATE PHONE NUMBERS! 😡👎👎👎

Amazon account locked for no reason

Hello, I have been a customer on Amazon for well over seven years. Then one day, out of the blue, Amazon suddenly wanted me to confirm the credit card details I had with them and used for many different purchases before. This was an official email from them even though it looked and sounded exactly like a phishing email. The only way they would correspond with me was by fax. No direct phone number was ever given to me. My account would be 'locked' (also known as 'account on hold'), until this information was given. Now, even though the account 'specialists' had been super quick to block my entire account (including all digital and kindle content), they were very slow at doing anything about it. In fact, they simply ignored me. Ocassionally they would send me an identical automated email signed from an account specialist. I personally do not believe that these 'specialists' even exist, it is probably all automated, which explains the extremely poor customer service on their part. They still have not responded to confirmation from myself and even ignored one from my bank. Even if you are a good long-time customer your account could still be hit like mine was. Would not recommend Amazon to anyone.

Amazon horrible customer service

Amazon have put my account 'on hold' for absolutely no reason and refuse to unhold it.
"We didn't receive your fax", yes you did! I sent it to you five times! Awful customer service, the 'account specialist' cannot be reached by phone, only by 80's era fax machines, appalling service, they just do not care at all. No other website I have used has this appalling and unintuitive 'verification method'. Shoddy website. Accounts can be put 'on hold' for no reason at all and Amazon will then keep all of your gift card balance and any other balances all for themselves.

Amazon amazon is cheating the customer

Hi Consumer,

Please be careful while doing online shopping with amazon since they are cheating the customer

The reason is that i have placed an order [protected]) on 11th Dec-14 and the amazon has shipped the product and has not delivered the product. Product was in chennai for delivery and finally amazon is telling that i item couldn't be delivered to you so you place the order newly

Now what happened know they have increased the price of the product by additional 1300 and telling that now place the order

They are doing well in the industry and cheating the customer

Dear Consumer,

Amazon is not a trusted online shopping destination in india so nobody trust and take care while placing the order

The reason is i have placed an order No:[protected] on 11-dec-14, for this order they have shipped the product but not delivered to me, the reason that suddenly they have raised the price of product by additional 1300 and telling to place the order newly

If i speak to amazon customer care there was no proper response from them

I never experienced this kind of online cheating from any of the online shopping service provider (Ebay, snapdel and flipkart, )

Amazon bad work practices discrimination

I worked for one of the amazon fulfillment centers in phoenix arizona for two years. I personally witnessed associates spit in packages and send out orders they knew were broken. I saw one amazon associate hit a temp. With a electric pallet jack because he was high on marijuana. The temp. Was let go because he was limping around and he didnt want the other younger amazon employee to get in trouble. I reported it to a third party company to remain confidential but its been 8 months and the kid just received a minor promotion. Ive seen packers slam kindles on there work stations and thrown them into the boxes they're to be shipped in because they were tired of packing so many kindles. Ive seen people who load the trucks puke in trailers with coustomer orders in them because they were hung over. One amazon assosiate took a piss in a trailer. I saw a assoicate who was sikh tormented in his department to the point he broke down in the restroom and believe it or not he was called into hr and walked out for unstable or violent behaviour. One of the cleaning personnel made a personal choice to stop praying (She was muslim) and i know it was because people actually made comments and mock impression of muslim people as she did it. We make fun of your names and orders and sometimes delay your shipment because the order is funny and t has to make its rounds to someones friends at work. Your information is not confidential. I know it sounds bad but if you order lube and a dildo we know your name address and its always a laughing matter. I was approached by a new area manager and asked questions about the holocaust because as he approached my station i was packing a copy of the pianist. Im of syrian decent and have a full beard because hey i love this religious guy named jesus and like the look. I told him when he asked about what i thought about the holocaust (He didnt know im christian) that "its very upseting what happened back then and it sucks that there is still a lot of hate that seems misguided towards muslims for what the nazis did to the jews". I was callex into hr the next day and question about supposed ant - semitisim. I denied anti - semetic comments and told them that "arabic people like me are semites and i dont care if your a jew". I was fired three weeks later for missing two days of work back to back even though i called in to report my absence. The final reason i got was we just want to seperate you from the company. Arizona is a right to work state and my lawyer said they can do that it it will cost me everything i have and some to battle in court with them. So christmas is a few weeks away. I hope people hear this story and stop buying from this giant company. All the work practises i shared are true. Ask any former associate and i guarantee they have witnessed something unbelievable they never seen with any other company. Ok everyone marry christmas happy hanukkah and allah akbar.

Amazon unpaid shipper

Unlike most other 3rd party storefronts and companies Amazon has not paid me. I have over a $200. 'balance' but despite the fact this means I have professionally and responsibly shipped the merchandise I have not been compensated. I can't really afford to ship to their customers anymore. Paypal, Ebay have seller fees, transaction fees but at least I get funded and not only that but prior to shipping...so I can do just that. If the customers' payment (ex: credit cards) were unverifiable or bad Amazon would already know this and block the sale originally. Also they might try to scramble and protect themselves in a speculative return, but this does not always happen w/the buyers and the sellers still are faithfully shipping. Many of us are Permitted and licensed. Its more of a dishonesty, 'scam' for a huge company to withhold paying its 'paying vendors', and I definitely feel taken for a ride. I'll probably call my own credit card company to get a resolution altho' this isn't very probable as my issue is with amazon marketplace. A lot of sellers offer nearly new various merchandise, books etc for as low as a penny and this astounds me especially living the fact their umbrella website people are not giving them a handful in exchange.

I have not personally experienced this from Amazon, however I do not have an account. But, I have heard this from about 4 other people so this tells me to stay away from Amazon. Thank you for the info and I hope you get paid soon.
