I ordered flowers from amazon, from flower shops network who are selling from amazon for the cost in £49.98 total and in full via my account with you. and same day delivery. I was contacted back via flowers net work to say they could not find a florist to fill my order and therefor were unable to deliver my order and that I could either wait till they found some on ethat could, or cancell order and get a full refund. I opted to cancell the order as it could not be fullfilled and requested a full refund as advised by the flower shop on your sight. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED. ive given them ample time for it to be payed back in to my account, but nothing. ive also contacted the firm in question 3 times with no responce what so ever. so as I ordered from this company through you Amazon uk, I expect you to issue my refund for this please forthwith. another trouble is that this order does not show up in my orders? why is this. my payment to you how ever shows it went through. 14th november.
